隧道挖装机的功能拓展研究

针对施工现场对隧道挖装机在工作中的要求,增加了挖装机集料斗的推铲功能,以提高其装渣作业的效率。考虑到作业中可能遇到粉尘飞扬带来的危害,增加了喷雾降尘功能。提出了实现这些功能的方案,对其进行理论分析和相关计算,并用MATLAB软件对参数进行优化,确保功能的可靠性。     

关于烷基羟肟酸试选东鞍山铁矿石的研究

为寻求一种能更好替代塔尔油氧化石蜡皂选别东鞍山赤铁矿石的捕收剂，本文论述了C5～C9烷基羟肟酸应用到铁矿石的浮选上，并同塔尔油氧化石蜡皂进行小型试验对比。结果表明，在适宜条件下，可能替代现场药用于生产。     

红外图像模式识别的预处理研究

红外图像识别与跟踪是红外成像制导的关键技术之一，在红外图像模式识别系统的实际应用中，图像预处理效果的好坏将直接影响到后续识别算法的复杂程度以及系统的可靠性．基于红外图像的特性分析，提出了红外图像模式识别的预处理过程，并详细研究了滤波降噪、目标增强、图像分割等预处趣技术．具有工程实用价值．     

铜带坯双面铣床铣屑收集系统设计

本文对铣床铣屑收集系统的设计进行了论述 ,对物料的悬浮速度、料气比、速度比的确定进行了探讨 ,并介绍了管道阻力的计算方法。该设计方法对其它气力输送系统的设计具有指导意义。     

Membrane Lipid Composition Plays a Central Role in the Maintenance of Epithelial Cell Adhesion to the Extracellular Matrix

Focal contacts (FC) are membrane-associated multi-protein complexes that mediate cell-extracellular matrix (ECM) adhesion. FC complexes are inserted in detergent-resistant membrane microdomains enriched in phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P₂); however, the influence of membrane lipid composition in the preservation of FC structures has not been extensively addressed. In the present work, we studied the contribution of membrane lipids to the preservation of renal epithelial cell adhesion structures. We biochemically characterized the lipid composition of membrane-containing FC complexes. By using cholesterol and PtdIns(4,5)P₂ affecting agents, we demonstrated that such agents did not affect any particular type of lipid but induced the formation of new FC-containing domains of completely different lipid composition. By using both biochemical approaches and fluorescence microscopy we demonstrated that phospholipid composition plays an essential role in the in vivo maintenance of FC structures involved in cell-ECM adhesion. 对某一特定数字信号的运算有：放大、衰减、沿时间轴压缩、展宽、翻转、差分运算等等,借助MATLAB完成语音信号的采集,并以采集到的信号为研究对象,完成上述运算,体验运算效果。

Collections designers keep: Collecting visual material for inspiration and reference

A contextual inquiry is presented on how designers collect and organize visual material that they use for inspiration in their design process. The inquiry is a follow-up on a inquiry performed over ten years ago by one of the authors. The aim of the inquiry was to find considerations for a tool that helps designers in collecting visual material. The inquiry was performed at six Dutch design agencies and involved sensitizing the subjects through cultural probes. The designers reported collecting as a continuous background process without specific stages, processes or tools in the design process. Collections of visual material are used in making collages, which are all made using computers. Collected visual material is usually physical, whereas the visual material used in the collages are all digital images. The physical and digital collections are different in use and value in the design process. The paper finally presents six considerations for a tool to support the collecting behaviour by designers.     

日本对南鸟礁周边海域海洋稀土资源潜力的评价

稀土是日本可再生能源等尖端领域不可缺少的元素。日本是世界第三大的稀土消费国,其稀土进口量的82%来自中国,占中国出口总量40%,用日本的话说是"一直以来高度依赖于中国的廉价稀土",从2000年开始一直在探讨确保稀土稳定供应的对策。特别是2010年中国加强限制出口措施以来,日本政商各界对其稀土资源供应以及高科技发展的可持续性产生了极大的担忧。近年来,日本利用其海洋资源勘查开发技术的优势,加强了对海洋稀土资源勘查开发研究和相关模拟实验,旨在为日本提供稳定的稀土供应源,保持日本制造业的国际竞争力,以及开发新用途和新产业领域等方面的优势。本文介绍了日本海洋稀土的发现,以及日本石油天然气金属矿物资源机构(JOGMEC)历时3年时间,对日本南鸟礁周边海域海底稀土沉积物的资源调查及评价,开展的海洋稀土沉积物采泥、扬泥以及冶炼等技术领域的调查和研究,相关的经济性评价情况,对了解日本海洋稀土的发现及勘查开发进展具一定的参考价值。     

铀氢锆燃料芯块的测氢装置

本文介绍了铀氢锆燃料中氢含量的测定装置及该装置的精密度测定,对不同的载气流量、提取温度及收集时间的影响分别作了测试研究。当载气流量在85—100ml/min,提取温度由900℃增至1550℃时最佳的收集时间可由30分钟减至18分钟;对氢含量为1.89wt%氢化锆参考标样的测定指出,六次测定的精密度优于±2%,测量误差为2%,氢的回收率达99.3%。测试应用表明本装置及其测试方法稳定且操作简单。
