从酒药中分离得1株能产真菌丝的酵母,定名DS56,对其发酵力、耐酒精度、生长状况进行了测定。结果表明,发酵结束产酒精1.5%(v/v),耐酒精度达13%(v/v),是一株糖化力较强的酵母,在生米粉中生长繁殖快;在饭上生长稍慢;在麦芽汁琼脂培养基表面生长快,形态多样;在液体里生长缓慢。产酒精能力弱,产酯能力强。在黄酒酿造中可用于制作酒药,使酒药产生特有香气,但在发酵过程中作用不大。(庞晓) 相似文献

To establish a facile and feasible method to evaluate and control the quality of Jatropha curcus L. seed oil for biodiesel feedstock, Gas chromatographic (GC) fingerprint technology was introduced and employed. Initially, the chromatograms of the 13 oil samples from various plantation zones in Guizhou, China were obtained under optimized GC conditions. Ten common peaks were selected as the characteristic peaks for chemometrics, seven of which were identified and quantified by comparing with the standards. The mean chromatogram of S7 (n = 3) was selected as the reference spectrum for similarity analysis based on the influence of the fatty acid composition of the raw material on the fuel properties of resulting biodiesel. Furthermore, the result of SA was confirmed by hierarchical clustering analysis and principal component analysis. By this method, all samples can be classified into three groups. The similarity value of samples approaching 1.000 compared with sample 7 was indicative of the desired fuel properties of biodiesel, indicating the potential practical applications in the quality evaluation and control of biodiesel feedstock. 相似文献

现如今很多场合需要对其温度进行实时检测,如粮库、锅炉等,本文主要研究多路温度检测系统的建立及应用。以STC89C52为核心控制芯片,用数字温度传感器DS18B20来测试温度,用移位寄存器74HC595驱动数码管,LM7805稳压芯片为系统提供稳定电压,最后由MAX232电平转换芯片通过串口向单片机下载程序,最终实现多路温度的检测,具有快速、准确、可靠、经济、简单等特点。实验结果表明,所测温度范围为-55℃~125℃,在-10℃~+85℃范围内精度为±0.5℃,适合普通场合的多路温度检测,该设计系统有很大的发展潜力,具有较大现实应用意义。 相似文献

In this paper, we proposed a new method based on expanding subspace algorithm and finite alphabet characteristics, for blind estimation of the users' spreading sequences in the multiuser direct sequence code division multiple access system in the presence of the multipath channels. In the proposed scheme, we show that the estimation of the users' overall channels in the direct sequence code division multiple access system is equivalent to the impulse response estimation of the multi‐input multi‐output finite impulse response channels. Our proposed approach is based on the successive estimation of the columns of the equivalent multi‐input multi‐output finite impulse response channels from the lowest degree columns to the highest degree ones. Accordingly, each user's overall channel that is the convolution of the original multipath channel and the spreading sequence is estimated. Then we extract PN sequences from the overall channel using finite alphabet characteristics of the spreading sequence chips for each user. According to simulation results, our proposed scheme outperforms the conventional methods in that it does not require symbol synchronization and does not have channel constraints (for example, AWGN and single user system) in the multipath channels. 相似文献

Multi-rate multicarrier DS/CDMA is a potentially attractive multiple access method for future wireless communications networks
that must support multimedia, and thus multi-rate, traffic. Several receiver structures exist for single-rate multicarrier
systems, but little has been reported on multi-rate multicarrier systems. Considering that high-performance detection such
as coherent demodulation needs the explicit knowledge of the channel, based on the finite-length chip waveform truncation,
this paper proposes a subspace-based scheme for timing and channel estimation in multi-rate multicarrier DS/CDMA systems,
which is applicable to both multicode and variable spreading factor systems. The performance of the proposed scheme for these
two multi-rate systems is validated via numerical simulations. The effects of the finite-length chip waveform truncation on
