Preparation of photoreactive Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films was carried out using polymers/oligomers prepared from long-chain dialkyl esters of di-and tetra-olefins and having cyclobutane rings in the main chain. These polymers/oligomers formed stable monolayers on a water surface when mixed with arachidic acid. These monolayers could be deposited onto a substrate successfully forming Y-type films. The oligomer LB films were polymerized on irradiation. The polymer LB films showed a photo-reversible process between polymers and oligomers, depending on wavelength of the irradiating light. On the basis of spectral data and molecular weight change, this behaviour was found to be caused by cleavage and formation of cyclobutane rings.  相似文献

Electroless NiP films, with 12 to 16 wt % P, were deposited from a moderately acid solution. Thermogravimetric analysis indicates the presence of occluded hydrogen in the layers, which desorbs upon heating. The amount of incorporated hydrogen decreases when the pH of the solution or the nickel sulfate concentration is increased; by contrast it increases with hypophosphite concentration. Cyclic voltammetry, using an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance, confirms the existence of parasitic reactions, namely the reduction of protons of the solvent during the cathodic process and oxidation of hydrogen during the dissolution of the layers. This behaviour is in qualitative agreement with the proposed reaction scheme.  相似文献

GaN buffer and main layers were grown by the conventional hydride vapor phase epitaxy technique using GaCl3 consecutively. The deposited buffer layers were investigated by atomic force microscopy and X-ray analysis. To examine the behavior of the buffer layers at main layer growth temperature, heat treatment was conducted at 900°C. Based on the results of the buffer layer study, GaN thick films were grown at 1050°C. Optimum deposition conditions of buffer layer from the buffer and main layer studies generally coincided. On the φ scanning pattern, the GaN films grown on (0001) Al2O3 were single-crystalline. Band-edge emission dominated photoluminescence was observed at room temperature.  相似文献

The optical and thermal properties of prepared poly(ethylene oxide)/MnCl2 films were studied as a function of MnCl2 concentration at room temperature. The observed optical energy gap (Eopt) and energy gap tail (ΔE) were determined from the measured absorption spectra. It was found that the optical energy gap decreases with MnCl2 concentration, and the absorption coefficient reduces sharply at concentration of 5 wt% MnCl2 compared with the neat PEO. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurement shows that the heat of fusion increases with the MnCl2 concentration, while the melting point decreases. Correlation between the observed optical energy gap and heat of fusion is presented.  相似文献

Earlier studies conducted in the use of sealed tubes with polyalkylene glycol lubricants and polyethylene terephthalete (PET) films revealed that the PET films exhibited embrittlement and (visual) degradation. This led to an investigation of PET embrittlement mechanisms with the new lubricants used with HFC 134a. The lubricants studied were three polypropylene glycols (the monol, the diol and the completely end-capped glycols), pentaerythritol ester and a blend of monol and ester. The effects of moisture content, temperature and lubricant structure were studied. All lubricants in this study were of viscosity grade ISO-32 (150 SUS). The results were compared to PET film embrittlement in the presence of CFC 12 and mineral oil. This study reconfirmed the earlier findings that the PET films must be dried to lower than 0.1 wt.% moisture content for use in hermetic systems. This paper discusses the effect of the moisture content of the lubricant and the effect of the lubricant structure on PET films. The dependence of the various mechanisms on temperature is shown. Esters and end-capped polyalkylene glycols are recommended for use with HFC 134a.  相似文献

研究了掺杂过渡金属Ru,Ni,Co对Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂催化噻吩加氢脱硫活性的影响,并采用X射线衍射、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、程序升温还原和程序升温脱附等方法对TiO2-Al2O3复合载体、Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3和Au-Pd-TM/TiO2-Al2O3(TM表示过渡金属)催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,掺杂过渡金属未改变Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的结构;掺杂Ru或Ni增强了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的活性组分与TiO2-Al2O3复合载体的相互作用,降低了反应活化能,提高了催化剂活性组分的分散度和活性比表面积,改善了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O催化剂的吸附性能,从而提高了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂催化噻吩加氢脱硫的活性;而掺杂Co的效果则与之相反。  相似文献

本文介绍一种运用光纤干涉仪及其准外差检测系统对氢气分压强的检测方法。在光纤Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的传感臂上粘接一段长为3cm、厚为100μm的钯片,形成传感元。实验可检测到5×10~2Pa的氢气分压强。  相似文献
