Graphite nanosheets obtained from sonicating expanded graphite were coated chemically with magnetite nanoparticles. The modified graphite nanosheets were dispersed in epoxy or unsaturated polyester prepolymer, and subjected to a magnetic field before the suspension solidified. Composites with graphite nanosheets of highly ordered alignment have been prepared via the described approach. Several techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and optical microscopy were used to characterize the modified graphite nanosheets and the polymer/graphite nanosheet composites. 相似文献

应用多体系统动力学软件ADAMS/Car建立某微型电动汽车前悬架仿真模型,并进行悬架性能分析研究。针对主销内倾角、前束角、磨胎半径随车轮跳动变化不理想的现象,应用ADAMS_Insight模块进行仿真模型的灵敏度试验分析,选定对前悬架运动特性灵敏度影响较大硬点坐标,采用DOE Response Surface控制策略拟合车轮定位参数及磨胎半径的二次响应面函数,结合MATLAB遗传算法工具箱进行硬点坐标优化。结果表明,ADAMS和MATLAB遗传算法工具箱在悬架定位参数优化中的联合应用,可使前悬架具有较理想的运动特性。 相似文献

Based on the holistic perspective of ‘alignment’, evaluating the alignment of human–computer interaction is crucial to ensure effective information system implementation and a positive impact on performance. This study aims to examine the impact of alignment between the nurses' perception of NIS (Nursing Information System) performability and technological capability of NIS achieving success on nurses' satisfaction and nursing care performance through the perspectives of alignment as covariation and alignment as profile deviation. A quantitative method and a cross-section design were used to collect data from 531 registered nurses in Taiwan. The results indicate that the coalignment of nurses' perception of NIS performability and the technological capability of NIS achieving success has a positive impact on nurses' satisfaction with NIS usage. Consequently, nurses' satisfaction will increase with the improved performance of nursing care. The results of this research will help the management of NIS application and development within the context of nursing care. 相似文献

Capillary interactions at a water–air interface were used to align a two‐inch glass wafer to a three‐inch silicon wafer. Flat, smooth silica surfaces were patterned with gold millimeter‐scale borders enclosing micrometer‐scale features. The gold features were rendered hydrophobic through the use of self‐assembled monolayers, the silica was wetted with water, and the wafers were pressed together. The assembly snapped into alignment based upon the minimization of the curvature of the meniscus formed at the water–air interface. The accuracy of this alignment was better than one micrometer. Gravitational energy was used to systematically study the alignment force as a function of pattern parameters. These data can be modeled by interfacial energy theory. These experiments identify a clear set of conditions necessary for the use of this technique for high‐precision alignment. 相似文献
