一种建筑结构胶用环氧固化剂的研制

选用了甲基环戊二胺为主要原料进行曼尼希改性,探讨了甲基环戊二胺曼尼希改性中原料物质的量比、温度、含水率等因素对产品性能的影响。对改性环氧固化剂进行了分析测试和配制的建筑结构胶的力学性能测试。测试结果表明,甲基环戊二胺曼尼希改性的产品是一种理想的结构胶用环氧固化剂。     

飞机专用橡胶密封型材的研制

以舱口密封带为主,简介飞机专用橡胶密封条的研制。通过胶料主体材料和织物骨架材料的选择、结构设计、产品成型、设计验证和工程化配套生产,研制的飞机专用橡胶密封型材与原产品相比具有耐天候老化性能好,对气和水的密封性能优和使用寿命长等特点,实际使用效果良好。     

Carbon nanotubes grown on glass fiber as a strain sensor for real time structural health monitoring

In order to more effectively monitor the health of composite structures, a fuzzy fiber sensor has been developed. The fuzzy fiber is a bundle of glass fibers with carbon nanotubes or nanofibers (CNTs or CNFs) grown on the surface. The nanotube coating makes the fiber bundle conductive while the small conductive path increases sensitivity. The fuzzy fiber sensor can replace conventional metal foil strain gauges in composite applications. The electrical response of the sensor is monitored in real time to measure strain, vibration, cracking and delamination. Continuous monitoring provides instant notification of any problems. Implementation of this sensor network in a composite can increase service life, decrease maintenance costs and greatly reduce inspection downtime.     

Some observations on the surface wetting relaxation of latex rubbers

The relaxation of dynamic contact angles using distilled water was measured for some elastomeric latex rubbers (unlubricated condoms). These measurements indicated that the wetting force increased with time after the forced motion of the meniscus was stopped. The time variation of the wetting force was analyzed with the help of several models. Neither a simple exponential of the Debye type nor an exponential based on diffusion fitted the data adequately. The experimental data are described best by a stretched exponential. One mechanism for this dependence would be the dispersive motion of the meniscus because of the chemical and physical heterogeneity of the latex rubber surface. A time dependent deformation of the thin rubber sheet due to wetting may also explain the time dependence, but cannot explain all results.     

添加剂对熔纺氨纶结构与性能的影响

基于添加剂与聚氨酯之间的化学与物理作用,选择了合适的聚合物和无机纳米颗粒等添加剂,研究了这些添加剂对熔纺氨纶制备及其对氨纶丝的微观结构和力学等物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:增塑剂S改善了氨纶的结晶特性,进而改善力学性能与热稳定性;添加剂的并用在一定程度上可改善氨纶丝弹性与耐疲劳性。     

(Pb,La)(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 陶瓷、锆锡钛酸铅镧/聚偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯复合材料的介电性能

用固相烧结法,在1200℃烧结2．5h的条件下,制备了(Pb0.97La0.02)(Zr0.66Sn0.23Ti0.11)O3(PLZST)四方相陶瓷和陶瓷粉末,并将其与聚偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯[polyvinylidene fluoride—trifluoroethylene,P(VDF-TrFE)]相复合制备了70％(体积分数)PLZST／P(VDF—TrFE)复合材料。用3～4MeV、剂量为60Mrad的电子束对PLZST陶瓷及其复合材料进行处理,测量其辐照前后的介电温谱,研究其弛豫性能的变化。结果表明：电子束辐照对PLZST陶瓷的介电温谱几乎没有影响,没有改变它的非弛豫特征;70％PLZST／P(VDF-TrFE)复合材料由于两相界面间的耦合作用产生微畴而具有弛豫特征,而辐照处理对P(VDF—TrFE)内部铁电宏畴的破坏使得其弛豫性能得到显改善,从而获得了一种良好的弛豫型复合材料。

在某些特殊场合需要一种以维生为目的的小型海水淡化装置,热泵技术因其高效节能的特点而被选用。针对这种小型的海水淡化热泵装置,以3．6kg/h的淡水产出率为设计参数,确定了该装置的标准运行工况,即冷凝温度、蒸发温度、海水的补充流量等。在此基础上,进行了盘管式冷凝器、翅片管式蒸发器的结构优化设计,以及压缩机和节流装置的选型,从而完成了小型海水淡化热泵系统中各部件的理论选型,为下一步的实际加工、装配和调试奠定了基础。     

新型分子筛焙烧炉的结构及其计算机控制系统

从机械与控制的双重角度介绍了一种新型立式焙烧炉的结构及其控制的方法。焙烧炉采用了筒体置于能自动开合的炉膛内的新型结构,在机械设计方面采取了一些有效的措施,同时采用组合逻辑控制方法将复杂的控制过程转化为简单控制,实现了焙烧炉的自动化操作。实际运行结果表明,SSY和PTY 2种分子筛的产品收率均由86%提高到96%,产品合格率由94%提高到99%。
