金沙江防洪(库容)规划的探讨

在分析长江灾害洪水特征的基础上，全面深入地研究了全沙江水库的防洪库客、防洪目标、防洪特点和调度原则，并对防洪库容的作用进行了估算和分析。从多方面比较了虎跳峡高坝方案与低坝方案，结果表明：高坝方案的效益明显高于低坝方案，而两者所需付出的代价相差不大。     

Preparation of clean coal by flotation following ultra fine liberation

This paper reports the results of current fundamental research at the Department of Process Engineering, University of Miskolc on the processing of clean coal from Mecsek bituminous coal, Southern Hungary. The theoretical possibility of the separation of different petrographic components was proven experimentally and their liberation degree was determined based on the petrographic composition, flotation kinetic study of isolated components (groups of components), scanning electron microscopy and microprobe analyses. The mill with stirred ball media was chosen for the ultra-fine liberation of the coal components. It was revealed that along with the liberation of coal components, their surface oxidation and spontaneous agglomeration, entrapping the mineral impurities take place in ultra-fine grinding. This paper discusses the interfacial phenomena occurring in the ultra-fine grinding process and their influence on the flotation. The concept for the advanced preparation of clean coal was developed, tested and proved. The main steps of this concept are the ultra-fine liberation in the stirred-media mill, the de-agglomeration of flocs spontaneously formed during the ultra-fine grinding and the induced (hydrophobic) flocculation with the following two-step flotation in a flotation column.

介绍了第三代移动通信系统所采用的认证和密钥分配(AKA)协议,网络归属位置寄存器/访问位置寄存器(HLR/VLR)对用户UE(用户设备)的认证过程和用户UE对网络HLR/VLR的认证过程分别采用了两种不同的认证方式,前者采用基于"询问-应答"式的认证过程,后者采用基于"知识证明"式的认证过程.使用BAN形式化逻辑分析方法分别对这两种认证过程进行了分析,指出在假定HLR与VLR之间系统安全的前提下,基于"知识证明"式的认证过程仍然存在安全漏洞.3GPP采取基于顺序号的补充措施;同时,文中指出了另一种改进方案.

无源性理论在永磁同步电动机混沌控制中的应用

永磁同步电动机在一定的工作条件下呈现出混沌运动，根据无源性网络理论，设计电动机混沌动力学模型的控制器，将混沌系统等效为无源系统，消除系统中的混沌运动，降低系统自激振动的危害，实现混沌系统的快速稳定。     

Boiling: Size Distribution of Bubbles as Demanded by the Principle of Maximum Information

The principle of maximum informational entropy is used to find the probability density function for the departure radius of a bubble in boiling on a solid surface. A general relation is derived, which leads to particular expressions.     

An Experimental Investigation of the Coagulation of Aerosol in a Tube in the Vicinity of Subharmonic Resonance

Nonlinear oscillation of aerosol in the vicinity of a resonance frequency that is twice lower than the first eigenfrequency (subharmonic resonance) is experimentally investigated in tubes with different conditions at the ends. The time dependence of the number density of aerosol droplets is determined, and the effect of the frequency and intensity of oscillation on the process of coagulation of droplets is studied. The nonmonotonic pattern of the dependence of the time of coagulation of aerosol droplets on the frequency of excitation with a minimal value at resonance is found. Ordered space-time structures (alternation of denser and looser regions of aerosol) are revealed in the visible region in the vicinity of the middle of a closed tube.     

The Effect of Structural Defects on the Thermal Conductivity of ZnS, ZnSe, and CdTe Polycrystals

ZnS, ZnSe, and CdTe polycrystals are experimentally investigated. Mechanisms are treated which restrict the thermal conductivity in samples prepared by recrystallization pressing and by deposition from the vapor phase and subjected to additional strain. Anomalies are observed on the temperature dependences of the thermal resistance of investigated samples, which are due to the special features of their phonon spectra and to the variation of the contribution made by longitudinal and transverse phonon branches to the heat transfer in the Debye temperature region and higher.     

The Transport Properties of Hot Electrons in a Xenon/Methane Mixture

The results are given of numerical solution of the Boltzmann equation in a binomial approximation in view of elastic and inelastic electron collisions in Xe+CH₄ mixtures and in pure methane. The electron energy distribution functions obtained are used to calculate the electron transport coefficients for E/N values of up to several Townsends, i.e., the drift velocity, mobility, average and characteristic energies, diffusion coefficient. The results of calculation for pure methane fit the available experimental data. A similarity rule is found for the electron transport coefficients in a Xe+CH₄ mixture with different concentrations of methane molecules, which enables one to determine the values of transport coefficients in a mixture with a minor (less than 30 percents) methane content.
