基于碳纳米管阴极的多光束 X 射线源技术

以碳纳米管材料作为场致发射电子源的 X 射线源是近几年国际上的研究前沿。相比传统热电子发射 X 射线源而 言,碳纳米管 X 射线源具有结构紧凑、高时间分辨、可编程发射等优势。面向静态扫描成像系统的多光束 X 射线源是 碳纳米管 X 射线源的重要发展方向之一。文章将介绍基于碳纳米管阴极的多光束 X 射线源技术。     

The effect of vacancies on the annular dark field image contrast of grain boundaries: a SrTiO(3) case study

The analysis of grain boundary structure in high resolution electron microscopy is often hindered by contrast variation within the grain boundary region which is not explained by simple models of the grain boundary structure. Recent work suggests that structural disorder along the beam direction and the presence of vacancies contribute significantly to this effect. One might expect a significant reduction in contrast in a Z-contrast image of a grain boundary would imply that vacancies present must result from the absence of heavier elements. Using a [001](210) Σ5 grain boundary in SrTiO₃ as a test case and first principles structure relaxation to calculate stable defect structures, we show that the reduction in the intensity from fully occupied Sr columns due to the structural distortion resulting from a nearby O vacancy can be as great as that due to introducing a Sr vacancy in the column itself. The effect on energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy signals is also considered, but found to be smaller than that on Z-contrast images.     

高地应力场岩体深部卸荷断裂带的梯度项塑性算法分析

以梯度项塑性理论为基础,对锦屏一级左岸典型深卸荷带地质特征进行了分析。该理论认为岩体内部局部卸荷软化参数不在其局部范围内确定,而是由积分点及其邻域所在影响范围来确定,且在应力应变关系中引入带塑性应变的梯度项。锦屏一级左岸地区二维和三维分析结果均显示了深部屈服现象,其与现场勘探出现的深部卸荷带裂缝位置具有空间分布上的一致性。数值计算中的梯度项塑性屈服,特别是在具备一定高地应力围压的条件下,即是岩体卸荷破裂,直至应力局部释放,最终趋于形成相对稳定的局部卸荷带。其计算结果较为可靠,分析结果与该地区出现的深部卸荷裂缝特征基本相符。     

木头峪水源地廊道取水允许开采量计算

简要分析了廊道的水流特征,通过引入等效渗透系数,构建廊道取水的渗流-管流耦合模型,并用之于陕北佳县木头峪水源地廊道取水工程,确定了开采方案,同时计算了开采方案枯水期廊道取水的允许开采量,最终确定木头峪地下水廊道开采方式允许开采量为16 900 m3/d。建立的廊道取水数学模型能较好地反映廊道的水流特征。

THE EFFECT OF OIL CAVITY DEPTH ON TEMPERATURE FIELD IN HEAVY HYDROSTATIC THRUST BEARING

For a heavy hydrostatic bearing with a high linear velocity,the results of numerical calculations often differ from practical conditions if the viscosity is considered as constant.In this article,the influence of the oil cavity depth on the temperature field in the heavy hydrostatic bearing is discussed in the context of variable viscosity.The viscosity-temperature relations for the gap oil film are first established by fitting B-Spline curves,then,numerical calculations for the temperature field in the heavy hydrostatic bearing of different oil cavity depths are carried out based on Finite Volume Method (FVM) under the same rotating speed,and the influence of the oil cavity depth on the temperature distribution in the gap oil film of the hydrostatic bearing is discussed.The results of numerical calculations provide the temperature distribution state inside the hydrostatic bearing,which would help the selection and the design of hydrostatic bearings in engineering practice.     

西阜高速公路石家庄段弃渣场水保措施探析

针对西阜高速公路石家庄段建设过程中弃渣量大的实际情况,在分析弃渣场选址与治理思路的基础上,提出了工程措施、植物措施和临时拦挡措施相结合的综合防治体系,并对弃渣场水保措施进行典型设计。
