窑尾废气处理系统"双风机"与"三风机"技术方案的浅析

摘要：理系统主要分为双风机系统与三风机系统。以5000t／d熟料生产线为例，详细介绍了双风机系统和三风机系统的工艺流程、风机配置；分别介绍了系统的风机配置情况：从工艺布置、生产操作、设备运行、投资大小及运行电耗等多角度，重点进行二种系统的对比分析。在此介绍-分析-对比的基础，作者对原料粉磨和废气处理系统提出了几点看法。     

Time Dependence and Moments of a Family of Time-Varying Parameter Garch in Mean Models

Abstract.  In this paper we consider the time series dependence, stationarity, and higher moments issues of a family of first-order conditionally heteroskedastic in mean models with a possibly time-varying mean parameter. The interest in these models lies in the fact that economic theory and physics often require the connection between the first and second conditional moments of time series. Our results reveal important properties of these models, which are consistent with stylized facts in financial and turbulence data sets. They can also be employed for model identification, estimation, and testing.     

WALL AND PARTICLE-SHAPE EFFECTS ON HEAT TRANSFER IN PACKED BEDS

The effective radial thermal conductivity and apparent heat transfer coefficient for a packed bed were experimentally determined for beds of spheres, full cylinders and hollow cylinders, for flow rates giving particle Reynolds numbers in the range 100-1000, and for tube to particle diameter ratios of 5-12. Over these ranges the radial Peclet number Pe_r showed significant dependence on solid conductivity, gas flow rate and particle shape, while the wall Biot number Bi showed significant dependence on tube to particle diameter ratio, gas flow rate and particle shape. These dependencies were predicted well by equations incorporating the effects of these variables into individual gas and solid phase parameters, which were then combined to give the effective or lumped parameters     

基于自由运动一维标定物的多摄像机参数标定方法与实验

一维标定方法易于实现且标定效率高,为了克服现有一维标定方法的一些不足,本文提出一种用一维标定物标定多摄像机内外参数的方法,首先进行两两标定,在此过程中,假定主点坐标近似已知而仅考虑畸变、焦距、旋转和平移等参数,接着利用基本矩阵及一维标定物上特征点之间的几何约束,估计两摄像机的内外参数,两两标定完成后,采用Dijkstra最短路径法和捆绑调整对多摄像机系统进行全局标定(含主点坐标),仿真和真实实验表明本文的方法是切实有效的.     

The evaluation of the polarization resistance in a tubular electrode and its application to the hydrogen electrode reaction

An alternative method for the determination of the kinetic parameters involved in the elementary steps of the reaction mechanism of the hydrogen electrode reaction is proposed. It is based on the determination of the variation of the polarization resistance in a tubular platinum electrode with a laminar flow of electrolyte as a function of the activity of protons of the electrolyte solution. A theoretical expression that relates the experimental variables and the equilibrium polarization resistance is developed, which takes into account the current distribution along the electrode surface. The results are compared with others obtained previously, contributing to the verification of the kinetic mechanism through a completely different experimental procedure.     

表面处理对氮化硅陶瓷力学性能的影响

采用X射线衍射应力分析的sin2ψ法计算了Si3N4陶瓷试样的残余应力，并分别测量了表面处理前后Si3N4试样的力学性能。结果表明，经平面磨削后的Si3N4试样表面残余应力为拉应力，而抛光处理可适当降低残余应力。两种方法都使试样抗弯强度降低。     

凸轮磨恒线速加工过程曲线优化

为了提高凸轮轴的加工效率和加工精度,开发可用于凸轮轴磨削修整系统的动态优化模块。根据凸轮轴恒线速磨削原理,在Matlab中完成了数学模型的建模,采用三次样条曲线拟合插值法对加工过程曲线进行了优化,从而得到了波动更小的速度曲线并减少了恒线速度磨削所引起的联动轴响应问题。实验表明,该方法很好地实现了在二次磨削中对凸轮轴表面轮廓的修整,提高了凸轮轴的表面质量。     

并联式混合动力汽车模糊控制策略及优化研究

能源危机和环境污染是汽车工业的两大挑战,提高发动机的运行效率是关键。在建立发动机模型及电池SOC(state of charge)计算模型的基础上对并联式混合动力汽车(PHEV,parallel hybrid electric vehicle)的控制策略进行研究,设计了模糊控制策略来合理分配发动机、电机的输出转矩。并在此基础上,对传动系统参数进行优化,得到满足PHEV加速和爬坡性能的最小废气排放的传动系统参数。最后,对设计的模糊控制策略进行仿真,并与参数优化后的模糊控制策略进行对比。结果表明传动系统参数优化后,燃油经济性有所提高。
