济钢转炉煤气储存加压系统存在缺陷及处理措施

济钢燃气厂针对济钢转炉煤气储存加压系统的设备现状，组织了一次设备大修，大修后煤气柜升降速度提高到了1．0m/min，并解决了加压机前负压等问题。     

"Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception": Correction to Connine and Clifton.

Reports an error in "Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception" by Cynthia M. Connine and Charles Clifton (Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance, 1987[May], Vol 13[2], 291-299). In the aforementioned article, Figures 1 and 2 were inadvertently transposed. The figure on p. 294 is actually Figure 2, and the figure on p. 296 is actually Figure 1. The captions are correct as they stand. (The following abstract of the original article appeared in record 1987-23984-001.) Two experiments are reported that demonstrate contextual effects on identification of speech voicing continua. Experiment 1 demonstrated the infuence of lexical knowledge on identification of ambiguous tokens from word–nonword and nonword–word continua. Reaction times for word and nonword responses showed a word advantage only for ambiguous stimulus tokens (at the category boundary); no word advantage was found for clear stimuli (at the continua endpoints). Experiment 2 demonstrated an effect of a postperceptual variable, monetary payoff, on nonword–nonword continua. Identification responses were influenced by monetary payoff, but reaction times for bias-consistent and bias-inconsistent responses did not differ at the category boundary. 探讨电石法PVC烟气治理方法

分析了电石法PVC生产链中电石炉烟气及电厂烟气二氧化硫的排放情况,指出利用电石炉烟气中的CO合成氨、再将合成氨用于燃煤电厂烟气的"氨法"脱硫是具有较大应用潜力的循环经济产业链。     

Performance evaluation of a water/silicone oil two‐phase partitioning bioreactor using Rhodococcus erythropolis T902.1 to remove volatile organic compounds from gaseous effluents

BACKGROUND: In the framework of biological processes used for waste gas treatment, the impact of the inoculum size on the start‐up performance needs to be better evaluated. Moreover, only a few studies have investigated the behaviour of elimination capacity and biomass viability in a two‐phase partitioning bioreactor (TPPB) used for waste gas treatment. Lastly, the impact of ethanol as a co‐substrate remains misunderstood. RESULTS: Firstly, no benefit of inoculation with a high cellular density (>1.5 g L^?1) was observed in terms of start‐up performance. Secondly, the TPPB was monitored for 38 days to characterise its behaviour under several operational conditions. The removal efficiency remained above 63% for an inlet concentration of 7 g isopropylbenzene (IPB) m^?3 and at some time points reached 92% during an intermittent loading phase (10 h day^?1), corresponding to a mean elimination capacity of 4 × 10^?3 g L^?1 min^?1 (240 g m^?3 h^?1) for a mean IPB inlet load of 6.19 × 10^?3 g L^?1 min^?1 (390 g m^?3 h^?1). Under continuous IPB loading, the performance of the TPPB declined, but the period of biomass acclimatisation to this operational condition was shorter than 5 days. The biomass grew to approximately 10 g L^?1 but the cellular viability changed greatly during the experiment, suggesting an endorespiration phenomenon in the bioreactor. It was also shown that simultaneous degradation of IPB and ethanol occurred, suggesting that ethanol improves the biodegradation process without causing oxygen depletion. CONCLUSION: A water/silicone oil TPPB with ethanol as co‐substrate allowed the removal of a high inlet load of IPB during an experiment lasting 38 days. 基于神经网络基础上的两种系统安全综合评价方法

从工业企业生产发展的特点出发,在界定安全评价概念的基础上，从系统论的角度简要介绍了运用三层BP神经网络技术进行安全综合评价的方法和安全模糊综合评价方法。通过对这两种较为流行的安全评价方法进行分析，指出了传统评价方法的不合理性，辨证说明了这两种评价方法的优越性。     

Ability of a contactless inductive device for the characterization of the critical current versus temperature in superconducting rings at temperatures close to TC

Critical current measurements for three polycrystalline rings of YBCO, three Bi-2223, and one YBCO + Ag were developed from a temperature close to 80 K to the critical temperature using a previously reported contactless inductive device based on the transformer method. These data were used to analyze the ability of this device to characterize, in superconducting rings, the Ginzburg-Landau, Ambegaokar-Baratoff, and De Gennes regimes as well as the crossover temperature between them.     

Skew-cyclic codes

We generalize the notion of cyclic codes by using generator polynomials in (non commutative) skew polynomial rings. Since skew polynomial rings are left and right euclidean, the obtained codes share most properties of cyclic codes. Since there are much more skew-cyclic codes, this new class of codes allows to systematically search for codes with good properties. We give many examples of codes which improve the previously best known linear codes.
