The composition and solubility properties of eight ammonium and potassium orthophosphites and hypophosphites were determined to evaluate the potential of these classes of materials for increasing the plant nutrient content of liquid fertilizers. Phase relationships for the systems (NH4)2O-P2O3-H2O, K2O-P2O3-H2O, (NH4)2O-P2O-H2O, and K2O-P2O-H2O were determined along with the crystallographic properties (X-ray and optical) of the solid phases. Toxicity and phosphite response was tested in greenhouse experiments for the compounds.  相似文献

Dairy farming is the main agricultural activity of the Basque Country. A dairy farm is characterized as a system with soils and crops, forage, cattle and manure as main components, and in such a system, nutrient cycling is very important to maintain soil fertility and optimize forage production. To quantify nutrient transfers in the cycle, a simple system was developed and has been applied to seventeen farms to examine its ability to achieve a balanced P and K fertilization. These farms have provided data on inputs (fertilizer, feeds, concentrates), pasture and manure management, and outputs (milk production), and soil samples have been taken from farm pastures. Phosphorus and K in excreta and uneaten pasture is used with a relatively high efficiency as suggested by the relatively high efficiency of P and K utilization by the pasture that usually ranges from 70 to 90%. Concentrate feeding (3000 kg cow–1 yr–1) represents one of the main P and K inputs in Basque Country dairy farms, averaging 26 and 66 kg ha–1, respectively. Besides, release of K in the soil through slow liberation from non-exchangeable sites was estimated as 30 kg ha–1. Thus, a high efficiency in excreta recycling would diminish substantially P and K mineral fertilizer needs. Farm nutrient budgets appear to be a convenient tool for determining nutrient shortages and surpluses at farm level, and thus they are considered as a first step to support a better management of maintenance fertilization of permanent pastures.  相似文献

采用提拉法生长出掺镱钨酸镧钾[Yb:KLa(WO4)2,Yb:KLW]晶体,测试了晶体的红外光谱和Raman光谱,对出现的振动模式进行了归属.从X射线衍射分析得到晶胞参数a=b=0.532 nm,c=1.189 nm.通过热重-差热分析得到晶体的熔点为1 119 ℃,在熔点以下没有相变.测试了晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,计算了相应的光谱参数.结果表明:该晶体发射波长为1 021 nm,在931,981 nm附近有较强、较宽的吸收峰,适合用InGaAs半导体激光泵浦.  相似文献

碘离子掺入到高氯乳剂可以显著提高其感光性能。碘离子掺入到亚表层可增加乳剂的光吸收,提高感光度,增加反差。最佳掺入量为0.6%mol/mol Ag,掺入位置在65%Ag处,KI加入速度约8s。在一定范围内(小于1.5%mol/mol Ag)碘离子掺入亚表层对清晰度没有明显影响。如果铱掺杂的掺杂位置为亚表层,掺杂量为10~(-7)mol/mol Ag,铱络合物可有效地改善含碘高氯乳剂的高照度互易律失效。  相似文献

黄泛冲积石灰性土壤在适宜施氮水平下磷钾不同用量及配比对小麦生长的影响表现为:(1)磷肥以中量施用水平(每公顷施用P2O5120kg)增产效果最好,分别比未施磷、低量施用水平(每公顷用P2O548kg)增产30.82%、20.27%,高量施用水平(每公顷施用P2O5192kg),虽然比中量施用水平表现出增产,但增产幅度很小,只有2.85%;(2)钾肥对小麦的增产效应小于磷肥,只有在施用磷肥的基础上配施钾肥,才能使钾的效应得到充分发挥;(3)小麦全生育期氮磷钾施用比例1∶0.5∶0.5为最佳,每公顷施用N240kg、P2O5120kg、K2O120kg效益最高。  相似文献

The angular dependence of potassium emission-desorption is studied from a fused iron catalyst of the type used for ammonia synthesis. The excited species (K*, K n * , etc.) and positive ions K+ have strongly different angular distributions. The bilobular distribution measured for ion desorption is concluded to be either due to excited atoms, so-called Rydberg atoms, or excited clusters. Both types of species have to desorb from the edges of the sample and become field ionized and deexcited just outside the sample, as reported in previous studies on an iron oxide catalyst. The peak in the normal direction measured for excited species is due to excited cluster formation outside the catalyst surface. Similarities with previous results for other catalysts are observed. A 2-year field experiment was carried out in a sandy soil (Xeropsament-Torripsament) at Nir Yizhaq, Israel, where commercially grown peanut plants were sprayed with different NPKS solutions during the pod-filling period. All foliar sprays were applied in addition to the fertilizer which had been added to the soil before planting. The differences in yield between the treatments were not significant in either year. In the first year, there was a tendency toward increased yields of pods (up to 13%) and of hay (up to 16%) when four foliar fertilizer applications (10 kg N, 1 kg P, 3 kg K and 0.5 kg S/ha/application) were given, at one-week intervals. N was added mainly as urea, P and K as potassium polyphosphate, and S as ammonium sulphate. In the second year, the highest yield was obtained in the control plots and the differences between the treatments were not significant. Utilization of foliar nutrient application seems to be dependent upon availability of these nutrients in the soil.Contribution from the Agricultural Research Organization, The Volcani Center, Bet Dagan, Israel. This work was undertaken to discuss in depth the vital differences in the morphological development during synthesis, and properties of starch‐g‐poly‐(vinyl acetate) copolymers using two different initiators, potassium persulfate (KPS) and ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN). KPS‐initiated system gave relatively low values of grafting ratio and grafting efficiency, indicating a great tendency for the formation of poly(vinyl acetate) homopolymer (PVAc). Yet, higher values were seen for the CAN‐initiated system. Transmission electron microscope observations indicated a relatively broad distribution of latex particles for the KPS‐initiated system. The surface potential of latex particles was about ?3.5 mV, which turned out to be insufficient to maintain stability of latex particles. On the other hand, a uniform particle size distribution was found for the CAN‐initiated system, as the surface potential of latex particles was 21.5 mV. Moreover, radicals on starch molecules were generated directly through a redox reaction with positively charged ceric ion. The hydrophobic PVAc chains were thus grafted on starch, resulting in an amphiphilic graft copolymer, which provides a sufficient stabilization degree as a role of surfactant to render a relatively uniform distribution of latex particles. The synthesized starch‐g‐poly(vinyl acetate) copolymers were further converted to starch‐g‐poly(vinyl alcohol) through saponification, which were subjected to evaluations regarding the biodegradation and cell culture capability. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
