Magneto-optical TiO2/xCoFe2O4 nanocomposites having various concentrations of CoFe2O4 (x = 2, 4 and 6 wt %) were prepared using facile mechanical mixing. X-ray diffraction was employed for the phase examination and microstructure parameters. X-ray diffraction spectra proved the formation of two separate phases: tetragonal titanium dioxide (TiO2) and face-centered cubic cobalt iron oxide. The structure was further verified by recognizing the selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern recorded by a high-resolution transmission microscope. The optical investigation of the prepared nanocomposites verified that the optical band gap values varied from 3.1 eV for pure TiO2 to 3.05 eV for TiO2/CoFe2O4 (6 wt %). The refractive index, optical dielectric constant and loss factor were discussed in detail. The nanocomposites (TiO2/xCoFe2O4) demonstrated ferromagnetic characteristics and their magnetic parameters were affected by the CoFe2O4 percentage in the composites. The sample x = 2 wt % depicted the maximum magnetic exchange bias at room temperature. Moreover, it showed maximum coercivity (HC) and magnetic squareness ratio (SQ), which makes it suitable for spintronic applications.  相似文献

Selection of the best possible filter set among a set of available filters is the obvious method of increasing dimension of camera signals for spectral reflectance reconstruction. There are also methods that are focusing on the filter design regardless of noticing to the constructability of the designed filters. This study shows that direct optimization of physical variables of filter manufacturing technique is more reliable than indirect approach of designing and then physical manufacturing of the designed filters. Direct optimization of the transmission‐controlling primaries in filter manufacturing process would guarantee having the designed filters in reality. Combination of some solvent dyes was used as the spectral transmission matching system for filter manufacturing. As a conventional technique, filters were designed and best possible dye concentrations that match the desired filters were calculated. As an alternative approach, filters were also designed using direct optimization of dyes concentrations. The results showed that direct optimization of dye concentrations exhibits better performance in comparison with the conventional technique. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The theory of spectral invariants, or ‘p-theory’, states that the canopy scattering coefficient at any wavelength can be related to the leaf scattering coefficient at the same wavelength through a spectrally invariant canopy structural parameter — the photon recollision probability p. The p-theory has recently gained interest in the vegetation reflectance modeling community as an efficient tool for characterizing scattering in clumped foliage structures. In this short communication paper, we report empirical data of the relationship of canopy leaf area index (LAI), diffuse non-interceptance and photon recollision probability for 1032 coniferous and broadleaved forest plots measured in Finland. Our results indicate that the relationship of canopy LAI and diffuse non-interceptance is near-universal in boreal stands i.e. it does not depend on stand age, tree species or growth conditions. This allows improving parameterizations used by canopy reflectance models which utilize the photon recollision probability concept. Our results also suggest that establishing species-specific p-LAI functions for northern European forests requires more research on the influence of micro- and macroscale foliage grouping on photon recollision probability.  相似文献

为获取紫外 真空紫外光学元件的光谱反射率,构建了一套反射率测试系统。该反射率测试系统主要由Seya Namioka紫外 真空紫外单色仪、样品精密转台为主体的光机结构和电子学系统组成。首先,介绍了系统测量原理,采用双光路补偿法消除了光源随时间的飘移,通过改变系统光路进行两次测量来获取反射光与入射光数据,进而得到光谱反射率。接着对电子学硬件系统进行描述,给出了驱动控制单元与信号处理采集单元的硬件设计与组成。因紫外 真空紫外光谱信号微弱,采用了锁相放大的方法提高了测量精度。该反射率测试系统测试结果表明波长重复性0.05 nm,反射率测量重复精度为1.8%,系统功能完备稳定性好,能够实现对光学元件的高精度测量。  相似文献

This study aimed at using near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to monitor compaction pressure for simultaneously determining the tensile strength and content uniformity, as well as moisture and mean particle size of ambroxol hydrochloride tablets. The content uniformity, compression force and tensile strength of the laboratory samples were obtained by pressing a mixture of active principle and excipient components into tablets. To reduce the spectral baseline shift of the laboratory samples, the compaction pressure applied to the mixture was assessed by a variable pressure test. Production samples were added to the test and subjected to principal component analysis. The expanded partial least-squares (PLS) calibration model used to quantify the active content was more accurate than the model constructed from laboratory samples using the production tablets included in the calibration set. The model showed good predictability, with correlation coefficient (R) 0.9977. The validation and reliability of the content model were evaluated to determine trueness and reliability for the measurement of individual production tablets and the laboratory tablets with drug content ranging from 24 to 36?mg. The PLS calibration models for compression force and tensile strength were constructed using the same spectral set assuming both were highly related. These models yielded high R values (0.9955 and 0.9910). The R values of the moisture and mean particle size were 0.9994 and 0.9919, respectively. This study demonstrated that NIR spectroscopy combined with chemometric techniques can be successfully used to quantitatively monitor the tablet manufacturing process in the pharmaceutical industry.  相似文献

