10MW高温气冷实验堆（HTR－10）是一座球床堆，由燃料元件装卸系统实现燃料元件的装卸和循环，且不需要停堆，为保证HTR－10的正常运行，燃料元件装卸系统必须安全，可靠，为此，必须对燃料元件装卸系统进行周密，细致的调试试验和验证，本文介绍了燃料元件装卸系统冷调试的主要调试项目，调试方法和调试结果。

Multi-Reservoir System Optimization using Chlorophyll-<Emphasis Type="Italic">a</Emphasis> Trophic Indexes

The problem of managing water scarcity by resorting to complex interconnected multi-source water systems needs to utilize management optimization techniques analyzing aspects of water quantity and quality in a common strategy. In the southern regions of Mediterranean Europe, the greater part of water resources for supply systems are derived from artificial reservoirs and water systems can become quite complex since they interconnect several sources and demand centers, as indeed occurs in the Region of Sardinia (Italy). A simplified approach to the requirement to insert water quality aspects in the mathematical optimization model can be achieved by examining the trophic conditions of reservoirs. Trophic State Indexes (TSI) based on Carlson’s (1977) make it possible to insert quality constraints in the water management optimization model also considering complex multi-reservoir and multi-user systems. Model formalization and implementation by the optimization toolkit WARGI (Water Resource system optimization aided by Graphical Interface) (Sechi and Zuddas 2000; Manca et al. 2004; Salis et al. 2005) is illustrated in this paper. The usefulness of a mixed quantity–quality optimization approach has been confirmed by WARGI application to a real multi-reservoir water resources system in southern Sardinia. The optimization model remains computationally efficient dealing with this complex multi-reservoir system and the obtained results can be seen as a reference target in a subsequent simulation phase.

在搜集国内外有关资料的基础上,通过对混凝土在多轴应力作用下的徐变与强度关系分析,说明在多轴应力状态下不能简单地采用叠加原理。展示了新的三轴徐变量测仪器及其徐变试验成果以及2组多轴与单轴应力状态下的徐变恢复试验成果,并对试验数据进行比较分析,得到多轴应力状态下徐变恢复与应力大小以及持荷时间之间的规律,证实了多轴应力状态下的徐变恢复与已经产生的压缩徐变有密切的关系。     

Dielectric Resonators for the Measurement of Superconductor Thin Films Surface Impedance in Magnetic Fields at High Microwave Frequencies

We present the design and realization of cylindrical dielectric resonators operating in the 40–60 GHz frequency range, designed for the measurement of the surface resistance and of the surface reactance shift in High-T _c Superconductors (HTS) thin films in a dc magnetic field. The resonators are single tone, based on the TE ₀₁₁ mode, and multiple tone, the latter allowing in principle to exploit the simultaneous determination of the surface impedance at different frequencies. As an application example, we report the temperature and field dependencies of the effective surface impedance of some cuprate superconductors thin films. The results are compared with those obtained through the use of a standard metal cavity with a similar Q-factor and operating in the same frequency range. The comparison highlights a superior stability and a higher sensitivity, resulting in an increase of about two orders of magnitude in the resolution of the surface impedance measurement. By contrast, the dissipative part of the superconducting transition (above T/T _c = 0.97) is better studied with the metal cavity. We also present measurements in the vortex state in YBaCa₂Cu₃O_7−δ and Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O_8+x that show significantly different physics. PACS: 74.25 Nf.     

掺杂InGaAs／InAlAs单量子阱中电子对称态和反对称态磁输运研究

利用变温Hall测量研究了重掺杂InGaAs／InAlAs单量子阱中二维电子气，发现在量子阱中由于存在电子对称态和反对称态导致纵向电阻出现拍频现象。通过分析拍频节点位置，得到电子对称态和反对称态之间的能级间距为4meV。此外，通过迁移率谱方法和多载流子拟合过程研究了不同迁移率电子的浓度和迁移率随温度的变化关系。     

回转窑窑体变形的一种实时监测与报警系统

针对回转窑在运行过程中窑体变形的情况开发了一种监测与报警系统。完成了系统的前向通道设计、单片机与PC机的串行通讯设计和报警显示。     

Imaging the domain pattern of the canted magnetization state in Co/Pt multilayer films

The exact magnetization pattern of magnetic films close to a spin-reorientation transition is difficult to analyze due to the intrinsically three-dimensional (3d) variation of the orientation of the local magnetization. We present a technique how this can be performed, based on the analysis of high quality 2d polarization maps from a single scanning electron microscope with polarization analysis (SEMPA) measurement with tilted sample. The key tool is the statistical distribution of all occurring polarization doublets, visualized in a 2d histogram plot. From the shape of the distribution the type of transition—canted-phase, or coexisting phases—can be inferred. For the canted-phase state, the canting angle can be accurately determined from geometrical considerations. With help of the histogram the image data can be analyzed and the three components of the magnetization can be calculated for most points of the image. For a Co/Pt multilayer film we found a cone state. The magnetization forms a complex pattern consisting of out-of-plane domains while the in-plane magnetization shows a maze pattern.     

Interstate forensic psychology consultations: A call for reform and proposal of a model rule.

Forensic psychology has made important gains in professional recognition and stature in the courts, resulting in increasing demands for mobility of expertise. Current regulations regarding the interjurisdictional temporary forensic practice of psychology, however, are characterized by variability of regulations, ambiguity and inaccessibility, and continuing total barriers. A uniform, well-reasoned policy is needed. A conceptual basis for such a policy is provided by a discussion of licensing rationales and the application of these to forensic practice. Uniformity, public and professional protection, and practicability are identified as fundamental regulatory criteria. A Model Rule Regarding the Temporary Forensic Practice of Psychology is proposed for adoption by state licensing boards on a nationwide basis. He is cited for his research, which has had a profound influence on our understanding of human capabilities, their measurement, their development, and their application in the world of work. Through his many influential leadership roles, as president of the International Association of Applied Psychology and three divisions of the American Psychological Association, and as editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology, he has helped shape our profession.
