采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)降解常压下流动态的邻二甲苯模拟废气,系统地考察了放电极值电压,气体的初始质量浓度、停留时间以及相对湿度等工艺参数对邻二甲苯降解的影响,并初步探讨了邻二甲苯的降解产物.实验研究结果表明:在7.0kV的放电极间电压下,邻二甲苯的初始质量浓度为1 500mg/m3,停留时间为9s,其去除率可达到80%以上.降解产物主要为CO2、H2O以及苯甲酸、苯乙酸、苯乙醛等有机物,并且经降解后产物的生物可生化性得到提高,因而为后续的等离子-生物法联合处理VOCs提供了依据. 相似文献

The performance of an attached growth wastewater treatment process was investigated in an effort to improve nitrogen removal
efficiency. Recycled Yakult (lactic acid fermentation drink) bottles made of polystyrene were used as a biofilm media. The
use of Yakult bottles as a biofilm media has been attempted by numerous researchers in Japan for the removal of solids and
organics. However, these studies focused only on the removal of solids and organics. This study extended their application
to the removal of nitrogen for domestic sewage treatment. Yakult media was placed in a reactor with 70% apparent reactor volume
in a conventional A/O process. The bottom of the Yakult media was removed, and randomly filled Yakult media were effectively
able to reduce the flow in tanks, resulting in an increase in the contact time between pollutants and microorganisms. With
higher HRT, the nitrogen removal efficiency was increased by up to 83% with 12 hr of HRT. Nitrification appeared to be the
limiting factor of nitrogen removal at an HRT that is less than 12 hr, indicating that the Yakult process requires more retention
time to achieve nitrification compared to other biofilm processes. The removal efficiencies of organics and solids were high
regardless of the change of operational parameters.

Hollow shape component approaches, applied to shafts and similar workpieces, represent a major potential for ground-breaking innovations in lightweight engineering and safety designs. Among suitable forming technologies, spin extrusion is a pioneering and particularly flexible hollow-shaping technique. All outside form elements, straight or stepped cylinders, cones or spherical rotation elements emerge just from the kinematics of tools. The inside hollow shapes, as e.g. circular cross-sections, shaft to collar connections such as spherical triangles, polygons, splines or dovetail forms are manufactured with a shaping mandrel. Spin extrusion can be applied first and foremost at dimensions that are unattainable with other techniques. The application includes hollow shafts, thick-walled cups and semi-finished tubular products that are not to be found in off-the-shelf cross-sections. In these cases the possibility for using of massive bars is connected with very high price advantages. Furthermore material-saving machining is attracting special attention for high-grade materials.The paper characterizes substantial steps of process analysis and the appliance of a new, derived from the bound method, numerical simulation method for spin extrusion process. Holistic process analysis is the prime factor for process capability. The specific application of the developed special methods of simulation, the accumulation of process data and the integrating into the Computer numerical control of spin extrusion machine is a precondition guaranteeing high-quality assurance. 相似文献

STS310S and SC-STS310S (simultaneously co-deposited chromium and aluminum onto 310S austenitic stainless steel substrate by
pack-cementation process) were used as separator materials on the cathode side of a molten carbonate fuel cell. With the STS310S,
corrosion proceeded via three steps; a formation step of unstable corrosion product, a protection step against corrosion until
breakaway, and an advance step of corrosion after breakaway. The final corrosion product was LiFeO2 and the loss of mass was 6.5 mg/cm2 after a corrosion test of 480 hr at 650°C. The SC-STS310S showed more effective corrosion resistance, however, than did common
STS310S. There was especially no corrosion loss on the SC-STS310S after the 480 hr corrosion test. It is anticipated that
it will be very useful as an alternative separator on the cathode side off the MCFC in the future. 相似文献
