We compare both the strain and damage that 100 keV Si irradiation at room temperature introduces in pseudomorphic and relaxed GexSi1−x films grown on Si(100) substrates. The ion range is such that the Si/GexSi1−x interface is not significantly damaged. The amount of damage produced in pseudomorphic and relaxed GexSi1−x layers of similar x for irradiation doses up to 2.5 × 1014 Si/cm2 is the same, which proves that a pre-existing uniform strain does not noticeably affect the irradiation-induced damage. However, the irradiation-induced strain does depend on the pre-existing strain of the samples. Possible interpretations are discussed. ABSTRACT:  The aim of this study was to determine the effect of adding 3.3% sodium lactate (SL), 0.25% calcium lactate (CL), and 1.65% SL along with 0.125% CL (SL+CL) on the physicochemical properties, cooking characteristics, and microbiological quality of microwave-cooked chicken patties compared to control (no added lactates). The addition of lactates did not affect the proximate composition of cooked chicken patties. The pH of CL- or SL+CL-containing patties was significantly ( P < 0.05) reduced compared to control or SL patties. The SL-containing patties had lower ( P < 0.05) a w values compared to control or CL patties. The CL- or SL+CL-containing patties had lower denatured myoglobin and higher ( P < 0.05) cooking yield, surface redness (CIE a *), and chroma values. However, addition of CL alone resulted in higher total expressible fluid, indicating lower water-holding capacity. The CL-containing patties exhibited lower Warner–Bratzler shear force values and higher ( P < 0.05) penetrometer reading compared to the SL-containing patties, indicating soft texture. Thiobarbituric acid (TBA) values were significantly ( P < 0.05) reduced in all lactate-containing patties compared to control up to the 7th day of refrigerated storage under aerobic conditions. No difference ( P > 0.05) was observed in aerobic plate counts between control and lactate-added patties during 28-d storage.  相似文献

合成了3种同双核金属配合物[M2LCl3]Cl(L代表配体三亚乙基四胺,M代表Co,Cu,Cr),采用微波加热法合成了SBA-15分子筛,采用浸渍法将3种同双核金属配合物分别固载在表面官能化的SBA-15分子筛(SBA-15-NH2分子筛)中制得负载型催化剂。傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、紫外可见光谱和热分析表征结果表明,同双核金属配合物被固载后,其结构仍保持完整。以环己烷氧化反应为探针反应,考察了[Co2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2,[Cu2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2,[Cr2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2催化剂的活性,环己烷转化率分别为11.0%,49.5%,57.9%;对于[Cr2LCl3]Cl/SBA-15-NH2催化剂,当分别以乙睛、丙酮和冰醋酸为溶剂时,环己烷转化率分别为57.9%,52.1%,34.2%,3次重复实验的环己烷转化率分别为57.9%,47.8%,46.5%,表明该催化剂具有较好的活性和重复使用性。  相似文献

对于毒瘾戒断综合症的治疗一般采用强行戒断或逐步撤药等方法 ,但患者非常痛苦 ,且复吸率较高。为了观察低强度He -Ne激光对戒断症状的抑制作用 ,本文用低强度激光血管内照射疗法对 3 0例吸毒戒断综合征患者进行了治疗 ,并与对照组比较。结果证明 :实验组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,为进一步的临床应用提供了临床依据。  相似文献

The results of a co-trial organized by the Community Bureau of Reference on the use of Electron Spin Resonance spectroscopy for the identification of irradiated food in 21 laboratories are presented. The trial was qualitative on beef and trout bones, sardine scales, pistachio nut shells, dried grapes, and papaya, and quantitative on poultry bones. There was no difficulty in identifying irradiated meat bones, dried grapes, and papaya. In the case of fish bones there is a need for further kinetic study on different species. Identification of irradiation in pistachio nuts is more complicated and additional research is needed before further trials. All laboratories were able to distinguish between chicken bones irradiated at 1 to 3 kGy or 7 to 10 kGy although there was a partial overlap between the results.  相似文献

The effects of irradiation dose (0, 0.5 and 1.0 kGy), headspace oxygen (0, 10 and 20% O2, balance nitrogen) and storage temperature (5, 15 and 25°C) on the physical, chemical and sensory changes in fresh pork were studied using factorial design experiments. Irradiation in the absence of oxygen extended the sensory shelf life of pork from 9 to 26 days at 5°C and from & lt; 2 to 2 days at 25°C. Oxygen in the package headspace combined with irradiation adversely affected physical, chemical and sensory characteristics of the end product.  相似文献

The metal contact method of rapid freezing is greatly improved by irradiating the specimen with microwaves at 2.45 GHz for a short period of time (50 ms), while pushing the specimen onto the surface of the copper block cooled by liquid N2. The microwave irradiation, together with two technical improvements (a light-mass plunger and a recently developed β-gel shock absorber) for preventing bounce, produces a good freezing zone for squid retina, with high reproducibility for each experimental trial, extending from the contact surface to a depth of about 15 μm, which is comparable to the depth obtained by the metal contact method using liquid He in the absence of microwave irradiation. A good freezing zone was also experimentally demonstrated in specimens of rat liver and heart muscle. Microwave irradiation does not have appreciable effects on the ultrastructure of squid retina. The mechanism underlying the improvement in the rapid freezing under the microwave irradiation is discussed.  相似文献

The degradation behaviour of Kodar [poly(1,4-cyclohexylene dimethyl-eneterephthalate)] was investigated in air using thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis and wide angle X-ray diffraction studies. The rates of crystallization and degradation were influenced by thermal exposure and polychromatic irradiation (Λ > 290 nm) for different time intervals. The crystallinity changes (Xc%) and activation energies (ΔE) for the systems have been determined.  相似文献

The study evaluated the effects of waxing, irradiation dose and post‐irradiation storage time on the essential oils in orange peel. Mature oranges (Maroc late) waxed or unwaxed were treated with 1 or 2 kGy radiation and stored for 9 weeks at 20 °C and 40–50% RH. Essential oils from the peel were extracted and analysed by GC. Results showed that D ‐limonene was significantly lower in waxed oranges; levels in samples treated with 2 kGy were higher than those in non‐irradiated or treated with 1 kGy. Linalool, methyl anthranilate and 3,7‐dimethyl‐2,6‐octadienal decreased as the dose increased. Levels of linalool increased with storage time but D ‐limonene was unaffected. These results may aid in guaranteeing the quality of orange essential oils during storage time. Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
