厚度控制技术在中厚板轧制生产中的应用

本文探讨了影响中厚板厚度波动的因素，结合安钢中板厂2800mm轧机按合同轧制一批交货重量不大于理论重量船板的生产实践，总结了实际生产中实现高精度厚度控制的有效方法。     

3-D gust effect factor for slender vertical structures

Original studies on gust factor buffeting dealt with the alongwind displacement of structures. Research on this topic carried out since the nineties followed two distinct lines: the first determines the maximum effects due to the alongwind response; the second extends the original method from the alongwind response to crosswind and torsional responses. This paper represents the junction point of these research lines with reference to cantilever slender vertical structures. It derives the most relevant effects associated with the three-dimensional (3-D) wind-excited response of this structural type and shows that a suitable definition of one non-dimensional quantity, referred to as the 3-D gust effect factor, provides such effects at any level through a wide set of experimental, numerical and analytical procedures. A new definition of a 3-D equivalent static force consistent with this method is also introduced and critically compared with previous analogous statements.     

Experimental results of a low-power roadheader driving a gallery with different types of rock at the face

In this paper, the experimental results of a 45-kW and 15-t roadheader excavating a gallery with two different types of rock at the face using two different cutting heads are shown. It is proved that the roadheader works properly with both cutting heads. In comparison with other results in the literature, the principal parameters, i.e. specific energy, cutting rate and tool wear, are at a level that can be considered satisfactory taking into account the low power of the roadheader. On the other hand, the influence of the number of picks, which is the main difference between the two cutting heads, on the operational parameters is shown.     

Observation of atomic steps on CaCO3 crystal surface

By using scanning polarization force microscopy,the deliquescence process and the atomic steps on the cleavage surface of CaCO3 in air were studied in situ.Under an exposure to medium umidity(-57%),the sloiw step movement has been observed.     

涂层材料的断裂分析(英文)

和基体厚度相比,涂层很薄,因此细观力学模型可把基体作为半无限弹性体。由于涂层和基体材料的膨胀系数及弹性系数不匹配,涂层材料中残余热应力的解析解为 E_c/(1-γ_c)·(α_s-α_c)△T。用有限元法校核,该应力和解析解吻合得好。通过对涂层产生裂纹驱动力和断裂韧性的讨论,提出了抗裂涂层厚度公式。     

汛期采金船的缆绳牵拉

本文介绍了采金船渡汛时的停泊方向及采金船在洪水中可能产生拖曳力的估算方法，为了防止采金船汛期发生溜船事故，建议采用缆绳牵拉固船的措施，以保障采金船的汛期安全。     

水闸闸室化算梯形横截面上不平衡剪力的分配计算

当地弹性地基梁法计算非岩石地基的水闸底板应力时，首先要求解出不平衡剪力，当闸墩截面选择梯形时（主要是边墩），常用方法是作图法，这既有误差又繁琐。所以就此推导出一个公式，可直接求解平衡剪力。     

High-field magnetic and transport critical current density of Sm-Ba-Cu-O: Agx superconductors at low temperature

Variation of magnetic critical current density (J _mc) and transport critical current density (J _tc) in high magnetic fields at liquid helium temperature were investigated on Sm-Ba-Cu-O: Ag _x (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6) superconducting samples prepared by the coprecipitation technique.T _c and crystallographic parameters remain unaffected by Ag addition. However, bothJ _mc andJ _tc were found to increase on Ag addition. The volume pinning force (F _p) also increased with increase in Ag concentration, resulting in stronger flux line sheer. Microwave-induced d.c. voltage measurement shows a significant reduction of the total number of weak links between the superconducting grains with increasing concentration of Ag, which creates stronger pinning potentials between the boundary of the superconducting intergrains. Hence, the volume pinning force is greatly enhanced by Ag addition, leading to flux line lattice movement which is responsible for highJ _mc andJ _tc.     

用双向扭转圆柱组合螺旋弹簧实现扭矩测试

利用单个圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧扭转原理,给出了一种用双向扭转圆柱组合螺旋弹簧实现扭矩测试的方法。根据扭转弹簧模型,给出了预紧力、加载的证明,并对实验结果进行分析;该结构用于扭矩测试系统既实用可靠,又简单易加工;降低了测试系统的成本,具有很高的实用价值。     

采用荷载平衡的概念表达预应力度及在初步设计中的应用

利用荷载平衡法的概念，将预应力度用等效荷载与外荷载的比值表达，设计可利用其比值确定预应力度，便其更简捷，明确，同时，提出了预应力度的真实值问题。
