研究了流变压铸成形和传统压铸工艺下AZ91D镁合金连接压铸件的组织特征,分析了流变压铸过程中半固态浆料的形成和凝固行为,测试了FCR工艺下流变压铸拉伸件的力学性能。结果表明:FCR工艺下的流变压铸成形工艺不仅可以获得晶粒细小、形貌圆整的半固态组织,而且能够明显改善传统压铸成型件中的气孔缺陷,提高组织致密度。与传统压铸件相比,流变压铸拉伸件的抗拉强度和伸长率都有了明显的提高;T6热处理能进一步强化流变压铸拉伸件的性能,其抗拉强度和伸长率分别为286MPa和6.1%。  相似文献

A self-developed taper barrel rheomoulding(TBR)machine was introduced,and the rheo-diecasting process was implemented by combining TBR machine with the high pressure die casting(HPDC)machine.Microstructural characteristics of the rheo-diecasting components were investigated at different rotation speeds.Flow characteristics and microstructural evolution of the semi-solid slurry during the rheo-diecasting process were analyzed and the mechanical properties of the rheo-diecasting components were studied.The experimental results show that the process is able to obtain such components in which the primaryα-Mg particles are fine,nearly spherical and uniformly distributed in the matrix.When the rotation speed of internal taper barrel is 700 r/min,the primaryα-Mg particles get a mean diameter of about 45μm and a shape factor of about 0.81.The magnesium alloy melt has complex stirring-fixed flow characteristics when flowing in TBR machine.Compared with conventional die-casing process,the rheo-diecasting process can improve the mechanical properties of components;especially,the elongation is improved by 80%.  相似文献

开发出一种新颖的A356铝合金半固态加工技术——蛇形通道浇注流变压铸技术(SCRC)。采用SCRC技术制备A356铝合金拉伸试样,并研究试样在铸态和T6热处理条件下的力学性能和微观组织。结果表明:在铸态下拉伸试样的抗拉强度可达到250MPa左右,伸长率在8.6%-13.2%;经过T6热处理后,抗拉强度可提高约30%,但伸长率略有下降。在这些实验条件下,蛇形通道浇注技术可制备出初生α1(Al)的形状因子为0.78-0.89和晶粒尺寸为35-45μm的优质半固态A356铝合金浆料。与传统压铸工艺相比,SCRC技术可改善拉伸试样的微观组织并提高它的力学性能。这种SCRC技术具有与传统压铸设备衔接简便、取消了半固态浆料的保存及输送步骤和具有较高的性价比等优点。  相似文献

采用MM-200型磨损试验机,研究了干滑动摩擦条件下流变压铸成形的AZ91D镁合金在不同热处理状态下的摩擦磨损性能。试验结果表明,流变压铸成形的AZ91D镁合金的磨损速率和摩擦因数均随着载荷的增加而增大,当载荷增大到250 N之后,其磨损质量损失反而降低。随着磨损时间增加,材料的磨损质量损失成线性比例迅速增加,其摩擦因数在0.215~0.23范围内波动。对磨偶件的转速越高,流变压铸成形镁合金的磨损质量损失越大,摩擦因数越小。T4和T6热处理在一定程度上改善了材料的耐磨性能。  相似文献

流变压铸成形技术在提高铸件力学性能、减少内部缺陷方面具有明显的优势,是一种先进的材料成形工艺.文中重点介绍了作者近年来开发的铝、镁合金半固态浆料制备装置和技术,以及TBR、FCR流变压铸成形技术在应用方面的研究进展与取得的成果.采用模拟仿真技术,对比了流变浆料和液态金属的压铸充型行为,结果表明:流变压铸充型平稳,可以有效减少铸件的缩孔疏松缺陷.  相似文献

In this paper, a rheo-diecasting process of AZ91D alloy semi-solid slurry produced with a twin-screw stirring mixer was investigated. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the sample made by rheo-diecasting were 37% and 44% higher, respectively, than those produced by conventional liquid diecasting. The castings fabricated by rheo-diecasting possessed good density with low shrinkage and could be heat treated. It is a “near-net shape” production process.  相似文献

以AZ91D镁合金建筑刮板为例,将自行开发的锥桶式流变成形机(TBR)与TOYOBD-900V4-T冷室压铸机相结合实现了流变压铸成形工艺过程.研究了不同流变成形工艺下压铸件的组织特征,分析了成形过程中浆料的组织形成机理及凝固行为.结果表明:该流变成形工艺可以获得内部组织细小、初生α-Mg晶粒呈近球形或球形且分布均匀的成形件.当内锥桶转速为700r·min-1时,压铸件内部组织较圆整、均匀,平均晶粒尺寸约45μm,形状因子约0.81.流变压铸过程中合金熔体的凝固主要经历了一次凝固和二次凝固两个阶段.  相似文献

The semisolid slurry of the 6061 wrought aluminum alloy was prepared by the self-inoculation method (SIM). The effects of the isothermal holding parameters on microstructures of rheo-diecastings were investigated, and the solidification behavior of 6061 wrought aluminum alloy during the rheo-diecasting process was analyzed using OM, SEM, EDS and EBSD. The results indicate that the isothermal holding process during slurry preparation has great effect on primary α(Al) particles (α1), but has little effect on the microstructure of secondary solidification in the process of thin-walled rheo-diecasting. Nucleation is expected to take place in the entire remaining liquid when the remaining liquid fills the die cavity, and the secondary solidification particles (α2) are formed after the process of stable growth, unstable growth and merging. The solute concentration of remaining liquid is higher than that of the original alloy due to the existence of α1 particles, hence the contents of Mg and Si in α2 particles are higher than those in α1 particles.  相似文献
