The design of the lamination structure based on bionic shell pearl layer is a successful method for toughening ceramics. Lamination with strong bonding interfaces is used to improve the mechanical property and low fracture toughness of ceramic cutting tools. Based on the idea of demand–design–preparation–analysis–failure, the development and research progress of laminated ceramic tools are reviewed herein. The research status of design, interlayer diffusion reaction, residual stress, toughening mechanism, and crack propagation path of the biomimetic laminated ceramic composite tool materials is mainly introduced. The major topics of current research include the creation of material systems, the evolution of microstructure, and the assessment of macroscopic mechanical properties. The entire mechanical properties of laminated ceramic tools are significantly influenced by the multicomposition design of the ceramic material system and the optimization design of structural parameters of layer number and layer thickness ratio. However, the research on the practical cutting application of laminated ceramic tools is limited. Cutting tool wear characteristics vary between laminated and homogeneous ceramic tools. The development of useful laminated ceramic cutting tools can greatly benefit from the study on failure mechanisms of laminated ceramic tools.  相似文献

工况下运行的异种钢接头易沿焊缝界面开裂而发生早期失效.本文对小直径钢102/Inconel82/TP347H异种钢管、不同坡口角度与不同热处理制度下接头中的焊接残余应力进行了实测,结果表明对适用于现场焊接且可延长接头寿命的改进型坡口并不会增大焊接应力,提出在工况温度下接头中的焊接应力并不能很快衰减、焊后热处理可显著地降低该种异种钢接头中焊接应力的观点.  相似文献

该文提出了一种基于残差帧的室内监控视频压缩算法。该算法是提取监控视频中相邻帧之间的残差帧,将残差矩阵对角化,传输运动数据,并在接受端根据接受到的背景参数和和残差帧运动参数,恢复出原图像帧,进而得到原监控视频文件;实验证明,该算法易于实现,且计算量小,适宜室内监控视频的压缩应用。  相似文献

Copyright protection and information security have become serious problems due to the ever growing amount of digital data over the Internet. Reversible data hiding is a special type of data hiding technique that guarantees not only the secret data but also the cover media can be reconstructed without any distortion. Traditional schemes are based on spatial, discrete cosine transformation (DCT) and discrete wavelet transformation (DWT) domains. Recently, some vector quantization (VQ) based reversible data hiding schemes have been proposed. This paper proposes an improved reversible data hiding scheme based on VQ-index residual value coding. Experimental results show that our scheme outperforms two recently proposed schemes, namely side-match vector quantization (SMVQ)-based data hiding and modified fast correlation vector quantization (MFCVQ)-based data hiding.  相似文献

In this article, we investigate a variant of the biconjugate residual (BCR) algorithm to solve the generalized Sylvester matrix equation which includes the well‐known Lyapunov, Stein and Sylvester matrix equations. We show that the BCR algorithm with any (special) initial matrix pair can smoothly compute the (least Frobenius norm) solution pair of the generalized Sylvester matrix equation within a finite number of iterations in the absence of round‐off errors. Finally the accuracy and effectiveness of the BCR algorithm in comparison to some existing algorithms are demonstrated by two numerical examples.  相似文献

Abstract— Image‐sticking phenomenon is one of the most important issues affecting LCDs, especially LCD TV. It is known that image sticking is caused by residual DC voltage. An analysis of the cause that induces image sticking on a real LCD cell is very difficult to perform and is rarely reported. In this paper, the impurities that cause boundary image sticking on a real MVA cell was analyzed by examining a cross section of a cell, the bulk LC layer, the vicinity of the LC layer, the LC layer/PI alignment film interface using microanalysis methods such as infrared micro‐spectroscopy (μ‐IR) and micro‐sampling mass spectrometry (μ‐MS). It is clarified that there is quite a bit of aromatic acid at the boundary of the image‐sticking area than in the normal area at the LC/PI alignment film interface on the color‐filter side, not the TFT side, and it is assumed that aromatic carboxylic acid, a negative charged material, is condensed at the LC/PI alignment film interface on the color filter side by an electrically driven DC component inducing an electric‐condenser residual DC voltage.  相似文献

Recent trends in the management of water supply have increased the need for modelling techniques that can provide reliable, efficient, and accurate representation of the complex, non-linear dynamics of water quality within water distribution systems. Statistical models based on artificial neural networks (ANNs) have been found to be highly suited to this application, and offer distinct advantages over more conventional modelling techniques. However, many practitioners utilise somewhat heuristic or ad hoc methods for input variable selection (IVS) during ANN development.This paper describes the application of a newly proposed non-linear IVS algorithm to the development of ANN models to forecast water quality within two water distribution systems. The intention is to reduce the need for arbitrary judgement and extensive trial-and-error during model development. The algorithm utilises the concept of partial mutual information (PMI) to select inputs based on the analysis of relationship strength between inputs and outputs, and between redundant inputs. In comparison with an existing approach, the ANN models developed using the IVS algorithm are found to provide optimal prediction with significantly greater parsimony. Furthermore, the results obtained from the IVS procedure are useful for developing additional insight into the important relationships that exist between water distribution system variables.  相似文献

Abstract. The limiting process of partial sums of residuals in stationary and invertible autoregressive moving-average models is studied. It is shown that the partial sums converge to a standard Brownian motion under the assumptions that estimators of unknown parameters are root- n consistent and that innovations are independent and identically distributed random variables with zero mean and finite variance or, more generally, are martingale differences with moment restrictions specified in Theorem 1. Applications for goodness-of-fit and change-point problems are considered. The use of residuals for constructing nonparametric density estimation is discussed.  相似文献

定量测定棉秆皮各段成分含量,并采用化学二煮法脱胶方法对棉秆皮进行分段脱胶.以棉秆皮纤维细度、残胶率、断裂强度为指标,研究脱胶处理对提取的不同段棉秆皮纤维性能的影响.结果表明,在同一脱胶工艺条件下,不同段棉杆皮纤维的细度、残胶率、断裂强度有较大差异,棉秆皮应采用分段脱胶处理.合理的棉秆皮脱胶分段方案为:第一段根部,地表以下部分;第二段中段,地表以上长度25cm;第三段稍部,地表以上长度大于25cm.  相似文献
