In this study, Ca/Tb co-doped HfO2 coatings were prepared by atmosphere plasma spraying. The chemical composition, morphology and infrared property of the coatings were characterized. The coatings possessed a layer-stacked morphology. When the Ca/Tb doping atomic ratio was 1:1, the phase of the coatings gradually changed from monoclinic to cubic with increasing the doping mass. The CTH2 coating had the highest emissivity which was 0.820 in 0.75–6.5 µm and 0.902 in 6.5–15 µm respectively. The enhancement in short band was mainly due to the introduction of Ca2+ and Tb3+ ions that generated oxygen vacancies in the lattice forming impurity levels within the forbidden band, moreover, the transfer of Tb3+ to Tb4+ increased the concentration of free electrons, which promoted the absorption of free carriers. The increase in long band attributed to the lattice distortion that reduced the lattice symmetry and strengthened the absorption of lattice polar vibration. 相似文献

The influences of the SiC infiltration and coating on the compressive mechanical behaviours of 2D C/SiC composites were determined up to 1600 °C at 0.001 and 1000/s strain rates in argon and air. In addition, the failure mechanisms responsible for the compressive mechanical behaviours were elucidated through in-situ observation and micro-analysis-based methods. The 2D C/SiC composite compressive strength was highly sensitive to temperature, loading rate, and oxidation, and was enhanced by the change in the thermal residual stress and decreased by oxidation. In argon, because of the extra infiltrated SiC matrix, SiC treated 2D C/SiC specimens exhibited higher compressive strengths and lower strain rate sensitivity factors than SiC untreated 2D C/SiC specimens. The SiC coating effectively improved the oxidation resistance of the 2D C/SiC composites in air, regardless of the temperature, strain rate, and oxidative damage-which depends on SiC coating, strain rate, and temperature. 相似文献

The growth of crack-free nanostructured NiO films with good crystalline quality is of high importance for photodetectors to avoid performance failure. In this work, physical properties of spin coated NiO films were controlled by changing diethanolamine (DEA) to nickel acetate (NiAc) molar ratio (0:1–1:1) and post annealing temperature (300–650 °C). NiO film coated at DEA:NiAc molar ratio of 0:1 suffered from severe cracks and poor crystallinity, and by increasing the molar ratio to 1:1 a crack-free NiO with enhanced grain growth was obtained. With the increase of annealing temperature from 300 C to 600 °C, the crystallite size increased from 12.79 to 37.31 nm, and the bandgap decreased from 3.81 to 3.42 eV, indicating an enhancement in NiO film quality. A self-powered photodetector based on p-NiO/n-Si heterojunction showed broadband (UV-NIR) photodetection owing to synergistic photoelectric effect from both NiO film and Si substrate. The responsivity, detectivity, and external quantum efficiency were measured as 13.08, 46.02, 44.49, mA/W, 1.03 × 1011, 3.65 × 1011, 3.53 × 1011, Jones, and 4.43%, 8.62%, 6.47% upon illumination with UV (365 nm), red (660 nm), and NIR (850 nm) lights, respectively. The photodetector showed high on/off current ratio of 1.210 × 103 and fast response (less than 85 ms). The forming quality of thermally sprayed coatings is often severely impacted by inherent defects, including porosity, microcracks, and mechanical bonding. The poor adhesive strength hinders the utilization of thermal spray technology when fabricating ceramic-reinforced metal matrix composite coatings (MMCCs). Thus, in this study, a negative defocus laser remelting and injection method (LRI) is introduced to modify a thermally sprayed coating with WC ceramics. The microstructure and mechanical property (microhardness, elastic modulus, and wear resistance) evolution of a LRI-modified WC reinforced composite coating is systematically characterized and compared with that for an as-sprayed coating. The LRI method is proven to improve the inherent defects of the initial coating and avoid severe reactions and dissolution of reinforced particles at high temperatures, and can be used to form a high-quality composite coating with a maximum strengthening effect of the ceramic particles. Compared with the initial coating, the elastic modulus and microhardness of the LRI coating are increased by 57.22% and 111.06%, respectively, whereas the abrasion rate is decreased by 54.33%. 相似文献

Sliding wear behaviors of atmospheric plasma-sprayed Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) coating mated with four metallic or ceramic counterparts (Si3N4, Al2O3, GCr15 and ZrO2) were investigated. It has been found that YSZ coatings in contact with Si3N4 and GCr15 show better tribological performances than the other cases, which is due to the formation of the tribolayer mainly consisting of Si3N4 and Fe2O3 respectively on the worn surfaces. In the case of YSZ coating-Al2O3 and YSZ coating-ZrO2 tribopairs, the wear debris are more irregular and larger in size, resulting in severe abrasive wear and brittle fracture of debris particles. In particular, the specific wear rate of YSZ coating sliding against GCr15 is negative due to the significant material transfer of the tribo-oxide layer, while that of YSZ coating sliding against ZrO2 is the highest. Amorphization of the wear particles appears in the four cases due to the repeated mechanical action. It has been demonstrated that the wear of YSZ coating deteriorates with the increased flash temperature between the contact surfaces during rubbing process. 相似文献

