遗落的明珠——浅谈岑参山水写景诗的艺术价值

唐代诗人岑参以边塞诗闻名于中国古代诗坛，同时他的山水写景诗写得也毫不逊色，取得了极高的艺术成就，特别是其清淡、清新、清旷、清丽的“四清”并行的艺术风格尤为突出。由于历史和个人原因，岑参的山水写景诗历来鲜为人知，但这并不能否定其特有的艺术价值。     

Mining for trigger events with survival analysis

This paper discusses a new application of data mining, quantifying the importance of responding to trigger events with reactive contacts. Trigger events happen during a customer’s lifecycle and indicate some change in the relationship with the company. If detected early, the company can respond to the problem and retain the customer; otherwise the customer may switch to another company. It is usually easy to identify many potential trigger events. What is needed is a way of prioritizing which events demand interventions. We conceptualize the trigger event problem and show how survival analysis can be used to quantify the importance of addressing various trigger events. The method is illustrated on four real data sets from different industries and countries.     

Customer service providers' attitudes relating to customer service and customer satisfaction in the customer-server exchange.

The authors proposed and tested a model describing the relationship between customer service providers' perceptions and attitudes toward their service-related duties and their customers' perceptions of satisfaction with their service experiences. Results indicated that the perception of having standards for service delivery in an organization is strongly related to line-level employees' perceptions of support from coworkers and supervisors. Perceived support from coworker, was significantly related to service providers' customer orientation, whereas perceived support from supervisors showed a weaker relationship to a customer orientation. Ultimately, service providers' customer orientation was strongly related to customers' satisfaction with service. Finally, a set of post hoc analyses indicated that coworker and supervisory support explained a greater proportion of incremental variance in the model than did perceived organizational support alone. Using internal fibre geometry to improve the performance of pin-loaded holes in composite materials

The anisotropic nature of fibre reinforced composites leads to large stress concentrations around pin-loaded holes through standard weave cloths. Proper understanding of how this anisotropic nature affects the load distribution around holes can be utilised to reduce these concentrations if sufficient thought is given to the internal fibre geometry near to the hole. Such local reinforcements need not be highly complex and can be readily produced without excessive effort, producing significant improvements in performance.     

强折射轴对称流场的干涉再现方法

利用光学方法测量气体状态参数的关键在于确定气体折射率场的变化。光线通过稳定的非均匀折射率场时发生偏折，并且在强折射对称场中会产生交叉，使得条纹位移量的判读困难。本文首先分析了光线在轴对称折射率场中的偏折效应，在此基础上，给出了一种利用成像透镜对强折射轴对称场中折射率的干涉再现方法。该方法与其它方法相比较能够精确地确定折射率ｎ（ｒ）的值。     

Energy Value of Resistant Starch

Resistant starch was evaluated for energy value using fine silica and normal starch as controls and young rats as a test model. The net increase in rats' carcass energy due to the test materials fed over a 3-wk period formed the basis for assessing energy value. Rats fed normal starch deposited about twice as much fat and significantly more protein in the carcass than those fed either resistant starch or silica. Rats fed resistant starch or silica showed similar growth responses and increases in components of body composition and carcass energy content. This suggested that resistant starch provided, like silica, no energy.     

Influence of Missing Values on the Prediction of a Stationary Time Series

Abstract. The influence of missing observations on the linear prediction of a stationary time series is investigated. Simple bounds for the prediction error variance and asymptotic behaviours for short and long‐memory processes respectively are presented.

利用高酸值餐饮废油脂制备生物柴油

以高酸值餐饮废油脂为原料,在酯化反应后再经两步酯交换反应制备生物柴油。在酯化反应中添加吸水剂可降低油脂的酸值,经一次酯化反应即可将油脂的酸值降至2m g/g左右,满足酯交换反应的要求。考察了酯化反应中吸水剂的添加方式、种类及其用量对酯化反应的影响,以及酯交换催化剂的种类及用量对脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)收率和产物组成的影响。实验结果表明,以凹凸棒土为吸水剂(用量为餐饮废油脂中游离脂肪酸质量的3%),且在酯化反应30m in时加入,酯化效果较好;以质量比为1∶1的NaOH和KOH混合物为催化剂进行两步酯交换反应时,催化剂的最佳用量依次为1.00%和0.75%(质量分数,基于油脂的质量),FAME收率最高达到96.33%。
