Lubricating behavior of iron rhenate and its relation to matching pairs

The iron rhenate was compounded by chemical method, which may be generated during wear process of Fe-Re alloys at elevated temperature. The friction coefficient of iron rhenate has been determined by a pin-on-disc device. The results show that iron rhenate plays role of lubricating at RT-600 °C. The lubricating behavior is related to the matching pairs. The hardness of the materials of matching pairs, compatibility of iron rhenate with materials of matching pairs and surface roughness of disc affect the lubricating behavior of iron rhenate mostly. 铸轧5052合金冷隔缺陷产生的机理研究

阐述了5052合金铸轧坯料生产时冷隔缺陷产生的机理,结合超型FATA—HUNTERΦ1003×1850mm机多年的生产实践经验,提出了消除铸轧冷隔缺陷的措施。     

Antiwear Action of Mineral Lubricants Modified by Conventional and Uncoventional Additives

The authors of this paper investigated the influence of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids on the lubricating properties of mineral lubricants containing chosen AW/EP additives. Methyl esters, ethylene glycol esters, and glycerol esters as well as some commercial AW/EP packages based on zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, S–P organic compounds, and sulphurized esters of fatty acids were tested. The tribological tests were carried out with the use of a four-ball machine. Antiwear (AW) properties of tested compositions were determined using their limiting load of wear (G_oz(40)). It appears that the AW action of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids depends on their structure. The best AW action is shown by compositions of mineral oil lubricants containing AW/EP additives and methyl esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids. The SEM/EDS analysis of the scar surface layer indicated that the presence of these esters in lubricants causes a change in the interaction between AW/EP additives and the metal surface. These observations were confirmed by the XPS surface analysis.     

Red emission from Eu3+: PVA polymer film

Bright red luminescent Eu³⁺ doped polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films were made by solution casting technique. The emission performance of these films was studied from the measurement of excitation, emission, and lifetimes. On irradiation with an UV source, the doped films emitted bright red light. Such luminescent polymer films are expected to find potential applications as new optical materials. TFT有源矩阵α－Si∶H薄膜PECVD淀积工艺研究

分析了α－Ｓｉ∶Ｈ薄膜的质量和厚度对α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ关键性指标的影响，深入、详细地讨论了其ＰＥＣＶＤ淀积工艺，并在实验的基础上确定了最佳淀积工艺参数，从而获得了高性能的７５ｍｍ３７２×２７６像素α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ有源矩阵     

镀锌层上有机物无铬钝化涂层的耐蚀性

选择了一种无毒的水溶性丙烯酸树脂（AC）加入至钼酸盐、磷酸盐中（M）得到一种钝化液（ACM），对镀锌层进行钝化处理以代替有毒的铬酸盐钝化。通过盐雾试验、扫描电镜、电化学测试等手段，研究了该纯化膜的耐蚀性及耐蚀机理。结果表明，热浸镀锌层采用该无毒钝化液进行钝化，可以推迟镀锌层出现白锈的时间，其抗蚀性已接近铬酸盐钝化水平；ACM钝化膜耐蚀性的提高是由于钝化膜中的钼酸盐与丙烯酸树脂产生交联作用，抑制钝化膜裂纹的扩展，同时由于膜层中钼酸盐的缓蚀作用，提高了镀锌层的抗蚀性。     

电双稳薄膜阻抗转变机理研究

采用真空蒸发的方法交替沉积Ag和TCNQ分子制备了Ag TCNQ金属 有机络合物薄膜 ,并研究了多种外加电压激发下膜的电阻转变特性。发现在转变过程中存在着一种能量效应 ,即当外电压超过某一阈值后 ,完成转变的能量不变。对此现象的可能解释是薄膜内分子在一定的外部电场能量诱导下发生重排 ,致使电导率发生跃变     

SiH_4－O_2体系LPCVD SiO_2薄膜的工艺及其应用

本文研究了ＳｉＨ４—Ｏ２体系ＬＰＣＶＤＳｉＯ２的工艺及设备。为了得到厚度均匀性好的薄膜，改进了反应气体的进气方式和装片舟的结构，获得了每炉１００片、直径为１００ｍｍ的硅片的膜厚不均匀性≤士５％的结果。     

新型后坐加速度开关阵列传感器

分析了国外后坐加速度传感器发展动向。介绍了新型后坐加速度开关阵列传感器的结构、原理、参数选择和性能设计。给出了原理性静态、动态试验结果，以证明新方案的可行性。最后指出了这种新型结构的传感器所具有的特点。     

钢铁表面锌系磷化膜的研究

本文采用ＳＥＭ和ＴＥＭ等测试手段，研究了四功能处理液不同条件下在钢铁表面上形成锌系磷化膜的形貌，晶体结构；采用ＥＤＳ研究了磷化膜的化学成发，通过实验确定了Ｚｎ／Ｐ值在２．１２～３．２０时，磷化膜具有良好的耐蚀性。
