射水抽气器异常情况的分析及解决

介绍了江苏天生港发电有限公司8、9号135MW机组射水抽气器工作特点,分析了其工作时发生的喷嘴堵塞、喷嘴磨损及逆止阀卡涩时的现象,提出了具有针对性的预防措施,从而保证射水抽气器安全运行。     

Support surface pore structures matter: Effects of support surface pore structures on the TFC gas separation membrane performance over a wide pressure range

In this work, the effects of support surface pore structures(including surface pore size, surface pore density and surface porosity) on the performance of thin film composite(TFC) gas separation membrane over a wide pressure range(from 0.3 to 2.0 MPa) were studied. To fulfill it, the polysulfone(PSf) supports with different surface pore structures were prepared. Two kinds of wide-accepted polymeric membrane materials, i.e., polyvinylamine(PVAm) and Pebax 1657 copolymer, were used as skin layer materials. We pointed out for the first time that the support surface average pore size and pore density could affect the chain mobility of polymer of skin layer at the support surface pore entrance, then, can affect the TFC membrane performance. Besides, we also discussed the effects of support on the TFC membrane performance when the feed pressure changes for the first time. This work can provide guidance for choosing a suitable support for TFC gas separation membrane.     

S7-200在光纤成缆机上的应用

文中主要介绍用西门子S7-200PLC在光纤成缆机上成功地完成了对西门子S5-135UPLC的改造,最大限度地利用了S7-200的模板扩展功能,极大地节约了改造成本,达到了理想的控制效果.给出了控制方案和软、硬件设计框图,对于相关改造具有较高的应用和参考价值.     

叶酸-青霉素G酰化酶对SKOV3实体肿瘤靶向性的实验研究

采用Iodogen法对叶酸-青霉素G酰化酶(Folate-conjugated Penicillin G Amidase,F-PGA)和PGA进行125I标记。将纯化后的标记物由尾静脉注入荷SKOV3实体瘤裸鼠体内,观察F-PGA对叶酸受体阳性的SKOV3的靶向性。结果显示:标记产品纯化后放化纯度>95%,且体内外稳定性较好;荷SKOV3肿瘤的裸鼠注射125I-F-PGA后4~24 h肿瘤显像较清晰,而注射125I-PGA组所有时相均未见明显的肿瘤部位放射性浓聚影;125I-F-PGA组的肿瘤与健侧肌肉的摄取比值(T/M)明显高于对照组(F=13.38,P=0.014 6),且在非靶组织中清除较快。表明F-PGA在荷瘤鼠体内能特异性地与叶酸受体阳性的SKOV3实体肿瘤进行靶向结合,其T/NT>1,有望用于靶向治疗。     

Method for Determining Degassing Constant of Xenon in Liquid Sodium

A method for determining the xenon degassing constant from liquid sodium to the cover gas by measuring the ¹³⁵Xe and ^135mXe release rate ratios, which were produced by the decay of ¹³⁵I in liquid sodium, was investigated using the Toshiba inpile fission product loop. Release rate ratios of ¹³⁵Xe to ^135mXe showed values of 9.9~7.6 at a sodium temperature range of 240~390°C and degassing constant of 1.2 × 10^?3-2.6 × 10^?3 sec^?1, which correspond to degassing half-life of 9.7~4.4 min, were obtained. This method is found to be effective for the determination of fission gas degassing constant, which has a corresponding half-life between several minutes to 40 min and will be useful for the study of fission gas transport phenomena in liquid sodium systems.

Measurements of thermal-neutron capture cross-section of Cesium-135 by applying mass spectrometry

ABSTRACT

The thermal-neutron capture cross-section (σ₀) and resonance integral (I₀) were measured for the ¹³⁵Cs(n,γ)¹³⁶Cs reaction by an activation method and mass spectrometry. Because of difficulty in the preparation of pure ¹³⁵Cs samples, we used ¹³⁵Cs contained as an impurity in a normally available ¹³⁷Cs standard solution. An isotope ratio of ¹³⁵Cs and ¹³⁷Cs in a standard ¹³⁷Cs solution was measured by mass spectrometry to quantify ¹³⁵Cs. Cesium-135 impurity along with the ¹³⁷Cs standard solution was irradiated at the hydraulic conveyer of the research reactor in the Institute for Integral Radiation and Nuclear Science, Kyoto University. Wires of Co/Al and Au/Al alloys were used as neutron monitors to measure thermal-neutron fluxes and epi-thermal Westcott’s indices at an irradiation position. A gadolinium filter was used to measure the σ₀, and a value of 0.133 eV was taken as the cut-off energy. Gamma-ray spectroscopy was used to measure induced activities of ¹³⁷Cs, ¹³⁶Cs and monitor wires. On the basis of Westcott’s convention, the σ₀ and I₀ values were derived as 8.57 ± 0.25 barn, and 45.3 ± 3.2 barn, respectively. The value of σ₀ obtained in the present study agreed within the limits of uncertainties with the past-reported value of 8.3 ± 0.3 barn.     

高能大功率电子辐照加速器270°偏转光路设计

为实现高能大功率电子辐照加速器的一机多用目的,需研制270°偏转光路支线。本文采用Trace3D程序对270°偏转光路进行了设计与模拟计算,设计了双135°偏转磁铁和整体270°偏转磁铁。对双135°和整体270°两种偏转磁铁元件进行二维和三维电磁场设计与模拟计算,计算结果表明,整体270°偏转磁铁的场分布与光路设计中所要求的物理参数差距较大。由于整体270°偏转磁铁的场分布调整较困难,使工程实施中的束流调试难度较大,因此采用双135°偏转磁铁的光路方案。     

关于CJJ/T135-2009标准中胶凝材料用量确定方法的对比讨论

文章讨论了《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》(CJJ/T135-2009)标准中配合比设计部分关于胶凝材料用量确定方法与其他两种胶凝材料用量确定方法的准确性、便捷性、应变性和可操作性.通过对实验结果的分析发现,CJJ/T135-2009中的胶凝材料用量确定方法误将水胶比理解成每立方米混凝土用水量与所有胶凝材料用量的体积之比,从而导致计算结果偏差.而采用实际测定浆体密度再确定胶凝材料用量的方法更符合工程应用的实际情况,且可操作性更强.     

S—135钢板热轧工艺研究

S—135钢板是水电站用高强耐磨不锈钢板,既要求强度高、韧性好,又要求耐磨、耐蚀性强,生产难度较大。除我厂外,目前国内尚无其它厂家能够生产这种钢板。该钢板在加热轧制,冷却过程中要解决很多技术难点。我们通过采用特殊的控制轧制和控制冷却工艺,很好地解决了诸多技术难点,使S—135钢板的开发研制取得了成功。为电站用高强度耐磨不锈钢生产提供了宝贵的经验,也为控制轧制及控制冷却技术在中板生产行业的应用起到了积极的推动作用。
