多侧孔零件冲孔模设计

介绍了一副典型的多侧孔冲孔模的设计分析和模具结构。由于多侧孔冲压件，大多数是侧孔布置在冲压件的周围，因而冲孔凹模只能放在冲压件的内部，往往受到冲压件体积的限制，这样冲孔凹模的强度和刚度都受到极大影响，该文介绍了两种方法解决这一问题，可供同行在类似产品设计中参考。

Influence of expandable graphite on fire resistance and water resistance of flame-retardant coatings

Expandable graphite (EG) coating and ammonium polyphosphate-pentaerythritol-melamine (APP-PER-MEL) coating were prepared. Thermal degradation and char formation of the coatings were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetry (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results have shown that the anti-oxidation and fire-resistant properties of expandable graphite coating containing EG with size of 74 μm are better than those of APP-PER-MEL coating. The static immersion test was applied to study water resistance of the coatings, and the fire protection test and mechanical test were used to analyse heat insulation and mechanical properties of coatings before and after water immersion. The fire-resistant and mechanical properties of APP-PER-MEL coating were severely damaged by water immersion, whereas EG coating containing 8.5% EG with size of 74 μm could retain the good fire resistance even after 500 h water immersion.     

高温W/Re流口复合界面上的扩散层

W/Re流口在高温下使用时,复合界面处会发生反应扩散而形成一个由固溶体(W),双相σ,双相x,固溶体(Re)4个相组成的过渡层。并作出了不同反应扩散时间的浓度分布曲线,及浓度突变形成的双相区,从而确定了各相成份组成。对经反应扩散后的复合界面进行微观观察发现x相、σ相内有许多间隔式微裂纹,据此认为高温下W/Re流口失效原因是使用过程中上述两x,σ相内裂纹扩散,熔体渗入所致。     

Development of microstructure and mechanical properties of a Ni-base single-crystal superalloy by hot-isostatic pressing

Effects of the hot-isostatic pressing (HIP) process on microstructures and mechanical properties of Ni-base single crystal superalloy CMSX-4 were investigated. In the overall heat treatment process, the HIP treatment remarkably induced the healing behavior of micropores and decreased the pore size and porosity of superalloy CMSX-4 compared with normally treated specimens. The microstructure of γ′ phase after the HIP process showed rather a coarsening tendency and could be developed by the partially solution and aging treatment. Consequently, the elimination of cast micropores using the HIP step resulted in the inhibition of crack initiation in microstructure and improved the stress-rupture lives of Ni-base single crystal superalloy by 185%.     

An Optimization Method For Estimating Phase Compositions And Amounts In Two—Phase Nickel Base Superalloys

根据已知镍基合金成分和γ′相成分，运用分层宽容多目标优化法，分别计算了γ相成分及γ′相含量．优化测算过程的实现是通过建立使杠杆定律等式两端数值差最小和两相共格错配度最小的目标函数，并通过设置γ′相含量和基体相成分取值范围的约束条件而实现的．验证了该方法的可行性和准确性．

国产纺丝机与引进分丝设备配套的分丝工艺研究

通过对国产VC406纺丝机与引进DW-200无捻拉伸机、MC16分丝络筒机等设备的配套和分丝生产工艺的研究,着重论述采用分丝路线生产锦纶高支单丝的纺丝、分丝工艺和该路线生产单丝的特点以及各工序对前道的要求。该配套生产线经一年多时间的正常运行,产品质量已达到国际同类产品的水平。证明有关纺丝设备的改造是成功的,工艺是可行的。     

有滞后环节的系统的闭环鲁棒辨识方法

提出一种新的针对带滞后环节的任意阶系统的闭环辨识方法。通过“三步法”，实现在闭环条件下的被控制对象的传递函数参数的辨识，所提出方法具有很强的鲁棒性。仿真例子表明该方法的有效性。