通过温度依赖的透射和反射光谱研究了在准同型相界附近的Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-0.3PbTiO_3(PMN-0.3PT)单晶光学性质.这种禁带宽度随温度范围不同变化规律不同现象,揭示了PMN-PT单晶温度依赖的复杂相结构.禁带宽度Eg在303 K是3.25 e V,临界点Ea是3.93 e V,临界点Eb是4.65 e V,它们随着温度的上升而下降,在453 K禁带宽度Eg是3.05 eV,临界点Ea是3.57 eV,临界点Eb是4.56 eV.这三个跃迁能量Eg、Ea、Eb分别对应从O 2p到Ti d、Ni d、Pb 6p轨道跃迁.它们随温度上升而下降的变化规律可以用晶格热膨胀和电子声子相互作用理论来解释.通过Tauc-Lorentz色散模型拟合得到了303 K到453 K温度范围的Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O3-0.3PbTiO_3单晶光学常数及其随温度的变化规律,发现折射率n随着温度的升高而升高.  相似文献

Chemisorbed reaction films (CRFs) were prepared by using iron (Fe) particles (100–200 mess size) and thio (sulfur) derivatives of ethyl octadecenoate and methyl 12‐hydroxy octadecenoate in the light viscosity paraffin liquid medium. The reaction was conducted in a simulated condition of tribo‐chemical situation. CRFs were obtained in solid amorphous phase. The CRFs were examined for elemental composition and layer analysis using C‐H‐N‐O‐S analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy micro‐reflectance absorption spectroscopic technique. Further, the CRFs were isolated into organic solvent soluble fractions using polar solvents of increasing polar strength. Their elemental analyses were studied, and chemical constitutions were known. Friction coefficient and wear scar diameter were evaluated by high frequency reciprocating rig, PLINT TE‐77 machine. Thermal stability was studied using thermogravimetric analysis technique in nitrogen environment. These studies inferred that CRFs appeared varying in its composition, luster, phase, chemical structure and thermal stability. Nonetheless, these were also found anomalous in elemental distribution throughout the layer structure of the CRFs. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This work focused on the shrinkage and drying stress of red pine (Pinus densiflora) wood during kiln drying and investigated transverse shrinkage and moisture changes in thin specimens using digital image analysis and near-infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The effect of specimen thickness, which ranged from 1 to 10?mm on shrinkage, was analyzed under drying conditions with restrained stresses. The shrinkage due to moisture content was presented in the form of an exponential function and a linear function above and below the fiber saturation point, respectively. A shorter existence of the moisture gradient increased the transverse shrinkage. The tangential and radial shrinkage at the tissue level in 30-µm (longitudinal) thick slices was measured and compared with the shrinkage of above specimens with difference thicknesses. The transverse shrinkage of 1-mm-thick specimen is similar to the shrinkage measured using 30-µm-thick slice.  相似文献

Cordierite-based dielectric ceramics with a lower dielectric constant would have significant application potential as dielectric resonator and filter materials for future ultra-low-latency 5G/6G millimeter-wave and terahertz communication. In this article, the phase structure, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Mg2Al4–2x(Mn0.5Zn0.5)2xSi5O18 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) ceramics are studied by crystal structure refinement, scanning electron microscope (SEM), the theory of complex chemical bonds and infrared reflectance spectrum. Meanwhile, complex double-ions coordinated substitution and two-phase complex methods were used to improve its Q×f value and adjust its temperature coefficient. The Q×f values of Mg2Al4–2x(Mn0.5Zn0.5)2xSi5O18 single-phase ceramics are increased from 45,000 GHz@14.7 GHz (x = 0) to 150,500 GHz@14.5 GHz (x = 0.15) by replacing Al3+ with Zn2+-Mn4+. The positive frequency temperature coefficient additive TiO2 is used to prepare the temperature stable Mg2Al3.7(Mn0.5Zn0.5)0.3Si5O18-ywt%TiO2 composite ceramic. The composite ceramic of Mg2Al3.7(Mn0.5Zn0.5)0.3Si5O18-ywt%TiO2 (8.7 wt% ≤ y ≤ 10.6 wt%) presents the near-zero frequency temperature coefficient at 1225 °C sintering temperature: εr = 5.68, Q×f = 58,040 GHz, τf = ?3.1 ppm/°C (y = 8.7 wt%) and εr = 5.82, Q×f = 47,020 GHz, τf = +2.4 ppm/°C (y = 10.6 wt%). These findings demonstrate promising application prospects for 5 G and future microwave and millimeter-wave wireless communication technologies.  相似文献

光学参数是评价汽车贴膜质量的一项重要指标。本实验主要以市面上部分中高档次的汽车侧窗贴膜为样品,使用带积分球检测器的紫外/可见光/红外分光光度计得到其200~2500 nm的透射和反射光谱,通过计算得到其可见光透射比、反射比,太阳光直接透射比、反射比,紫外线透射比。以此为依据分析现市面上主要中高档侧窗汽车贴膜在紫外线阻隔、安全性和隔热等方面的性能。结果表明:所有样品的紫外阻隔率〉99%,有57%的样品可见光透射比〉70%,太阳光直接透射比均偏低,说明所采集的样品在防紫外、安全性、隔热性方面性能在标准以上。  相似文献
