A parametric interpolator with confined chord errors, acceleration and deceleration for NC machining

Parametric interpolation has many advantages over linear interpolation in machining curves. Real time parametric interpolation research so far has addressed achieving a uniform feed rate, confined chord errors and jerk limited trajectory planning. However, simultaneous consideration of confined chord errors that respect the acceleration and deceleration capabilities of the machine has not been attempted. In this paper, the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners is proposed. The velocity profile in these zones is planned so that chord errors are satisfied while simultaneously accommodating the machine's acceleration and deceleration limits. Outside the zone of the feed rate sensitive corners, the feed rate is planned using the Taylor approximation. Simulation results indicate that the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners improves parametric interpolation. For real time interpolation, the parametric curve information can be augmented with the detected feed rate sensitive corners that are stored in 2×2 matrices.

油田热采注汽管道在线检测技术现状

稠油热采注汽管道由于长期在高温、高压下运行,极易发生各种损伤,如腐蚀、裂纹、材料退化等,极易造成管道承压能力降低,发生失效事故。如何检测出潜在危险性缺陷,判断注汽管道能否继续使用,是保证注汽管道安全运行的关键问题。探讨了高温压力管道在线检测技术发展现状及其应用范围。     

昆2井优快钻井及油气层保护技术

昆2井是一口位于柴北缘西段的昆特依凹陷潜伏Ⅰ号圈闭上的风险探井,设计井深为5950m。针对柴北缘深探井存在的主要技术难题,制定了昆2井的技术对策。通过对钻井设备的优选、井身结构的优化、钻头及钻具组合的优选、钻井参数及钻井液性能的优化、油气层保护技术的研究与应用,形成了一套适合于柴北缘的优快钻井技术,使昆2井的完钻井深达到5950m。与邻区的深探井平均水平相比,在井深增加888m、大尺寸井眼段更长的前提下,昆2井的钻井、完井周期分别缩短了98.75d、124.2d,钻机月速度增加了317m/台,平均机械钻速增加了0.82m/h。根据“理想充填新理论”,确定了保护油气层的最优复配暂堵方案,利用该方案所配制的钻井液其渗透率恢复值达到了87.5%以上,流变性能良好,滤失量低,对改善泥饼质量、增强井壁稳定性有明显的效果。     

人类HLA-DRB1基因型与民族和人群的神经网络无监督模式分类

HLA-DRB1等位基因主要参与人类的抗原免疫功能,对其进行比较研究,有助于追溯人类的进化迁移史,开发类群特异性药物.本研究以Matlab为平台,用自组织竞争网络(Self-Organizing Competitive Neural Network),对世界54个民族和人群、14个HLA-DRB1等位基因,进行了无监督模式分类.结果表明,各民族之间存在差异性,同民族的各人群之间有相似性.西伯利亚各人群,澳洲各土著人群,黑人各人群,南美印第安各人群,犹太族各人群,日本各人群,及欧美白人各人群有相对独立性:南美印第安人与西伯利亚人有高度相似性;中国民族在南方人群和北方人群间存在较大差异;中国汉族中,广东汉族地位特殊,与少数民族如拉祜族、瑶族关系密切.     

Using memory and fuzzy rules in a co-operative multi-thread strategy for optimization

In this article, we analyze a co-operative multi-thread search-based optimization strategy, where each solver thread represents a different optimization algorithm (or the same one with different settings), and they are all controlled by a centralized co-ordinator. We also propose the use of memory to keep track of both the state of the individual threads and the obtained solutions. Based on this memory, a very simple fuzzy rule base is used to control the system behavior.We also present the results of three computational experiments. The first of these checks the strategy by comparing it with an independent search strategy and a sequential algorithm, and the superiority of the co-operative scheme is confirmed. The second analyzes how definition of the threads affects the quality of the results, and the importance of there being a balanced set between intensification and diversification is corroborated. The third explores the use of memory with two different fuzzy rules, and the results indicate that the best combination is to use memory together with two rules (solver dependent and solver independent ones) (although this combination should not be activated at the beginning of the search in order to avoid premature convergence).     

The Influence of Medium on Low-Voltage Circuit Breaker Arcs

This paper mainly focuses on the influence of three kinds of media： air, air-10%PA （Nylon） and air-10% POM （polyoxymethylene） on low-voltage circuit breaker arcs. A threedimensional （3-D） model of arc motioa under the effect of external magnetic field is built based on magnetohydrodynamics （MHD） equations. By adopting the commercial computational fluid dynamics （CFD） package based on the control-volume method, the above MHD equations are solved. For the media of air-10%PA and air-10%POM, the distributions of stationary temperature and electrical potential and the transient motion processes are compared with those of air arc. The research shows that both air-10%PA and air -10% POM can cool the arc plasma and the former is more effective. Both of them can increase the stationary voltage as well. Moreover, the presence of the two mixtures can accelerate the arc motion toward the quenching area and ensures the arc quenched in time.

传统的水面流速流向测量多采用经纬仪交会法,此法需要大量的人力和设备,工作量大且费时。近几年,随着全球定位系统(GPS)的广泛应用和实践,在一定范围内,采用GPS定位法替代经纬仪交会法施测水面流速流向。介绍了GPS定位法的测量原理、设备,以及测量方法。通过对GPS定位法的精度和优缺点的分析,得出采用GPS定位法施测水面流速流向具有较高的推广价值。

本文先从软件理论的角度对安全协议分析语言CPAL的语法和语义进行分析，指出这种语言控制流的缺陷，在语法和语义方面给出CPAL语言的完善方案，并从信息安全中的协议的广泛性方面说明其必要性。
