通过生物传感器对生物大分子及药物分子进行量化分析与检测是材料科学领域的重要课题,因此设计和研制灵敏度高且操作简便的生物传感器材料成为近年来该领域的研究热点。由于自身结构或性能的局限,采用单一材料难以达到检测要求,通过两种或两种以上材料复合,构建综合性能优良的生物传感器是一个关键的基础课题。本研究以羧甲基纤维素为基体材料,以氧化石墨烯为增强体材料,将二者的复合材料用于修饰固体玻碳电极,构建复合智能生物传感器,研究该生物传感器对维生素B6的检出限、检测范围、选择性和稳定性,由此提了一种新的维生素B6的检测方法和技术。  相似文献

We report a novel waterborne acrylic-silicone modified alkyd nanocomposite latex containing nano-silica prepared by the surfactant-free miniemulsion polymerization. The influences of γ-methacryloxy-propyltrimethoxysilane- (MPS-) modified nano-silica particle contents to the thermal, mechanical and anti-corrosion performance of hybrid latex coatings were studied. The results revealed that the incorporation of nano-silica particles into latex films could directly increase the thermal stability and mechanical properties. Electrochemical corrosion studies revealed that these nanocomposite coatings exhibited superior corrosion resistance performance (inhibition efficiency 99.36% and corrosion rate 1.09 × 10 ?3 mm per year) than that of the control system (without SiO2 NPs).  相似文献

为使石墨烯与织物更好地结合制备可折叠、电化学性能良好的柔性超级电容器,以乙醇和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂,鳞片石墨为溶质,通过液相剥离法制备石墨烯溶液,再采用电化学沉积法将石墨烯负载到棉针织物表面。借助场发射扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对棉针织物及柔性电极的表面形貌、元素含量及结构进行表征。结果表明:织物表面负载的石墨烯层数较少,且团聚现象不明显,采用电化学沉积法可成功地将石墨烯负载在棉织物上;当电沉积时间为90 min时,石墨烯-棉针织物电极材料的比电容为464.3 F/g,等效串联电阻为10.45 Ω,表现出良好的电容性、导电性、循环性能和柔韧性。  相似文献

4-Chloro-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)aniline (CPYA) was synthesized by a simple and inexpensive method and tested as a corrosion inhibitor in acid medium for mild steel by using gravimetric studies and electrochemical measurements. An average maximum efficiency of 96.0% was achieved at 4.59 mmol/L. Corrosion kinetic and thermodynamic parameters were also analyzed. Surface analyses (atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy) show that protection is enabled by adsorption on the metal, forming a film. Quantum chemical calculations were performed to access information regarding the molecular structure in the corrosive medium and to support interpretation of the results obtained by experimental methods.  相似文献

The corrosion behaviour of 6082 aluminium alloy was studied by measuring the electrochemical impedance spectra and electrode polarization curves. After the electrochemical tests, a microstructural analysis of the samples was conducted by using optical microscopy and electron scanning microscopy techniques to determine the corrosion mechanism. The results show that the Nyquist plot of the electrochemical impedance data in the NaCl solution consists of high- and low-frequency capacitive impedance loops. When ions are added to the NaCl etchant, the Nyquist plots of the electrochemical impedance data are composed of two different curves: a high-frequency capacitive impedance loop and a low-frequency inductive impedance loop. The corrosion current density increases with increasing concentration, and as a result, the corrosion resistance of the aluminium alloy decreases. The microstructures of 6082 aluminium alloy consist of Mg2Si secondary particles in a large α-Al matrix. Pitting corrosion initially occurs at the boundary between the matrix and secondary particles because the electrode potentials of the matrix and secondary particles are different. Then, corrosion paths develop along the network-like grain boundaries, and finally, massive network-like corrosion occurs throughout the entire alloy.  相似文献

