反相微乳液法制备陶瓷彩喷墨水(Ⅱ)

通过红外光谱仪测定两种墨水的微乳液结构。结果表明,醚氧键中的羟基与H2O分子作用后因形成氢键,而且有强烈的相互作用;正己醇分子在该反相微乳液中水分子作用很弱,而且推断它位于反相微乳液的栅状层;随着微乳液中含水量的增大,水分子O-H伸缩振动峰的强度和频率均发生变化,其吸收强度变大,峰面积增加,频率也向低频方向位移;体系中存在三种水:结合水、捕获水和自由水。并探讨了其反应机理。     

Recovery of eicosapentaenoic acid from fungal mycelia by solvent extraction

Utilization of lipids containing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) produced by microorganisms requires processes for their efficient recovery from microbial cells. Recovery of EPA from mycelia of the fungusPythium irregulare by solvent extraction with hexane-isopropanol (HIP) in a pilot-plant colloid mill was investigated. Extraction efficiencies of 96% for lipid and EPA were achieved with a 3∶2 (vol/vol) HIP mixture by milling wet, filtered mycelia for 5 min at a solvent/dry solids ratio of 100 L/kg. The process yielded a crude extract that contained up to 96% lipid and an EPA content as high as 24% (with no selectivity for EPA).     

用对流磨粉碎石灰石的试验研究

本文扼要介绍了对流磨的结构与粉碎原理，及粉碎石灰石的试验研究。研究的主要内容是给料粒度与粉碎产物细度和能量效率的关系，以及喷嘴形状与能量效率的关系。     

FJCR12-4型喷射式浮选机在太西选煤厂的应用

介绍太西选煤厂将XJX T12型机械搅拌式浮选机改造为FJCR12 4型喷射式浮选机的过程,分析了这两类浮选机清水性能试验和生产试验的结果。实践表明,FJCR12 4型浮选机处理量大,动力和浮选药剂消耗少,能回收大于0 5mm及0 5～0 25mm的粗粒煤,具有良好的经济效益。     

聚能射流的稳定性与完整性研究

从理论上探讨了聚能穴参数与射流速度的关系。对不同装药结构的射流有效长度进行了对比试验，对聚能射流的失稳及其原因进行了分析，提出了在工程爆破中增加射流稳定性和完整性的措施，对聚能装药的应用有重要的理论价值和实践意义。     

浅谈玻璃钢的加工

本文在实际研究和应用的基础上，对玻璃钢的传统加工方法和特种加工方法，如激光切割、纯水射流切割和磨料水射流切割作了简要论述。     

提高φ5m×11.5m生料磨产量的措施

针对粘土资源枯竭问题,江苏巨龙水泥集团实施了以粉煤灰和硅石代替粘土的技改工程。但改造后因原料的变更,导致入房物料易磨性变差而影响了φ5m×11.5m生料磨的产质量,并进一步影响察系统的运行。因此该厂在工艺分析的基础上,采取了调整钢球级配、用高铬球替代合金刚球、改造选粉机、加强石灰石二破的管理和减少系统是否是“漏风”等技术措施,效果显著。改造后的生料磨台时产量比调整前提高了12t/h,且节电效果显著。     

球磨效率探讨

主要讨论了球石的装载量、球石空隙率、球石级配、泥浆密度等因素对球磨效率的影响。运用正交试验优选了各因素。     

MLS4531立式辊磨的开发与研制

在研究国内外立式辊磨的基础上开发出MLS4531立式辊磨,结合工程实际优化了技术参数、研磨机构及其附属装置。在调试中对MLS4531立式辊磨的液压系统,安全装置进行了改进。     

Capillary jet instability under the influence of gravity

The focus of this paper is on the effect of gravity stretching on disturbed capillary jet instability. Break-up and droplet formation under low flows are simulated using finite difference solution of a one-dimensional approximation of disturbed capillary jet instability chosen from the work by Eggers and Dupont (J. Fluid Mech. 155 (1994) 289). Experiments were conducted using water and aqueous glycerol solutions to compare with simulations. We use a gravity parameter, G, which quantifies gravity stretching by relating flow velocity, orifice size and acceleration and is the reciprocal of the Froude number. The optimum disturbance frequency was found to be inversely proportional to G. However, this relationship appears to be complex for the range of G's investigated. At low G, the relationship between and G appears to be linear but takes on a weakly decaying like trend as G increases. As flows are lowered, the satellite-free regime decreases, although experimental observation found that merging of main and satellite drops sometimes offset this effect to result in monodispersed droplet trains post break-up. Viscosity did not significantly affect the relationship between the disturbance frequency and G, although satellite drops could be seen more clearly close to the upper limit for instability at high G's. It is possible to define regimes of satellite formation under low flows by considering local wavenumbers at the point of instability.
