国内外糖业界的传统观点认为,甘蔗纤维份的增加会导致压榨机列生产能力的下降;然而,达个观点缺少坚实的理论为基础。本文以入料理论及进出口的纤维份平衡为依据,并关联了其它的生产能力影响因素,建立起三辊压榨机列生产能力的理论公式,从中得到了一个有趣的与传统观念相悖的结论。结论指出:甘蔗纤维份的增加不会降低压榨机列处理甘的能力,这一结论对于装配有不同数目的喂料辊的压榨机列同样成立。  相似文献

Carbonaceous adsorbents with controllable surface areas were chemically activated with KOH at 780 degrees C from char that had been carbonized from cane pith at 450 degrees C. The pore properties including the BET surface area, pore volume, pore size distribution, and mean pore diameter of these activated carbons were characterized and derived using the t-plot method based on N(2) adsorption isotherms. The activated cane pith carbons, with KOH/char ratios of 2-6, exhibited BET surface areas ranging from 912 to 2299 m(2) g(-1). The scanning electron microscopic (SEM) observations revealed that the surface morphology of honeycombed holes on all activated cane pith carbons was significantly influenced by the KOH/char ratio. The adsorption kinetics and equilibrium isotherms of acid blue 74, methylene blue, basic brown 1, p-nitrophenol, p-chlorophenol, p-cresol, and phenol from water at 30 degrees C on the activated carbons were studied. The adsorption kinetics were suitably described by a simplified kinetic model, the Elovich equation. All adsorption equilibrium isotherms were in agreement with the Langmuir equation, and were used to compare the covered area (S(c)/S(p)) of the activated carbons at different KOH/char ratios. The high-surface-area activated carbons were proven to be promising adsorbents for pollution control and for other applications.  相似文献

A human-friendly interactive system that is based on the harmonious symbiotic coexistence of human and robots is explored. Based on interactive technology paradigm, a robotic cane is proposed for blind or visually impaired travelers to navigate safely and quickly through obstacles and other hazards faced by blind pedestrians. Robotic aids, such as robotic canes, require cooperation between human and robots. Various methods for implementing the appropriate cooperative recognition, planning, and acting, have been investigated. The issues discussed include the interaction between humans and robots, design issues of an interactive robotic cane, and behavior arbitration methodologies for navigation planning.  相似文献

Red raspberry is a fruit of very low mechanical resistance even in the frozen state. Due to this a series of problems in harvesting, pre-cooling, freezing, frozen storage and refrigerated transport take place. Previously developed methodology is applied in this work according to the above-mentioned characteristic for five varieties of red raspberry fruit. Practical parameters, such as pre-cooling times, weight loss, individually frozen fruit%, critical temperatures of storage and refrigerated transport, etc., are recommended for their handling and for improving the individually frozen fruit yields, so that the final quality of the product is not affected by non appropriate handling.  相似文献

This paper describes an experiment in which the performance of cane walkers with the traditional straight long cane and a redesigned cane, the curved cane, was compared. The curved cane has a curve where the tip touches the ground. Participants were 18 experienced cane walkers who were totally blind. The aspects of cane walking that were investigated included obstacle detection, drop-off (slope) detection and walking speed. The performance with both canes was investigated in two different ways: (1) by means of constructed courses in which objective measures of cane walking were derived; and (2) by means of more qualitative measures based on the participants' experiences with the curved cane during a 3-week try-out period. Results showed that obstacle-detection was significantly better with the curved cane, whereas drop-off detection and walking speed were comparable for the two canes. The participants' experiences mirrored these results.  相似文献