为避免囊壳原料对环境造成危害,选择可降解的乙基纤维素(EC)为壁材,通过溶剂蒸发法制备了精油微胶囊。结果表明,搅拌速率对微胶囊粒径和表面微孔有较大影响,当搅拌速率为1200 r/min,EC和精油质量分别为1 g和1.5 g时,微胶囊中值粒径为70.8 μm,包封率为44.3%。通过湿法涂层工艺将制备的精油微胶囊用于吸湿透气型复合织物的制备。通过SEM表征可知,该方法保留了基底原形貌。30 d的释放后仍具有39.2%的香味保留率,这得益于胶囊化后精油中乙酸芳樟酯质量分数提高了27.09%,使精油的储存期延长。拉伸-涂层织物表面微胶囊分布均匀、黏覆量多,香味数值可高达382。拉伸和未拉伸制备的复合织物均具有600 mm/s以上的透气率,水洗5次保香率在35%以上,摩擦50次后质量保持在96%以上。这种复合材料的制备方法简单,可以有效改善透气性和牢度无法兼具的问题。 相似文献

随着锂离子电池在电动汽车、储能等领域的广泛应用,其正极材料尤其是钴酸锂、镍钴锰酸锂及镍钴铝酸锂三元正极材料的需求量也随之剧增。然而由于钴资源稀缺,“高镍低钴化”成为近年来锂离子电池行业的重要关注点和发展方向。高镍正极材料(Ni的摩尔分数大于60%)凭借着容量高、成本低廉等优势获得了广泛的关注和研发,其产业化步伐逐渐加快。然而其仍然面临着诸多限制其大规模应用的问题,其中微裂纹的产生诱发的快速容量衰减问题被越来越多的研究证明是常规球状高镍正极材料容量衰减的首要因素。本文综述了近年来针对这一问题的几种典型应对策略的研究进展,包括填隙包覆处理、径向有序设计以及采用高镍单晶正极材料。本文对以上典型应对策略的技术手段、工艺参数和电化学性能进行了总结和归纳。最后对于进一步的研究方向进行了展望。 相似文献

将掺杂了不同含量微米铜粉的聚氨酯(PU)涂料通过涂层工艺涂敷在棉织物上制成吸波涂层织物,并利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱和矢量网络分析仪等测试了不同铜粉含量聚氨酯涂层的介电常数、磁导率和电磁损耗等电磁性能,同时还探讨不同铜粉含量涂料对涂层织物电磁吸收性能的影响。结果表明,在 8~13 GHz 的频段范围内,随着涂层中铜粉含量增加,涂层介电常数实部与虚部均增大,铜粉具有良好的介电性能,在外加电场的作用下产生极化,对电磁波产生介电损耗;铜粉不属于磁损耗材料,对电磁波产生磁损耗较小;当铜粉的含量较低(3 %,质量分数,下同)时,涂层材料的吸波与电磁屏蔽性能较弱,当含量由5 %增加至11 %时,在9.0、10.5、12.8 GHz处反射损耗最低分别为-20.4、-28.3、-25.6 dB,有效吸收带宽分别为0.2、1.3、1.1 GHz,电磁屏蔽效能分别由12.24、16.59、21.1 dB增加至25.92 dB。 相似文献

Flexural strength is an important parameter of domestic ceramics to meet the criteria for mechanized washing, filling, and sealing process in the automatic production line. In this work, the anorthite coating was prepared using calcite, silica, and alumina as raw materials. Taking the temperature with the highest matrix strength as the optimal temperature, the influences of chemical formulation on the phase composition and the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of coatings were investigated. The enhancement effect of the coating with different formulations and surface number and thickness was compared. As a result, the flexural strength of the ordinary domestic ceramic body was improved due to the residual compressive stress in the coating caused by a mismatch of CTE between the coating and the matrix. At the optimal sintering temperature (1280°C), the coating with 20 mass% alumina addition has the best strengthening effect on the body, in which the thickness of the anorthite coating is approximately 50 µm and the flexural strength has increased by 64.6%, from 88 ± 4 to 144 ± 6 MPa. 相似文献

This study aims to investigate how the predeposition machining processes such as magnetic grinding, turning machining, and wire electrical discharge machining can influence the surface properties including electrochemical and tribological behavior of TiCrN nanostructured coating applied on Mo40 steel substrate. A physical vapor deposition technique using cathodic arc evaporation was used to apply the coating. The crystallographic phases and the microstructure of the coating were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, respectively. Rockwell-C, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization, and pin-on-disk wear tests were employed to evaluate the adhesion strength, corrosion behavior, and tribological property of specimens, respectively. The electrochemical results after 24 h of exposure to 3.5 wt% NaCl solution showed that TiCrN coating pretreated with a turning process with polarization resistance of about 3525.32 Ω.cm2 had the best corrosion resistance among all specimens. This was because of the improvement of the smoothness, surface quality, and adhesion after the turning process. On the other, the friction coefficient of the grounded sample is less than that of other ones. This is probably due to its higher adhesion strength and higher surface smoothness. 相似文献
