苯胺衍生物改性酚醛树脂的性能和结构表征

选用某种叔胺类化合物作苯酚和甲醛反应的催化剂,并加入少量苯胺衍生物,制备了一种分子量较高的改性酚醛树脂。根据IR、NMR和GPC的测试分析,对苯胺衍生物改性酚醛树脂的结构特征等进行了研究。它与环氧树脂合成压制的玻璃布层压板的浸水后绝缘电阻可达1011Ω以上,其它主要性能也达到了国外同类产品水平。     

结构陶瓷的空蚀性研究

利用转盘装置测量了ZrO2、Si3N4和Al2O3／Ti(NC)等陶瓷材料受到水的空蚀破坏的体积损失,通过SEM观察和XRD分析,探讨了微观结构和抗空蚀性能的关系。     

Diffusion in metallic glasses

Rutherfordα-particles backscattering technique was employed for measurements of diffusion rates in metallic glasses. Effects of relaxation, crystallization and plastic deformation on diffusion rates were also investigated. It has been observed that the diffusion rates of a metallic solute are of the same orders of magnitude in both metal-metal and metal-metalloid glasses. A higher diffusivity is likely if there is a large difference between melting points of the solute and matrix. Relaxation has no effect on diffusion, however, diffusivity increases on crystallization. An increase in diffusivity is also observed on plastic deformation of metallic glass.     

Changes in the dielectric relaxations of water in epoxy resin as a function of the extent of water ingress in carbon fibre composites

Dielectric relaxation measurements are reported over a frequency range from 10⁻¹ to 10⁹ Hz as a function of exposure time for an epoxy resin-carbon fibre composite, ageing at 60 °C in water. Investigation of the nature of the dipole relaxation of the water molecules, indicates the nature of their interaction with the polymer matrix. Analysis of the dielectric relaxation spectra allow identification of processes that can be attributed to ‘free’ and ‘bonded’ water, water in micro-cracking, located in carbon fibre disbonds and plasticizing the polymer matrix. Identification of the various types of location in which water exists was aided by use of the N_g factor from the Kirkwood-Frölich equation, which describes the constraints on free dipole ration nature imposed by the environment in which it is located. These data indicate the power of the dielectric technique for quantitative analysis of water ingress into epoxy composites.

Enthalpic relaxation in semi-crystalline PEEK

The effect of crystallisation on the glass transition temperature and enthalpic relaxation in poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) has been investigated. The increase in glass transition temperature and the activation enthalpy of ageing is explained in terms of the amorphous phase being constrained by the crystallites. The extent of enthalpic relaxation with time has been analysed in terms of the Cowie-Ferguson model and the β value was found to be dependent on both temperature and the crystalline morphology, changes in the co-operativity of the relaxations are used to explain this observation.

Structural reliability optimization using an efficient safety index calculation procedure

The objective of this paper is to conduct reliability-based structural optimization in a multidisciplinary environment. An efficient reliability analysis is developed by expanding the limit functions in terms of intermediate design variables. The design constraints are approximated using multivariate splines in searching for the optimum. The reduction in computational cost realized in safety index calculation and optimization are demonstrated through several structural problems. This paper presents safety index computation, analytical sensitivity analysis of reliability constraints and optimization using truss, frame and plate examples.     

测井相识别模型及其在东海油气勘探中的应用

文章提出一种测井相识别模型,该模型用常规测井信息,定量地确定测井相在钻遇地层中的空间位置,建立测井相。配合东海油气勘探工作,用该识别模型对苏堤构造带的钻遇地层进行了测井相分析。
