利用臭氧氧化-光催化技术降解水中的有机污染物五氯酚(PCP)。对比了紫外光照射、臭氧氧化、光催化、臭氧氧化-光催化4种方法降解PCP的情况。考察了臭氧氧化-光催化体系中臭氧流量、臭氧产量、PCP初始质量浓度、pH和CO23-等因素对PCP降解率的影响。实验结果表明,臭氧氧化-光催化法比单独使用紫外光照射、臭氧氧化、光催化法更能有效的去除PCP;增加臭氧流量和臭氧产量有利于提高PCP的降解率;降低PCP的初始浓度,PCP的降解率显著提高;pH对PCP的降解效果影响不明显;CO23-的存在显著降低了PCP的降解率。在臭氧氧化-光催化体系中,除臭氧直接氧化降解PCP外,臭氧与TiO2协同作用产生的.OH对PCP的降解也起到了重要作用。  相似文献

A new open-loop high-speed CMOS sample-and-hold is presented. Based on new method for further reduction of voltage-dependent charge injection, a new CMOS sample-and-hold was designed. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of this method. Over 10 dB improvement in signal-to-noise ratio, compared to the signal-to-noise ratio of conventional bottom plate sampling S/Hs was achieved with this method. A comparison between newly designed S/H and the bottom-plate sampling S/H is presented.  相似文献

We report of a theoretical study on quasi-one dimensional unconventional charge density wave (UCDW) driven by electron–phonon interaction. Within mean field theory, we find that the wavevector dependence of the coupling leads to a momentum dependent single particle gap on the Fermi surface. The presence of small energy single particle excitations around the gap nodes significantly changes the optical conductivity compared to the conventional CDW result. In addition to that, the collective phase excitation arising from fluctuation of the order parameter leads to further qualitative changes of the conductivity and results in an effective mass that is nonmonotonic in temperature.   相似文献

This paper presents the current understanding of the flame retardant mechanism of Casico?. The study includes the flame retardant effect of each individual component: ethylene–acrylate copolymer, chalk and silicone elastomer, as well as the formation of an intumescent structure during heating. The flame retardant properties were investigated by cone calorimetry and oxygen index tests. To obtain insight into the flame retardant mechanism, heat treatment under different conditions has also been performed. The results indicate that the flame retardant mechanism of Casico is complex and is related to a number of reactions, e.g. ester pyrolysis of acrylate groups, formation of carbon dioxide by reaction between carboxylic acid and chalk, ionomer formation and formation of an intumescent structure stabilized by a protecting char. Special emphasis is given to the formation of the intumescent structure and its molecular structure as evaluated from 13C MAS‐NMR and 29Si MAS‐NMR, ESCA and XRD analysis. After treatment at 500°C the intumescent structure consists mainly of silicon oxides and calcium carbonate and after treatment at 1000°C the intumescent structure consists of calcium silicate, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) applied to the study of fluorinated polymer surfaces presents several problems related both to peak assignment and to degradation. In this work, we analyse extensively the question of XPS peak assignments in this kind of surfaces. We conclude that in this kind of surfaces using binding energy differences between fluorine and carbon is better than using absolute binding energies. Also a useful relation between fluorine photoelectron energy vs. polymer composition expressed through the atomic ratio fluorine/carbon (F/C) was found. A protocol for data treatment is proposed and applied to a XPS study of the degradation induced by X-ray on high-density polyethylene surfaces modified by direct fluorination. Results obtained for the degradation, namely the atomic ratio F/C obtained by two different methods, combined with angle resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ARXPS) were used to study the fluorine concentration profile in depth, producing self-consistent results.  相似文献

The immense growth of cities, especially in developing countries, is resulting in the urbanization of both poverty and environmental degradation to a greater degree than ever before. This paper examines the processes of growth and degradation in the Greater Cairo Metropolitan Region (GCMR), currently the world’s tenth largest mega-city. It reviews the region’s growth and selected environmental issues as well as impacts of current efforts on managing the region. The assertion of this paper is that current management policies and bodies lack a comprehensive view of urban governance for the region, which does not bode well for the future environmental and economic sustainability of the region.  相似文献

In the present work, tracking phenomena has been studied with silicone rubber material under the a.c. and d.c. voltages following IEC-587 standards. The surface condition of the tracked zone was analysed using wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) studies. Thermogravimetry and pyrolysis in combination with gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy were the experimental techniques applied to the thermal degradation of cinnamoylated poly(vinyl alcohol) samples, constituted from vinyl alcohol-vinyl cinnamate photocrosslinkable copolymers. The thermal decomposition products include gases, liquids and solids. The gases are formed from saturated and unsaturated volatile hydrocarbons C1? C4, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. The liquid fraction includes aromatic hydrocarbons and some oxygenated organic compounds. The solid product identified in the greatest amount was cinnamic acid. The content in the thermal decomposition products varies considerably both with copolymer composition and temperature.  相似文献

A compact analytical model for charge pumping (CP) is derived. It accounts for emission during the high and low gate bias levels and assumes instantaneous transition edges. This model, which does not apply on the top of the CP curves when using large gate voltage swings, where emission fully proceeds during the transitions edges of the gate signal, applies on all the other regions provided that the transition times of the gate signal are much shorter than the times at steady state biases. Therefore it holds at large bias swings on both edges of Elliot curves and at small bias swings on the whole Elliot curves provided that the interface traps are completely filled [1]. It is compared with the analytical model proposed by Wachnik and Lowney [2] in which emission is not accounted for at all. This model, which holds at Elliot curve maxima when small voltage swings are used, has been shown to be extremely useful for studying interface trap properties [1, 2, 3 and 4]. The CP model proposed primarily, that of Brugler and Jespers [5], is used as a reference. The model derived in this article very satisfactorily fits the experimental curves in the regions of large CP current where it holds. Discrepancies at low current levels are due to the well-known contribution of the transistor source and drain regions or could be due to edge effects. Comparing the different models and the experimental curves allows to evaluate emission and capture during different regions of the gate bias period. The three regions of CP response, depending on the gate voltage swing and involving or not emission and the full filling of the interface traps, are also evidenced.  相似文献
