工业循环水水泵组故障类型及影响分析

用故障类型及影响分析法(FMEA),对宁夏石化公司二化肥循环水系统节能改造后的现状进行了调查分析,针对发现的问题提出了改进措施和建议。该分析方法有助于提早发现装置存在隐患,对预防事故发生、减少事故损失有重大意义。     

Internal surface protection of gas turbine blade by Si‐aluminide coating

A laboratory‐scale slurry silicoaluminizing process has been developed to apply coating into cooling passageways of a first‐stage gas turbine blade. Analytical techniques for characterizing the coatings comprised optical microscopy, SEM, EDS, and XRD. The results of metallographic examinations demonstrated that acceptable coatings had been formed in almost all of the passageways. The amounts of Al and Si in the topcoat were found to be in the ranges of 24–26 wt% and 4.5–6 wt%, respectively. The heat treated coating consisted largely of β‐NiAl phase as the coating matrix with uniform distribution of <2 µm‐size precipitates. In addition, oxidation and hot corrosion performance of the coatings were investigated by cyclic exposure to 1100 °C and the furnace method using a mixture of sodium sulfate‐40 wt% sodium vanadate‐10 wt% sodium chloride at 780 °C, respectively. It was found that the presence of Si in the coating improves both oxidation and hot corrosion Type II properties.     

Analysis of the energy performance of a ground source heat pump system after five years of operation

GeoCool plant was the result of a EU project whose main purpose was to adapt ground coupled heat pump technology to cooling dominated areas. The execution of this experimental plant was completed at the end of year 2004, starting on February 2005 the regular operation of the air conditioning system. Since then, GeoCool facility has been monitored by a network of sensors characterizing its most relevant parameters. Several aspects of the performance and behaviour of the system during its first operational year were presented on a previous paper. This paper presents the energy performance measurements of GeoCool ground coupled heat pump system acquired during five years of operation as well as the evolution of the return water temperature from the ground as a representative of the ground temperature. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the system energy performance is maintained through the years with no appreciable impact on ground thermal response.

莫高窟地处甘肃省西北部的敦煌市,当地全年气候干燥,为自然除湿创造了有利的条件。介绍了莫高窟游客服务中心接待大厅地道通风的地道设计、运行工况、热舒适指标计算,计算结果表明,室内环境的热舒适状况能满足规范要求。     

Studies on the heating capacity control of a multi-type heat pump system applying a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) method

This paper describes a method to control capacity of a multi-type heat pump system. Because indoor units are interconnected, alteration of the heating or cooling setting of one indoor unit can influence the performance of the other indoor units. Proportional-integral (PI) controllers were used to assess system performance, and the PI controllers’ gain values were optimized by using a genetic algorithm. A system model was established following a system identification optimization process, and a pseudo random binary sequence was selected as the system identification input signal. A multi-input multi-output (MIMO) controller was more effective in reducing such cross-coupling effects than a single-input single-output (SISO) controller. The temperature at the secondary fluid outlet in the condenser and the saturation pressure at the evaporator were selected as the control variables in the MIMO controller. The experimental results showed that an optimized MIMO controller could reduce overshoot by up to 40% compared with the results using a SISO controller.     

柔性钻注浆加固重载铁路基床

介绍了柔性钻注浆加固重载铁路基床的试验与应用。武钢320 t混铁车走行线由于先天不足,投入运营后铁路基床质量逐年下降,铁路运输安全保产十分艰难。采用柔性钻注浆排除重载铁路基床隐患,实现了零封道作业。经检测试验,注浆加固体最小抗压强度、注浆区域地基承载力等各项技术指标均满足重载铁路基床的要求,同时对于冶金企业重载铁路基床加固处理具有推广意义。     

三元流叶轮置换技术在聚酯生产中的应用

通过全三元射流-尾迹流动计算得出定量分析,改善叶轮内流动状态,减少进口冲击和出口尾迹脱流等损失,使水泵效率得以提高,真正达到节能降耗之目的。     

浆态床合成气制二甲醚反应器数学模拟

建立了包括液相返混和催化剂颗粒沉降的合成气一步法制二甲醚浆态床反应器的数学模型,模拟计算了空速、原料气组成、反应温度、反应压力等反应条件对反应的影响。计算结果表明,CO转化率和二甲醚的选择性随温度增加、压力增大而提高,在一定温度、压力条件下,CO转化率随空速增大而减小,合成气含有一定量的CO2有利于CO转化率增加。

200MW机组CHTA50/5型电动给水泵暖泵系统的改造

针对 2 0 0MW机组CHTA5 0 / 5型电动给水泵倒暖效果不佳的问题 ,提出改进设计 ,使正暖与倒暖能有效结合。运行效果表明 ,方案为电动给水泵提高暖泵效果 ,节能降耗提供了一条行之有效的途径。
