济钢120t转炉二次烟气除尘设计

济钢120t转炉二次烟气除尘设备选用长袋低压脉冲除尘器,风机采用液力偶合器,并设计将加料系统除尘风量直接加入转炉二次烟气除尘系统。系统投产后,每炉钢节电1200kW,烟气排放浓度为47mg/m3,烟气温度在110℃以下。实践证明,该系统具有节能、捕集率高、排放浓度低、自动化程度高等特点。     

The Locus of Redundant-Targets and Nontargets Effects: Evidence From the Psychological Refractory Period Paradigm.

In target detection tasks, responses are faster when displays have 2 targets (redundant-targets effect; RTE) and slower when they have no targets (nontargets effect; NTE) relative to displays with a single target. The psychological refractory period paradigm was used to localize these effects. In Experiment 1, participants classified tones as high or low and then classified letters as targets or nontargets after a short or long stimulus onset asynchrony (SOA). The magnitudes of the RTE and NTE did not depend on SOA. In Experiment 2, the order of the tasks was reversed, and at short SOAs the RTE and NTE had similar magnitudes for both tone discrimination and target detection responses. These findings suggest that the RTE and NTE arise during response selection. Interactive effects of tone pitch with the number and type of target features were also observed, and these were tentatively interpreted as synesthetic effects. Fisher最优分割法在星星哨水库汛期分期划分中的应用

Fisher最优分割法是对有序样本进行最优化分段的一种数学方法。本文利用该方法对星星哨水库汛期进行相应的划分,结果表明该方法是可行的。因此,可利用该结果对分期实施不同的汛限水位,使水库的防洪和兴利效益达到最大。     

钢锭零能少氧化均热轧制的研究

根据计算机的辅助分析,采用新的钢锭传搁、注后强制水冷却、垫铁脱模等工艺后,入炉钢锭的热焓已超过开坯轧制需要,利用普通均热炉代替钢锭保温车,可完全依靠到钢锭自身潜热与显热进行均热。对不同锭型与钢种采用经试验的最佳时间均热后再轧制,收与保温车均热钢锭直接轧制相同的效果。     

A low cost calibration conditioner for dynamic strain gauge measurements

A conditioner for dynamic strain measurements that allows for a series of calibration signals with periodic and predefined time occurrence, during the whole period in which the measurements have to be carried out, is presented in this work. The calibration signals, having suitable size ratios between them, allow one to evaluate the linearity of the entire measurement chain.     

含淀粉聚乙烯膜的时控光降解研究

使用复合光降解剂，得到了可光降解的生物降解膜。对膜的光降解进行了考察，并对影响光降解的因素进行了讨论，结果表明，我们所制得的膜是一种较好的时控光降解膜。     

Effect of structural period and ground motion parameters on the earthquake response of asymmetric buildings

The results of a parametric study of torsional coupling effects in the response of asymmetric buildings to a grouped selection of 45 strong motion earthquakes from Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southern Pacific are presented. The period dependency of the key response parameters is studied in relation to the site dependent criteria employed by certain earthquake-resistant design codes for specifying the lateral shear forces to be resisted by the structural frames and/or walls. Unlike lateral forces, the torsional response is relatively insensitive to the ration of peak ground accelaration to velocity, which has been used in previous studies as a measure of the effect on earthquake ground motions of site soil conditions and epicentral distance. The results show that the effect of torsional coupling on edge displacement response is more pronounced in stiff, short period structures. However, the dynamic shear and torque responses are relatively insensitive to variations in structural period. Codified design provisions for torsional effects specified in the United States, Canadian and European seismic building regulations are assessed, along with alternative proposals, in relation to the analytical results. It is concluded that in some cases special provisions are needed for short period asymmetric systems, a feature which has been neglected by the codes and inadequately accounted for in previous proposals.     

利用短周期地脉动推断深层地基S波速度

从二维随机波场的相关理论出发，提出了如何从短周期地脉动（频率＞０．５Ｈｚ）时域信号中计算Ｒａｙｌｅｉｇｈ波弥散曲线，进而反演深层地基剪切波（Ｓ波）速度的理论方法和分析技术，并结合实测信号的分析结果，探讨了该方法的可行性和实用性。     

锦45块“八五”期间新增可采储量技术途径研究

方法 利用注采特征曲线，对锦４５块“八五”期间新增可采储量进行了计算研究，目的 研究蒸汽吞吐阶段增加可采储量的途径，为同类油藏的合理开发提供依据，结果 蒸汽吞吐阶段增加可采储量的三项技术途径；一是加大滚动勘探开发力度，不断发现和投入新储量；二是开展油藏工程研究，搞清油水分布，合理部署调整井，三是综合治理，增加可采储量。结论 “八五”期间，利用上述技术途径，改善了锦４５块开发效果，新增可采储量２７１