In this paper, FeCrNiBSiMox (x = 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5) stainless steels were successfully prepared using a laser melting deposition technology, with the aim to investigate the effect of Mo content on microstructure and corrosion behaviors. The results showed that the as-deposited specimens were composed mostly of α-Fe and a small amount of (Cr, Mo)7C3, and (Cr, Mo)7C3 existed in the inter-dendritic (ID) region. As the Mo content increased, grain refinement could be clearly observed, and the area of the ID region increased from 27% to 54%. The low-angle boundaries accounted for 60–70% of the grain boundaries of the as-deposited specimens. Increasing the content of Mo improved the microhardness of the as-deposited specimens from 652 HV to 813 HV. The corrosion current density of the as-deposited specimens with the Mo mass fractions of 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, and 2.5% were 1.37 × 10−6, 1.02 × 10−7, 6.19 × 10−7, and 3.06 × 10−7 A/cm2, respectively. The as-deposited specimen with Mo content of 1.5% had lower cumulative erosion loss and erosion loss rate than other as-deposited specimens. The FeCrNiBSiMox (x = 1.5) specimen exhibited excellent resistance to electrochemical corrosion and cavitation erosion.  相似文献

The La-Mg-Ni-Co-Al-based AB2-type La0.8–xCe0.2YxMgNi3.4Co0.4Al0.1 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) alloys were prepared via melt spinning. The analyses of the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) proved that the experimental alloys contain the main phase LaMgNi4 and the second phase LaNi5. Increasing Y content and spinning rate lead to grain refinement and obvious change of the phase abundance without changing phase composition. Y substitution for La and melt spinning make the life-span of the alloys improved remarkably, which is attributed to the improvement of anti-oxidation, anti-pulverization and anti-corrosion abilities. In addition, the discharge capacity visibly decreases with increasing the Y content, while it firstly increases and then decreases with increasing spinning rate. The electrochemical kinetics increases to the optimum performance and then reduces with increasing spinning rate. Moreover, all the alloys achieve to the highest discharge capacities just at the initial cycle without activation.  相似文献

The Al effect on the electrochemical properties of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) is not properly probed, although it is demonstrated to notably promote the capacitive behavior of LDHs. Herein, ternary NiCo2Alx layered double hydroxides with varying levels of Al stoichiometry are purposely developed, grown directly on mechanically flexible and electrically conducting carbon cloth (CC@NiCo2Alx‐LDH). Al plays a significant role in determining the structure, morphology, and electrochemical behavior of NiCo2Alx‐LDHs. At an increasing level of Al in NiCo2Alx‐LDHs, there is a steady evolution from 1D nanowire to 2D nanosheets. The CC@NiCo2Al‐LDH at an appropriate level of Al and with the nanowire–nanosheet mixed morphology exhibits both significantly enhanced electrochemical performance and excellent structural stability, with about a 2.3‐fold capacitance of NiCo2‐OH. When applied as the anode in a flexible asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC), the CC@NiCo2Al‐LDH gives rise to a remarkable energy density of 44 Wh kg?1 at the power density of 462 W kg?1, together with remarkable cyclic stability with 91.2% capacitance retention over 15 000 charge–discharge cycles. The present study demonstrates a new pathway to significantly improve the electrochemical performance and stability of transition metal LDHs, which are otherwise unstable in structure and poorly performing in both rate and cycling capability.  相似文献

The symmetrical and asymmetrical electrodes made of Mg were studied in 0.1-M NaCl electrolyte adjusted at pH 12. The statistical and wavelet methods were employed for analyzing the electrochemical current noise (ECN) signals. The asymmetric configuration was used for electrochemical detection of filiform corrosion on Mg electrode. The real time scale of the dominant transients of the asymmetric electrodes was detected on the basis of the maximum peak in the SDPS plots. The SDPS values of the real time scale crystals of the ECN signals resulting from asymmetrical electrodes increased with the increase in immersion time due to the onset of filiform corrosion.  相似文献

Corrosion and wear failures are bottlenecks for restricting applications and developments of Al-based functional materials. As a new lubrication technology, superhydrophobic preparation provides an effective way to settle Al alloy corrosion. The preparation methods of superhydrophobic Al alloys are mainly multistep strategies. In this study, superhydrophobic Al alloy, has been prepared by an efficient one-step electrochemical etching process. Meanwhile, its micromorphology has been observed by a scanning electron microscope. The wettability has been measured by video optical contact angle meter. The corrosion behavior has been tested by electrochemical workstation, and wear performance has been characterized by friction tester. The results show that the micro-nanoterraced concave–convex structure has been fabricated and an as-prepared surface exhibits excellent superhydrophobic behavior. Further electrochemical and tribological tests show that corrosion resistance and wear resistance have also been significantly improved. This study provides a new method to prepare wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant Al alloy for widening applications of multifunctional Al-based engineering materials.  相似文献
