Investigation of wear resistance of a hard alloy modified by nanoaddititives

The effect of additions of nanostructured tungsten carbide powder into a sinter mixture with compaction of sintered hard alloy VK8 on its tribological properties has been studied. Physicomechanical properties of the material obtained have been estimated. The produced hard alloy shows elevated wear resistance to abrasive wearing.

研究了氮分压对空心阴极离子镀氮化钛涂层性能的影响。结果表明：在１．３３×１０（－２）～２．２１×１０（－１）Ｐａ氮分庄范围内，显微硬度随氮分区增加而增加，在２×１０（－２）Ｐａ时显微硬度出现最大值，而后随氮分压的增加，显微硬度下降；随着氮分区增加，氨化钛涂层在Ｈ２ＳＯ４溶液中的抗腐蚀性能增加；氮分压强烈影响ＴｉＮ织构。

The preparation and performance of okra protein viscose fiber

Abstract

The protein viscose fibers have a great application in the textiles. It is promising to develop the new-type and functional protein viscose fiber. The aim of this work was to prepare the protein viscose fibers which has the available performance in textile. The okra powder was emulsified and dispersed by surfactant. The spinning dope of viscose was blended with okra emulsion and cell wall protein gel solution. The okra protein viscose fiber was obtained by wet spinning. The morphological structure, main physical properties and wearing performance of the fibers were tested and analyzed. The surface of okra protein viscose fiber was smooth and uniform. The protein content of the fiber was stable, and the amount of protein loss was small. The strength of the fiber was unchanged compared with the ordinary viscose fiber and the friction coefficient of the fiber was small and it had soft hand feel. The fiber had high moisture regain and excellent moisture permeability and air permeability. The okra protein viscose fiber had a certain anti-inflammatory effect and good skin-friendly properties, which is of great significance for the future development of green health care fabrics.     

正交试验法在抽油机井管杆偏磨失效分析中的应用

采用正交试验法揭示了影响水驱抽油机井管杆偏磨的主要人为控制因素对检泵周期影响的规律性，从中找出各因素对检泵周期影响的主次关系，并确定出最优的工艺条件组合。运用方差分析理论处理试验结果，得出各因素对管杆偏磨井检泵周期影响的显著程度，从而发现最薄弱环节，为科学治理和有效控制管杆偏磨失效，降低水驱抽油机井检泵率提供合理依据。     

基于流体机械工况的冲蚀磨损特性研究

在圆盘式磨蚀试验台上，对流体机械常用材料HT200、45与40Cr钢进行了模拟实际工况的冲蚀磨蚀试验，研究了试验材料的表面失效规律及微观破坏机理。结果表明：冲蚀分为跑合期、稳定期和上升期三个阶段。灰铁HT200的冲蚀磨损以脆性断裂为主；45钢的冲蚀磨损是以切削磨损为主；40Cr是以犁沟剥落为主。     

渐开线齿轮轮齿表面磨损规律的理论与实验研究

用一对圆盘滚子试件在JP-DB1500型实验机上模拟一对齿轮啮合规律,对渐开线齿轮轮齿表面在干摩擦或润滑不良情况下的质量磨损及线磨损规律进行了理论和实验研究。结果表明:45#钢在不同热处理情况下,齿轮轮齿表面质量磨损量随载荷变化按指数规律变化;在润滑良好情况下,齿轮轮齿表面线磨损规律与干摩擦或润滑不良情况下磨损规律不同。通过实验研究,得到了齿轮轮齿表面磨损量的载荷因子。
