茅金根 ,梁秀文 ,杨午阳 ,冯有奎 .等偏移距自动初至静校正 .石油地球物理勘探 ,2 0 0 2 ,37(5 ) :4 6 9～ 4 72　　本文提出一种自动计算静校正量的新方法。它首先在等偏移距道集内对相邻道的初至波采用高精度相关构建一个关于炮、检时差的超大矩阵方程 ,然后采用优化统计迭代算法求解炮点和检波点的静校正量 ,并用概率分布函数确定精确的炮、检静校正量 ,最后用误差校正函数消除炮、检静校正误差。实际资料处理结果表明 ,本方法自动、省时、精度高。

The mirror effect and mixture signal detection theory.

The mirror effect for word frequency refers to the finding that low-frequency words have higher hit rates and lower false alarm rates than high-frequency words. This result is typically interpreted in terms of conventional signal detection theory (SDT), in which case it indicates that the order of the underlying old item distributions mirrors the order of the new item distributions. However, when viewed in terms of a mixture version of SDT, the order of hits and false alarms does not necessarily imply the same order in the underlying distributions because of possible effects of mixing. 被动锁模复合环形腔掺饵光纤激光器的自启动分析

本文对被动锁模复合环形腔掺饵光纤激光器的自启动工作特性进行了分析，指出谐振腔内残余反射面的存在是阻碍激光器实现自启动锁模的主要原因。利用半导体激光器有源区的折射率随注入电流的变化而改变的特性，在谐振腔中获得了一个可移动腔镜，克服了腔内残余反射面的影响，实现了锁模的自启动。     

野外观测系统的检验与校正

在地震资料处理中常常发现野外观测系统不准,其后果极为严重。为了避免重复施工,改善处理效果,笔者在IBM3081系统上编制了利用初至波对野外观测系统进行检验和校正的程序。文中介绍了两种校正方法:其一是只作炮检距校正。根据工区的小折射、井口时间、反射记录等资料提供一条或几条比较准确的初至时距曲线,作为标准曲线,然后将从实际共炮点道集中拾取的初至曲线与标准初至时距曲线相比较,确定出实际初至曲线所对应的炮检距,并对各个地震道的空间属性进行修改。对某三维工区的处理结果表明,该方法的效果良好。其二是先用迭代方法加误差约束条件计算炮点和检波点的坐标,然后计算炮检距,再进行校正。这种校正处理的效果也是明显的。但实验表明,对于观测系统误差较大的数据,不宜作坐标计算,只作炮检距校正尚可完成部分校正。处理中要根据数据的性质选取校正方法。     

The development and maturation of humanitarian psychology.

Humanitarian psychological support as an organized field is relatively young. Pioneers in the field were involved primarily in providing psychological support to refugees and internally displaced persons in conflict and nonconflict situations. This article describes basic principles for the design of psychological support programs and interventions. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) began a psychological support program in 1991. The IFRC chose psychological first aid as its model for implementation in developing countries. Psychological first aid fits all the principles for psychological support program design and is adapted to individual communities. The first generation of psychological support programs differed dramatically depending on the countries in which they were developed. A second generation of psychological support programs evolved in response to the earthquake/tsunami of December 26, 2004. The Inter-Agency Standing Committee international guidelines consolidated the advances of second-generation programs and provided a clear indication of the wide acceptance of the importance of psychological support. A glimpse is provided of the third generation of psychological support programs, and an admonition is made for a more empirical evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions. Pure perceptual-based sequence learning.

Learning a sequence of target locations when the sequence is uncorrelated with a sequence of responses and target location is not the response dimension (pure perceptual-based sequence learning) was examined. Using probabilistic sequences of target locations, the author shows that such learning can be implicit, is unaffected by distance between target locations, and is mostly limited to first-order transition probabilities. Moreover, the mechanism underlying learning affords processing of information at anticipated target locations and appears to be attention based. Optimization of metal-based multilayers for transparent heat mirrors

Multilayer calculations by conventional matrix methods for dielectricum/noble metal/dielectricum systems on glass have been performed. The aim has been to maximize the integrated parameters for solar transmission, T_sol, and transmission of visible light, T_eye We have found that Ag is superior for maximizing the transmittance over the narrow visible wavelength range owing to the low internal absorptance. When solar energy transmission is considered multilayers based on Au are the best choice for metal film thicknesses above 15 nm. For thinner films, Ag is still to be preferred.
