论半波式П形电磁轭和交叉电磁轭的磁场及提升力

半波式电磁轭组合了交流和直流电磁轭的优点。交叉半波式电磁轭可实现全方位探伤且连续可调、灵敏度高、能耗低、体积小。其提升力-F不是磁场强度峰值Bm的单值函数,因而不能反映电磁轭对工件的磁化能力,更不能反映其磁粉探伤灵敏度。

Effects of Austempering after Hot Deformation on the Mechanical Properties of Hot Rolled Si-Mn TRIP Steel Sheets

Excellent mechanical properties are obtained by austempering after hot deformation without subsequent heat treatment in the present Si-Mn TRIP steel sheets. Isothermal holding time after finishing rolling has affected the mechanical properties of this steel. The results show that the sample exhibits a good combination of ultimate tensile strength and total elongation when it is held at the bainite transformation temperature after hot deformation. The stability of retained austenite increases with an increase of isothermal holding time, and a further increase in the holding duration results in a decrease of it. The tensile strength, total elongation and strength ductility reach the maximum values (774MPa, 33% and 25542MPa% respectively) for this sort of hot rolled Si-Mn TRIP steel using the optimal technology.

THE PREPARATION AND CHARACTERISTICS STUDY OF TiNxOy SPECTRAL SELECTIVE ABSORBING FILM BY MAGNETRON SPUTTERING

Spectral selective absorbent film is a crucial factor for the solar heating device. There are many kinds of spectral selective absorbing film made by different ways. TiNxOy thin film with excellent spectral selecting absobent property were successfully prepared by DC magnetron sputtering with Ar as working gas, N2 and O2 as reactive gas, 99.9% titanium as the target and is copper slice as the substrate. In this article, the optical characteristics and microstructure of TiNxOy thin film were studied. Inputing O2 can decrease the reflection of the visible lights, and double layer film can get good absorption for solar energy.     

各向异性Sm2Fe17Nx磁粉的结构与磁性能

研究了Sm2Fe12Nx磁粉的制备、结构与磁性能，发现Sm—Fe合金的铸态组织主要由Sm2Fe17、α—Fe和SmFe2三种物相组成，而经过1000℃均匀化退火48h处理后富Sm的SmFe2相基本消失，α—Fe相的品粒变小，数量减少。随着氯化时间延长到10h，Sm2Fe17相始终未改变其Th2Zn17型结构，而氯原子浓度增加，所有的X射线衍射峰均向小角度方向移动；但在氮化时间超过10h后，物相要发生变化，导致磁性能降低。在500℃下流动的氮气氛中对Sm2Fe17合金氮化2、4、6、10h未加磁场取向的磁粉中，以氮化6h的磁性能值最高：σr＝35．44Am^2/kg(emu／g)，Hc＝58kA／m(729．03Oe)。磁性能值偏低的原因与测量磁场较低，粒径分布不均匀及粒径较大有关。     

安钢双流板坯连铸机顺利投产

2006年12月6日，安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二炼轧厂新建的双流板坯连铸机一次热试成功，热试钢种为Q235A、规格为230mm×1400mm，热试连浇3炉。热试成功后，取其中的3块铸坯送至轧钢轧制成材，表面和内部质量全部合格。[第一段]
