纵切机组活套坑深度的计算方法及约束条件

在纵切机组中,为了存储剩余带钢,需要在圆盘剪与卷取机间设置一个活套坑。活套坑深度的合适与否,不但会影响施工和工程造价,同时还会影响生产的正常进行。而外商只会给出参考深度,这就需要进行最终确认找到最佳方案。以某特钢纵切机组为例,针对活套坑的深度及约束条件进行阐述和探讨,力求给出相对准确的计算方法。     

Sabulodes caberata guenée (Lepidoptera: Geometridae)

A 6,9-nonadecadiene, (Z)-9-nonadecene, andn-nonadecane were identified in extracts of sex pheromone glands of femaleSabulodes caberata Guenée. Potential pheromonal activity of gland components was assessed by electroantennogram measurements of gas-chromatographic fractions of abdominal tip extracts. Chemical identification was based on gas chromatography and mass spectrometry of parent compounds, hydrogenation products, ozonolysis products, dimethyl disulfide adducts, and synthesis. The monoene was synthesized via coupling of alkyl and acetylenic intermediates. (Z,Z)-6,9-Nonadecadiene (Z6,Z9-19H) was synthesized from methyl linoleate via chain lengthening. SyntheticZ6,Z9-19H had the same retention times on polar and nonpolar capillary gas-chromatographic columns as the 6,9-nonadecadiene from the sex pheromone glands. In field testsZ6,Z9-19:H alone produced trap catch of maleS. caberata and addition of (Z)-9-nonadecene orn-nonadecane had no effect on trap catch.This paper reports the results of research only. Phthalide-based host-plant resistance toSpodoptera exigua andTrichoplusia ni inApium graveolens

A chemical basis for the difference in suitability between two celeriac (Apium graveolens var.rapaceum) cultivars for the survival and growth ofSpodoptera exigua (Hübner) andTrichoplusia ni (Hübner) was identified as sedanenolide (3-n-butyl-4,5-dihydro-isobenzofuranone). Sedanenolide was isolated using a bioassay-driven extraction and purification procedure and was identified using several spectrometric methods. Foliar concentrations of sedanenolide were negatively correlated with larval performance and were significantly higher in the cultivar less suitable for larval survival and growth. Sedanenolide andBacillus thuringiensis Berliner acted additively in reducing larval growth when combined in artificial diets, a result that is consistent with previous studies in which the combined effect of host plant cultivar andB. thuringiensis on larval survival and growth were additive.

Identification of Sex Pheromone Components of a New Zealand Geometrid Moth, the Common Forest Looper Pseudocoremia suavis, Reveals a Possible Species Complex

Gas chromatography–electroantennographic detection analysis of sex pheromone gland extracts of the common forest looper Pseudocoremia suavis (Lepidoptera: Geometridae), a polyphagous defoliator of introduced Pinaceae and many New Zealand trees, revealed four compounds that elicited antennal responses. The two major active compounds (6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadec-6-ene and (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadeca-3,6-diene were identified by comparison with known standards. Of the two minor active compounds, one was tentatively identified as (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxyhenicosa-3,6-diene, whereas the other could not be identified because of insufficient amounts in extracts. (6Z)-cis-9,10-Epoxynonadec-6-ene, (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadeca-3,6-diene, and (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxyhenicosa-3,6-diene were present in P. suavis gland extracts from Eyrewell Forest, a Pinus radiata plantation in the South Island of New Zealand, in a ratio of 35:65:5, respectively. Trapping trials in Eyrewell Forest established that (6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadec-6-ene attracted male P. suavis. However, addition of (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxyhenicosa-3,6-diene to the lure at <10% of (6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadec-6-ene reduced capture of male moths, suggesting that one of its enantiomers was acting as a behavioral antagonist. During January–March of 2005, a blend trial involving single, binary, and ternary mixtures of the three components at Eyrewell Forest and at three other sites (two in the South Island and one in the North Island) revealed the existence of a second taxon of P. suavis at the three additional sites that was attracted to lures containing (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadeca-3,6-diene, either singly or in binary and ternary mixtures with (6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadec-6-ene and (3Z,6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxyhenicosa-3,6-diene. This second taxon was not attracted to lures loaded solely with (6Z)-cis-9,10-epoxynonadec-6-ene.     

热连轧活套系统的单神经元解耦与控制

在热连轧活套系统工作点附近建立了活套高度与张力的近似线性化耦合模型。用分数阶自适应PID控制器对活套高度与张力两个子系统进行控制。在静态解耦的基础上,用单神经元解耦方法对系统动态解耦。仿真结果表明,本算法不仅具有较好的动静态性能,而且大大降低了活套高度与张力间的耦合影响。     

Compound interactions effects of plant antioxidants in combination with carbaryl on performance ofTrichoplusia ni (Cabbage Looper)

Plant chemicals naturally exist in complex mixtures, which can interact either additively, synergistically, or antagonistically. We investigated the potential interactions of three naturally occurring antioxidants— nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA), safrole, and -tocopherol—with the general insecticide carbarayl to affect the performance of cabbage looper larvae (Trichoplusia ni). The cabbage looper is known to produce a mixed-function oxidase enzyme system in response to the presence of carbaryl. We proposed that plant antioxidants would interfere with enzymatic oxidation, enhancing the susceptibility of this insect to carbaryl. Insects were fed artificial diets containing each antioxidant alone or in pairwise combinations with the insecticide carbaryl to test for their effects on the insect's nutritional measurement indices. The three antioxidants tested were not equally effective individually against insect survivorship and interacted differentially in combination with the insecticide. The nutritional indices were measured on insects fed diets containing the chemicals at nonlethal doses. Insects fed 0.001 % wet wt NDGA diets grew 1.62 times less, and had gross and net conversion efficiencies reduced 3.20 and 3.63 times, respectively, compared to the control larvae. Carbaryl (0.002% wet wt) in combination with NDGA acts as an antagonist to the effects mentioned above, while safrole (1 × 10^–4 wet wt) had an additive effect when combined with the insecticide, reducing 1.76 times larval relative growth rate and efficiency of conversion of ingested food in respect to the control. The larvae fed significantly more (1.2 times) on both insecticide and safrole diets than on the controls or their combined diets. Larvae fed -tocopherol alone or in combination with carbaryl had similar growth and conversion efficiencies as controls. We conclude that the effects of different combinations of compounds cannot be predicted a priori and must be determined experimentally.Operated for the U.S. Department of Energy by the University of California under Contract No. DE-ACO3-76-SF00012.
