An improved independent component regression (M‐ICR) algorithm is proposed by constructing joint latent variable (LV) based regressors, and a quantitative statistical analysis procedure is designed using a bootstrap technique for model validation and performance evaluation. First, the drawbacks of the conventional regression modeling algorithms are analyzed. Then the proposed M‐ICR algorithm is formulated for regressor design. It constructs a dual‐objective optimization criterion function, simultaneously incorporating quality‐relevance and independence into the feature extraction procedure. This ties together the ideas of partial‐least squares (PLS), and independent component regression (ICR) under the same mathematical umbrella. By adjusting the controllable suboptimization objective weights, it adds insight into the different roles of quality‐relevant and independent characteristics in calibration modeling, and, thus, provides possibilities to combine the advantages of PLS and ICR. Furthermore, a quantitative statistical analysis procedure based on a bootstrapping technique is designed to identify the effects of LVs, determine a better model rank and overcome ill‐conditioning caused by model over‐parameterization. A confidence interval on quality prediction is also approximated. Electrochemical polymerization of phenol on 304 stainless steel anodes and subsequent coating structure analysis 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Anodic oxidation was carried out using 304 stainless steel anodes in neutral 0.1 mol/L phenol solution with an electrolyte composed of 0.1 mol/L sodium sulfate. This oxidation generated a yellow brown polyphenol coating on the steel anode surface. The reaction conditions discussed in this report relate to the methods of linear scanning, cyclic voltammetry and constant current oxidation. The proper anodic electrode potential for polyphenol deposition was observed to be 1.45 V, with a bath voltage of 2.5 V. The chemical structure of the polyphenol coating was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and the molecular weight of the soluble part of the coating was detected by gel permeation chromatography. A scanning electron microscope was used to analyze the microstructure of the polyphenol coating, taking advantage of the partial solubility of the polyphenol in tetrahydrofuran. The observed linear and flake-layer modes of the polyphenol coating growth are summarized herein. 相似文献

Small high-quality Au/P-Si Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) with extremely low reverse leakage current using wet lithography were produced. Their effective barrier heights (BHs) and ideality factors from current–voltage (I-V) characteristics were measured by a conducting probe atomic force microscope (C-AFM). In spite of identical preparation of the diodes there was a diode-to-diode variation in ideality factor and barrier height Parameters. By extrapolating of the plots the built in potential of the Au /p-Si contact was obtained as Vbi=0.5425 V and the barrier height value (ФB(C-V)) was calculated to be ФB(C-V)=0.7145 V for Au/p-Si. It is found that for the diodes with diameters smaller than 100 µm the diode barrier height and ideality factor dependency to their diameters and correlation between the diode barrier height and its ideality factor are nonlinear, where similar to the earlier reported different metal semiconductor diodes in the literature, these parameters for the here manufactured diodes with diameters more than 100 µm are also linear. Based on the very obvious sub-nanometer C-AFM produced pictures the scientific evidence behind this controversy is also explained. 相似文献

A single channel 2-GS/s 6-bit ADC with cascade resistive averaging and self foreground calibration is demonstrated in 0.18-μ m CMOS. The calibration method based on DAC trimming improves the linearity and dynamic performance further. The peak DNL and INL are measured as 0.34 and 0.22 LSB, respectively. The SNDR and SFDR have achieved 36.5 and 45.9 dB, respectively, with 1.22 MHz input signal and 2 GS/s. The proposed ADC, including on-chip track-and-hold amplifiers and clock buffers, consumes 570 mW from a single 1.8 V supply while operating at 2 GS/s. 相似文献

为满足微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)二维激光扫描系统对显微物镜小入瞳直径、大入射角度、大视场的要求,利用光学设计软件Zemax设计了一款入瞳直径为1.1 mm,可匹配MEMS二维振镜±18°大扫描角度的近红外无限共轭微型显微物镜。该物镜总长小于23 mm,数值孔径为0.4,分辨率为1.26μm,工作距为900μm,各项像差校正良好,满足使用需求。设计结果表明,该微型显微物镜可满足便携式皮肤检测仪器的MEMS二维振镜激光扫描系统的应用要求。 相似文献
