略论中国传统合院住宅形式的固化与沿用

合院式住宅是中国人沿用了二千多年的典型形制，除了其能满足采光、通风的要求和建造相对简化外，中国传统社会早期的中霤祭祀和以五行为基本元素的统括万物的宇宙模式对于中国式合院住宅的固化与沿用，也起了不可忽视的作用。

对小偏心受压构件在对称配筋情况下的截面配筋计算，提出用最佳一次逼近多项式简化基本公式，直接按二次方程求解ξ的近似方法，具有精度高，相对误差小，计算方便等优点，可供工程设计人员参考。     

Engaging the aging workforce: The relationship between perceived age similarity, satisfaction with coworkers, and employee engagement.

Business publications and the popular press have stressed the importance of creating conditions for meaningful employee expression in work roles, also known as engagement. Few empirical studies, however, have examined how individual or situational factors relate to engagement. Consequently, this study examines the interplay between employee age, perceived coworker age composition, and satisfaction with older (older than 55) and younger (younger than 40) coworkers on engagement using a sample of 901 individuals employed in the United Kingdom. Results indicated that satisfaction with one's coworkers related significantly to engagement. Moreover, perceived age similarity was associated with higher levels of engagement among older workers when they were highly satisfied with their coworkers over 55 and lower levels of engagement when they were not. Effective factors on synthesis of the hematite–silica red inclusion pigment

The work focuses on the synthesis of a red ceramic pigment by inclusion of hematite in a fumed silica matrix with different specific surface areas. Iron(II) sulfate was used as hematite precursor. Mixtures of iron(II) sulfate and fumed silica with different mole ratios were heated at different temperatures from 1000 to 1300 °C for 4 h.     

关于变压器二次额定电压的计算

推导了变压器二次负载电压的计算公式,建议由此公式代替以往原理书中惯用的近似公式。利用此公式绘制和分析了不同功率因数额定负载时的相量轨迹图。     

Analysis of the Ductile Strength of Welds Weakened by Notches in Longitudinally Welded Pipes of Large Diameter by the Method of Slip Lines

We study the stressed state of an inhomogeneous welded joint containing an interlayer of a more high-strength material under the action of tensile loads. It is assumed that the contact boundary has a cracklike defect. We deduce analytic dependences of the fracture load on the mechanical inhomogeneity of the joint, thickness of the interlayer, and depth of the defect. The maximum depth of the defect to which the joint is insensitive is established. The proposed theoretical results are innovative and agree with the experimental data obtained for specimens cut out from a pipe of 14KhGS steel.

Study of the morphology and mechanical properties of polypropylene composites with silica or rice‐husk

The mechanical, morphological behavior and water absorption characteristics of polypropylene (PP) and silica, or PP and rice‐husk, composites have been studied. The silica used in this study as filler was a commercial type produced from soluble glass or rice husks. The compatibilizing effect of PP grafted with monomethyl itaconate (PP‐g‐MMI) and/or with vinyltriethoxysilane (PP‐g‐VTES) as polar monomers on the mechanical properties and water absorption was also investigated. In general, a high loading of the studied fillers in the polymer matrix increases the stiffness and the water absorption capacity. This effect is more noticeable in the tensile modulus of the PP/silica composite with PP‐g‐VTES as compatibilizer. However, the increase of the rice‐husk charge as a natural filler in the PP matrix decreases the stiffness, and in the presence of PP‐g‐MMI as compatibilizer in PP/rice‐husk, the tensile modulus and water absorption of the composite were improved. The better adhesion and phase continuity in the PP/silica and PP/rice‐husk composites with different compatibilizers was confirmed by the morphological study. 遗落的明珠——浅谈岑参山水写景诗的艺术价值

唐代诗人岑参以边塞诗闻名于中国古代诗坛，同时他的山水写景诗写得也毫不逊色，取得了极高的艺术成就，特别是其清淡、清新、清旷、清丽的“四清”并行的艺术风格尤为突出。由于历史和个人原因，岑参的山水写景诗历来鲜为人知，但这并不能否定其特有的艺术价值。
