Corrosion Control by water‐soluble extracts from leaves of economic plants

Water extracts from leaves of date palm, phoenix dactylifera, henna, Lawsonia inermis, and corn, Zea mays, were tested as corrosion inhibitors for steel, aluminum, copper and brass in acid chloride and sodium hydroxide solutions using weight loss, solution analysis and potential measurements. The inhibition action was found to critically depend on metal type and solution composition. Only, date palm and henna extracts were found highly effective in reducing corrosion rate of steel in acid chloride solutions and aluminum in sodium hydroxide solutions. The inhibition efficiency increased with increasing the concentration of the extract. The inhibition was interpreted in terms of chemisorption of some active ingredients in the leaves according to Temkin isotherm.     

微区电阻测试方法及新测试仪研制

文章对国内外开展微区薄层电阻测试的方法进行了综述，特别对改进范德堡四探针技术方法的测试原理、测试过程与测试结果进行了论述与分析，对微区电阻测试方法的进一步发展提出了一种可操作的方法，并研制出新型四探针测试样机。

焊接方法对双相不锈钢焊接接头力学性能的影响

研究了不同焊接方法对SAF2205双相不锈钢板焊接接头金相组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明,采用不同焊接方法得到的焊接接头的铁素体与奥氏体两相比例不同,使焊接接头的力学性能存在较大差异,对实际生产中SAF2205双相不锈钢的焊接具有一定的指导意义。     

Effect of heat treatments on tensile properties and microstructures of wrought Mg−Zn−Zr-RE alloys

The effect of heat treatments on the tensile properties and microstructures of wrought Mg–Zn–Zr-Rare earth alloys MB25 and MB26 have been studied in this paper. It was shown that the homogenization of the cast ingots decreased the strength of the extruded bars because some grain boundary phases were dissolved during the process of this treatment, while the ageing treatment of the extruded bars increased the strength due to the dispersive precipitation of MgZn₂ phase. The quenching + ageing treatments of the extruded bars decreases the strength and plasticity because of the growing up of the grains.Abbreviations ED electron diffraction - GB grain boundary - RE rare earth - TEM transmission electron microscope     

25mm厚钢板产生层间撕裂的原因和防治

层间撕裂并非是厚板独有的质量问题 ,结合工程实例 ,分析 2 5mm厚低合金钢板产生层间撕裂的原因。通过对钢材的超声波探伤检测、化学成分分析和Z向性能检测 ,指出层间撕裂主要与节点设计不当和钢材内非金属夹杂物偏析、分层有关 ,并提出了预防措施。对产生裂纹的构件视严重情况提出了不同的修补处理方法     

汽车发动机电机铁芯用钢(ADW2)的研制开发

鞍钢研制开发的汽车发动机启动电机用钢是针对汽车电机铁芯用钢（定、转子）而开发的电机钢类产品。介绍了该产品的研制过程及规格、特点。通过批量试制及装机试验，产品巳满足用户的使用要求。     

退火损伤对Er注入GaAs和Yb注入InP发光的影响

本文报道了CaAs∶Er、InP∶Yb发光样品的二次离子质谱、X-射线双晶衍射测量结果及其与Er离子的表面成份的关系.分析讨论了退火损伤对GaAs∶Er和InP∶Yb发光的影响以及Er~(3+)复合体发光中心模型.     

弹簧钢棒线材质量投诉的分析研究

为分析研究某特钢厂用户投诉的原因及存在的问题，统计了其两年间的弹簧钢棒线材用户质量投诉，从缺陷类型及生产过程控制进行了分析，重点对多起断裂原因不明的投诉进行了深入的失效研究。结果表明，弹簧钢生产厂在设备工艺、过程控制和管理中存在很多不足，加上用户的使用工艺、材料的内外质量和规格等综合因素导致了材料的断裂失效。     

用φ20mm离心萃取器两步法制取高纯钇

本文研究了中钇富镧稀土的氧化物溶液在环烷酸中的萃取行为，测定了镧钇组成、温度变化与分离系数的关系；在Ｐ＿（５０７）体系中研究了ｐＨ值与分配比的关系；提出用环烷酸、Ｐ＿（５０７）两种萃取剂制备高纯钇的工艺流程。用８４台φ２０ｍｍ离心萃取器进行了一个月的台架试验，结果证明两种萃取剂有很好的互补性，在满足钇的纯度要求下有较高收率。离心萃取器具有易分相、体系存留量少、液流密闭性好等优点，它更适宜于粘度大、级数多、产品纯度要求高的体系。
