BaxSr（1—x）TiO3多层膜椭偏光谱研究

用溶胶－凝胶技术在Bi(100）衬底上制备了单层和渐变型多层的BaxSr(1-X)TiO3薄膜，其膜层组分分别为：Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3,Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO,Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3,BaTiO3，对生长制备出的多层BaxSr(1-X)TiO3薄膜进行了变角度椭偏光谱测量，通过椭偏光谱解谱分析研究，首次得到了BaxSr(1-X)TiO3多层膜结构不同膜层的膜厚和光学常数，其结果显示：椭偏光谱分析得到的不同膜层的膜厚与卢瑟福背向散射测量得到的结果基本相符；渐变型多层膜中BaTiO3薄膜的折射率比单层BaTiO3薄膜折射率大许多，与体BaTiO3的折射率相接近，这说明渐变型多层膜中BaTiO3薄膜的光学性质与体材料的光学性质接近。     

哈得4联合站技术改造

位于塔克拉玛干大沙漠腹地的哈得4油田,2004年成为全国最大的沙漠油田,2005年产量达到200×104t。在对联合站存在问题逐一分析的基础上,提出了技术改造的措施。现场采集的运行数据表明技术改造效果明显,增强了流程可靠性,提高了自动化水平,降低了能耗。     

珠光体球化的分形研究

珠光体球化反映到金相上，是一种不规则图像的变化，并且具有分形的特征，可望用分形几何的方法来进行描述。以Cr-Mo钢的珠光体球化为例，用分形维数来描述珠光体球化程度；用小岛法对15CrMo钢的珠光体球化图谱进行了测量。实验表明，珠光体球化从1级到6级，其相应的分形维数范围为1.3156-1.9282。从电厂运行了10^5h的15CrMo钢管上取样，实测了该试样的珠光体球化等级，结果表明，以分形维数表示的球化程度与按图谱评定的球化等级完全吻合。     

IS-2000规范在Walsh Code定义上的局限性

本文针对IS-2000规范关于W alsh Code的定义,发现IS-2000规范有关W alshCode的定义不合理,在前向RC 3下限制了最大数据用户数和最高数据速率;如按本文修改规范关于W alsh Code的定义,不但可以在前向RC 3下提高最大数据用户数,同时在理论上可以将最高数据速率提高一倍。     

Synthesis and luminescence of Sr2CeO4 fine particles

Fine particles of a blue emission phosphor Sr₂CeO₄ have been synthesized using a chemical co-precipitation technique, and the textual and luminescent properties were compared with the one synthesized by the conventional solid-state reaction method. Particle size and distribution of the Sr₂CeO₄ fine powder prepared by the co-precipitation process were smaller and narrower than those obtained by the samples prepared from the conventional one. The emission intensity of the fine particles was equal to that of the larger particles prepared from the solid-state reaction, on the contrary to the general tendency that emission intensity decrease with particle size reduction. Although no Ce³⁺ peaks were observed in EPR measurements, X-ray photoelectron spectra of the samples clearly elucidated the existence of Ce³⁺ only on the surface of Sr₂CeO₄.

Fe3O4/PSt/TiO2多层包覆电磁响应微球的制备

首先采用分散聚合法将自制的Fe3O4磁流体和苯乙烯反应合成有磁核的Fe3O4/PSt磁性聚合物微球，然后，用非均匀成核水解反应在Fe3O4/PSt微球外包覆无定形二氧化钛，获得Fe3O4/PSt/TiO2复合微粒。用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热分析对粒子的形貌和结构进行了表征。并测试了微粒的介电性能和磁性，结果表明，所制得复合微粒有良好的电、磁响应性。     

Atomic layer chemical vapour deposition of copper

Copper films with (1 1 1) texture are of crucial importance in integrated circuit interconnects. We have deposited strongly (1 1 1)-textured thin films of copper by atomic layer deposition (ALD) using [2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptadionato] Cu(II), Cu(thd)₂, as the precursor. The dependence of the microstructure of the films on ALD conditions, such as the number of ALD cycles and the deposition temperature was studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy. Analysis of (1 1 1)-textured films shows the presence of twin planes in the copper grains throughout the films. SEM shows a labyrinthine structure of highly connected, large grains developing as film thickness increases. This leads to low resistivity and suggests high resistance to electromigration.     

Dissolved organic carbon dynamics in the upper rhone: The influence of side-arms?

Dissolved organic carbon (DOC) dynamics were investigated over a two year period in the Upper Rhǒne River to examine the role of side-arms in providing DOC to the main channel in relation to discharge fluctuations, especially floods. Concentrations of DOC are shown to remain low in space and in time (average 1.5 mg ^?1) and to be more related to global hydrological events (precipitation) than to any local flushing for backwaters during floods. The results do not support the general assumption that side-arms are the providers of DOC to the main channel.
