化学还原法制备纳米铜粉的研究

本文采用KBH4在液相中化学还原CuSO4,并加入KOH和络合剂EDTA ,制得了纳米级的纯净的铜粉 ,通过调整反应物的浓度 ,可以消除Cu2 O等杂质。制备的纳米铜粉还存在一定程度的团聚 ,需试验加入分散剂来改善。     

求非线性方程近似解的逐次迭代法

本文提出了求解非线性问题的一种新方法——逐次迭代法，本方法先是给出一个初始近似解，然后将这个近似解进行校正迭代，使之接近于真实解，把一个非线性问题转化为一个线性问题来解决。     

PVDF中空纤维滤膜的形态结构

用Ｌ－Ｓ相转换法制备了聚偏氟乙烯（ＰＶＤＦ）中空纤维不对称滤膜。铸膜液由聚合物、溶剂和添加剂组成。用电子显微镜（ＳＥＭ）考察了聚合物浓度、添加剂用量及种类对膜形态结构的影响。实验结果表明，聚合物浓度对膜形态结构有显著影响，当铸膜液中聚合物浓度较低时，无论用什么种类添加剂，都能形成大、且多的孔，但孔的形状随添加剂不同而异。当恒定聚合物浓度时，添加剂的用量对膜形态结构有很大的影响，但孔的大小及多少与添加剂含量的多少不成正比。     

Morphology and structure of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) crystallized from dilute organic solution

The high-temperature crystallization of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) from dilute organic solutions was achieved through the introduction of a non-solvent, or precipitating agent, at the desired crystallization temperature. The morphology and crystal structure were examined for crystals produced from PPTA polymer with two different molecular weights (M_w = 46000 and 3430 g mol⁻¹), using transmission electron microscopy. For the high-molecular-weight polymer, ribbon-like crystals were produced, while the low-molecular-weight polymer yielded small needles or platelets. In both cases, electron diffraction showed that the Northolt allomorph was obtained. For the high-molecular-weight polymer, the molecular axes were parallel to the ribbon axes in a chain-extended type structure. A hypothesis for the orientation of the low-molecular-weight PPTA in the small platelets, is also given.     

用层次分析法(AHP)确定QFD中客户需求权重

客户需求权重的确定是质量功能配置(QFD)实现过程中的重要一环，然而传统的确定权重的方法都有各自的缺陷。本文采用层次分析法(AHP)来确定客户需求的权重，首先建立了评价模型，并构造出比较判断矩阵，然后通过层次排序和一致性检验，最终获得了接近实际的客户需求权重结果。文章最后以某企业所生产的车床的客户需求为例，验证了用AHP法来确定QFD中客户需求权重的可行性。     

复合功能原理方案特征建模及其求解过程研究

研制了驱动、传动和分离等典型功能原理方案解的知识库，建立了复合功能产品原理解的特征模型，提出了复合功能原理求解的通用进`生平注解和接口匹配并行的策略，进而提出原理解接口特征的嵌套结构及其匹配进程，开发了一个复合功能产品原理方案求解的计算机支持平台，进行了实例验证。     

降低氧化铝生产中熟料折合比的探讨

在氧化铝生产过程中，熟料折合比是烧结法一项重要的综合性指标，本文通过对熟料折合比的定义、计算公式的剖析，分析了生产过程中影响熟料折合比的主要因素，对有效降低熟料折合比的措施进行了探讨。     

Water-soluble copolymers: 22. Copolymers of acrylamide with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanedimethylammonium chloride: Aqueous solution properties of a polycation

The viscometric, turbidimetric and potentiometric properties of copolymers of acrylamide (AM) with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanedimethylammonium chloride (AMPDAC) were studied in aqueous solutions. The AMPDAC polymers exhibit poor salt tolerance and large, negative viscosity/temperature coefficients. Furthermore, the polymers were found to be sensitive to changes in pH. The AMPDAC polymers undergo phase separation in the presence of dianions as a function of temperature and AMPDAC composition.     

Preparation of ultra-fine copper powder and its lead-free conductive thick film

In this paper, non-agglomerated monodispersed ultra-fine copper metallic powders have been synthesized with chemical reduction method. Fine lead-free glass powders were also prepared by solid synthesis process. Thick film paste prepared by above-mentioned copper metallic powders and lead-free glass powders was applied as conductive paste of MLCC. Mixture of glass and zinc oxide give the thick film a high adhesion strength which is attributed to the rough interface from interfacial reaction between glass and chip, and a good densification. Diffusion of metal between copper thick film and nickel thick film is clear. Ni-Cu solid solution appears under high temperature firing.
