An investigation on the hot extrusion process of magnesium alloy sheet 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
This study investigates the hot extrusion of magnesium alloy sheets at various temperatures, material, speed and lubricant. A multi-speed method is applied to extrude a magnesium alloy sheet at a high extrusion ratio. The experimental results are analyzed to optimize the processing conditions, increase the tensile strength and reduce the extrusion load on the magnesium alloy thin sheet. Nowadays, most magnesium alloy products are manufactured by industrial die casting. Hot extrusion is seldom used to finish magnesium products because the extrusion speed, temperature and extrusion load significantly effect the properties of the product. In this study, the Taguchi experimental method with the orthogonal array is applied. ANOVA is used to investigate how parameters affect the extrusion process. All possible mechanical properties of the product are analyzed to obtain the optimal process parameters. In addition, magnesium alloys with different compositions are experimentally tested to determine the mechanical properties of the extruded product and obtain the relationship between the process parameters and the properties of the material. 相似文献

Cold-rolled and annealed ultra-high strength sheet steels with good ductility accompanied by TRIP of retained austenite have
received considerable attention in recent years. This paper discusses the effect of silicon content and annealing temperature
on the formation of retained austenite and the mechanical properties in Fe-0.34%C-1.7% Mn steels whose structure consists
of ferrite, bainite and retained austenite. Silicon inhibited the cementite formation in bainite during isothermal holding
and partitioned carbon from bainite to austenite, resulting in an increase in retained austenite content. When the silicon
content was increased to 1.0 wt.% or higher, the amount of retained austenite markedly increased leading to good mechanical
properties. 0.34%C-1.03%Si-1.7%Mn steel showed a high tensile strength of 1,030 MPa and a total elongation of 34.5% when annealed
at 780°C for 5 min followed by isothermal holding at 400°C for 5 min. In this case, the amount of retained austenite was about
25%. The variation in tensile strength-elongation combination had good correlation with that in the amount of retained austenite
with both annealing temperature and silicon content. The most retained austenite was obtained in the steel annealed at just
above AC1 temperature. The annealing temperature which gives the most retained austenite was decreased with decreasing the silicon

各向异性是影响板料成形的重要因素之一。在板料成形的有限元模拟中,正确描述板料的各向异性行为有助于提高模拟精度。近年来,人们对板料的各向异性屈服行为进行了深入研究,研究内容主要有屈服准则的提出、实验验证及其在有限元模拟中的应用3个方面。本文总结了各向异性屈服准则的理论研究及实验验证的发展现状,以及各向异性屈服准则在板料成形有限元模拟软件中的应用,最后提出了各向异性屈服准则研究中今后的研究方向。 相似文献

This paper proposes an optimal design method based on dynamic isotropy conditions of a generalized natural frequency matrix in task space for a standard Gough-Stewart parallel manipulator (GSPM). Firstly, the dynamic isotropy conditions are discussed and presented. Next, it is proved that standard GSPMs lie on a circular hyperboloid of one sheet. Further, we present a method to use a circular hyperboloid to construct 3-3-, 6-3- and 6-6-type standard GSPMs. Moreover, such novel definition is used to examine various dynamic isotropy conditions as functions of the coefficients of a hyperboloid. An optimal design method is also proposed accordingly. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the design procedures. The results are very close to the complete dynamic isotropy. 相似文献

Based on local Taylor expansions on the complex plane, a method for fast locating all modes (FLAM) of spectral-domain Green’s
Functions in a planar layered medium is developed in this paper. SDP-FLAM, a combination of FLAM with the steepest descent
path algorithm (SDP), is employed to accurately evaluate the spatial-domain Green’s functions in a layered medium. According
to the theory of complex analysis, the relationship among the poles, branch points and Riemann sheets is also analyzed rigorously.
To inverse the Green’s functions from spectral to spatial domain, SDP-FLAM method and discrete complex image method (DCIM)
are applied to the non-near field region and the near filed region, respectively. The significant advantage of SDP-FLAM lies
in its capability of calculating Green’s functions in a layered medium of moderate thickness with loss or without loss. Some
numerical examples are presented to validate SDP-FLAM method.
