A principle of fuzzy control for tracked vehicles is proposed to make its automatic transmission system be able to adapt complex running conditions, and a model of its power train is established to be used in simulation. Based on the fuzzy control method, a fuzzy shift control system composed of a basic shift strategy and a fuzzy modification module is developed to improve the dynamic characteristics and cross-country maneuverability. Simulation results show that the fuzzy shift strategy can improve the shift quality under manifold driving conditions and avoid cycled shift effectively. Therefore,the proposed fuzzy shift strategies are proved to be feasible and practicable.  相似文献

The estimation of the precise performance of existing multistage axial-flow compressors of gas turbine engines is fast becoming a great concern, as the use of gas turbine engines in the power generation and in the military industry increases. In order to reduce the analysis performance error of the traditional scaling method, a new scaling method for estimating the characteristics of multistage axial flow compressors is proposed. This novel method is based on experimental and partial data provided by engine manufacturers. Taking the effect of density-change into account, we introduce the average infinitesimal stage concept, and thereby divide the compression process into an infinite number of infinitesimal processes corresponding to infinitesimal stages. Subsequently, we adopt the corrected Reynolds analogy method for compressible flow calculation in order to ensure much better compliance with the similarity criterion. Validation checks show that the proposed method has enough precision to predict the off-design performance characteristics of multistage axial flow compressors.  相似文献

For a 100 GHz DWDM angle-tuned filter with low polarization dependent loss, the insertion loss and the Gaussian- transformation tendency of the transmission spectrum will become more serious as the incident angle is increased. It is because of that the optical path and the transmission modes of the thin film filter will change when the incident angle is varied. According to the thin film matrix theory, the analysis model is established, the displacement change of the transmis- sion field is simulated, and a dynamic compensation fitting is also designed and fabricated in the paper. The experimental results show that it can effectively reduce the insertion loss and the phenomenon of Gaussian process. Using the compen- sation fitting, the tunable range of the filter is at about 20 nm which coincides with the theoretical design.  相似文献

A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) high-temperature and high pressure sensor has been designed and fabricated by using the Al2O3 thin-wall tube as a substrate. The test results show that the sensor can withstand a pressure range of 0-45 MPa and a temperature range of-10-300℃, and has a pressure sensitivity of 0.0426 nm/MPa and a temperature sensitivity of 0.0112nm/℃  相似文献

混油泥浆钻进或卡钻时泡油解卡,必然对岩石样品造成不同程度的污染,对地化录井影响也在所难免。通过模拟实验方法分析混油泥浆对岩心、岩屑和井壁取心的污染程度及其对地化录井的影响,证明了混油泥浆对岩心和岩屑样品分析结果的影响可以忽略不计,对壁心样品分析结果影响很大,不能用来进行储层评价。两口井现场录井实例说明,地化录井具有较强的抗污染能力和识别真假油气显示的能力。  相似文献

A new method solution for the direct displacement of parallel mechanism,wavelet network method,is proposed. Comparing with the classical analytical and numerical methods,this method can be extended to any parallel mechanism with any selected degree of freedom and configuration. A wavelet network suiting to approach multi-input and multi-output system is constructed. The network is optimized by analyzing the sparseness of input data and selecting the fitting wavelets by orthogo-nalization method according to the output data. Then it is applied to solve the direct displacement of a general six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism as a numerical example. For comparison purposes,a BP neural network is also used for this problem. Simulation results show that the wavelet network performs better than BP neural network. In addition,the wavelet network learns much faster than BP network.  相似文献

Optimal synthesis of a 3-DOF 4 limbs planar parallel mechanism with actuated redundancy is studied. The kinematics equation of the mechanism is developed and the topology of the mecha-nism is classified. The kinematics and force properties of the mechanisms according to the topologies are compared. Furthermore, a global optimizing formulation is derived from the condition number that is a local index usually used to scaling the manipulability isotropy quantitatively. The optimiza-tion is solved by genetic algorithm. The numerical results show that the topology of the mechanisms can influence the kinematics and force property considerably, and the manipulation dexterity of the mechanisms can be improved distinctly by the given formulations and the suggested optimization algorithm.  相似文献

It has been found that the brittle material, monocrystalline silicon, can be machined in ductile mode in nanoscale cutting when the tool cutting edge radius is reduced to nanoscale and the undeformed chip thickness is smaller than the tool edge radius. In order to better understand the mechanism of ductile mode cutting of silicon, the molecular dynamics (MD) method is employed to simulate the nanoscale cutting of monocrystalline silicon. The simulated variation of the cutting forces with the tool cutting edge radius is compared with the cutting force results from experimental cutting tests and they show a good agreement. The results also indicate that there is silicon phase transformation from monocrystalline to amorphous in the chip formation zone that can be used to explain the cause of ductile mode cutting. Moreover, from the simulated stress results, the two necessary conditions of ductile mode cutting, the tool cutting edge radius are reduced to nanoscale and the undeformed chip thickness should be smaller than the tool cutting edge radius, have been explained.  相似文献

A novel technology to manufacture holographic ion beam etched diffraction gratings based on surface therrnokinematics is presented. The surface roughness of photoresist gratings is solved by this technology. According to this technology, a holographic ion beam etched blazed grating of 1200 l/mm for use in the ultraviolet region is manufactured. The experimental results show that the grating has good surface quality, low stray light and high diffraction efficiency. In addition, the performance of thes gratings satisfies the operating requirements of ultraviolet spectrograph.  相似文献
