通过FTIR、元素分析、GPC对4种不同来源的木质素磺酸钠进行物理化学性质分析,并将其与水性聚酰胺协同改性豆粕胶黏剂(简称豆粕胶),利用测试接触角、剪切黏度和湿态胶合强度考察改性前后胶黏剂的浸润性、流变特性以及所得胶合板的胶合性能.红外谱图分析表明,在1065 cm–1附近出现了磺酸基或磺甲基中S==O的伸缩振动吸收峰,证明木质素经过磺化反应或磺甲基化反应得到木质素磺酸钠;木质素磺酸钠中磺酸基含量越高,经其改性的豆粕胶的零剪切黏度越低且在木材表面的润湿性越好;豆粕胶黏剂与杨木单板的接触角从未改性的95°降到改性后的61°;与水性聚酰胺协同改性后的豆粕胶制得胶合板的湿态胶合强度达到0.92 MPa,合格率为100%,满足国家Ⅱ类胶合板的标准要求(胶合强度≥0.70 MPa,合格率≥90%). 相似文献

Interpenetrating polymeric network (IPN) membranes of sodium alginate (NaAlg) and various amounts of poly(hydroxyethylmethacrylate) (PHEMA) have been prepared and tested for the pervaporation dehydration of ethanol and tetrahydrofuran (THF). The presence of hydrophilic PHEMA in the IPN matrix was found to be responsible for increase in membrane selectivity to water. NaAlg–PHEMA IPN membrane containing 20 wt % of PHEMA exhibited a selectivity of 571 to water for the water–ethanol mixture and 857 for water–THF mixture. These data are much better than those observed for the pristine NaAlg membrane. However, flux of the IPN membranes was smaller than that of pristine NaAlg membrane. Equations for the thermodynamic properties of aqueous sodium chloride near its vapour pressure are presented. The equations are functions of temperature and concentration, and may be used to estimate aqueous sodium chloride's solubility, density, vapour pressure, specific enthalpy and entropy. They are valid for temperatures from 0 to 300°C, and concentrations extending to saturation with suitable accuracy. The thermodynamic equations are represented graphically and compared with published experimental data. The adsorption of aroma chemicals on cotton fabric was studied relative to the surfactant concentration, surfactant type,
water solubility, and fiber morphology. The adsorption increased with increasing surfactant concentration to a maximum near
the critical micelle concentration, then decreased with further increases in surfactant concentration. The adsorption also
was found to be highly dependent on the fiber surface area and pore structure; dramatic differences were observed between
untreated and mercerized cotton fabric and are believed to be due to morphological differences. Cationic and anionic surfactants
increased the aroma chemical adsorption, which varied with surfactant type, with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC)>sodium
dodecyl sulfate (SDS)>H2O. Water solubility also influenced adsorption; in most cases, adsorption increased with water solubility. In addition, adsorption
was also influenced by chemical structure and hydrophobic interactions. The adsorption of aroma chemicals on cotton fabric
can be attributed to the aqueous solution being physically held in capillaries and pore structures within the fibular structure

The effect of the reaction conditions on the grafting parameters during grafting of 2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid onto sodium carboxymethylcellulose using H2O2/Fe+2 redox pair are studied at 30°C. The grafting ratio, add on, and conversion initially increase with the H2O2 concentration in the range of (10.0–15.0) × 10?2 mol dm?3. Thereafter, these parameters decrease with the H2O2 concentration. The grafting ratio, add on, and conversion increase when increasing the ferrous ion concentration from (0.5 to 4.0) × 10?2 mol dm?3 and decrease with a further increase in the concentration. It is observed that the grafting ratio and add on increase with the monomer concentration, whereas the conversion decrease. The hydrogen ions seem to be facilitating the grafting reaction up to a certain concentration and after this concentration seem to be retarding the process. The grafting ratio, add on, and conversion decrease with the sodium carboxymethylcellulose concentration. When increasing the time period from 60 to 90 min, the grafting parameters increase but decrease thereafter.
