A method is described for electron microscopic preparation of cultivated cells for vertical sections using the test chamber system TCSC-1. The cells are cultivated on a special foil. They can be fixed and embedded directly in the chamber. After polymerization of the resin, the foil can be easily taken off and a second resin layer is poured upon the embedded cells. Then distinct cells can be marked under an inverted light microscope. The bilayer of the resin allows optimal conditions for vertical sections of anchorage-dependent cells.  相似文献

在熔盐堆燃料干法处理流程中,处理设备面临着严重的材质腐蚀问题。熔盐冷冻壁技术被视为保护相关设备耐受化学腐蚀的有效方法,而冷冻壁厚度的稳定控制是干法处理流程应用冷冻壁技术实现处理工艺目的的关键。基于自行研制的冷冻壁实验装置,模拟了干法处理中熔盐冷冻壁的应用工况,考察了导热油进口温度、熔盐初始温度、加热器功率、冷冻壁初始厚度对冷冻壁厚度变化的影响,得到了各个因素的影响规律,并总结了最佳的应用工艺条件。利用热流量的变化分析了冷冻壁厚度变化的原因:热流量越大,冷冻壁厚度减小量越大,达到平衡时,热流量越大,冷冻壁平衡厚度越小。通过实验数据拟合得到了线热流密度与冷冻壁平衡厚度的关系式,平均相对误差11.2%。  相似文献

Measurement of differential elastic cross section of protons from aluminum was taken at 165° degree in the2.4–4.8 Me V energy range. A new automated workflow based computationally efficient hydrologic modeling application is developed for soil moisture and runoff simulation. The spatially distributed conceptual framework underpinning the Soil Moisture And Runoff simulation Toolkit (SMART) resolves water balance in large upland catchments where topography and land cover are significant drivers of rainfall-runoff transformations. SMART's computational efficiency is achieved by delineation of contiguous and topologically connected hydrologic response units and solving the water balance equation on spatially representative Equivalent Cross-Sections (ECSs). ECSs are formulated by aggregating topographic and physiographic properties of the complete or part of the first order Strahler sub-basins, thereby reducing the number of computational elements. Water balance simulations across the ECSs in two sub-basins illustrated little loss of accuracy compared to the distributed cross section delineations and soil moisture observations. A 2-dimensional Richards' equation based hydrologic model in SMART can be augmented with additional functionalities or replaced with other model structures.  相似文献

Mixture design was used to determine the optimum ratio as well as concentration of basil seed gum (BSG), guar gum (GG) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in the formulation of ice cream stabilisers. Predicted equations and contour plots of physicochemical responses were also generated. Generally, increasing the ratio of BSG in gums mixture increased the apparent viscosity of ice cream mixes and decreased the melting rate. Increasing the proportion of GG at concentration of 0.35% enhanced overrun of samples. High ratios of BSG at concentration of 0.35% and CMC at concentration of 0.15% increased the fat destabilisation in ice creams. Combination of 84.31% BSG and 15.69% CMC at concentration of 0.35% proposed as optimum formulation which verified in practice. Introducing BSG as a novel source of stabiliser could be promising as alternative and improve the quality and diversity of ice cream and related products.  相似文献

In recent years, the mechanical properties of frozen soils under complex stress states have attracted significant attention; however, limited by the test apparatus, true triaxial tests on frozen soils have rarely been conducted. To study the strength and deformation properties of frozen sand under a true triaxial stress state, a novel frozen soil testing system, i.e., a true triaxial apparatus, was developed. The apparatus is mainly composed of a temperature control system, a servo host system, a hydraulic servo loading system, and a digital control system. Several true triaxial tests were conducted at a constant minor principal stress (σ3) and constant intermediate principal stress ratio (b) to study the effect of intermediate principal stress (σ2) on the mechanical properties of frozen sand. The test results showed that the stress–strain curve can be mainly divided into three stages, with evidence of strain hardening characteristics. The strength, elastic modulus, and friction angle increased with the increase in b from 0 to 0.6, but decreased when increasing b from 0.6 to 1, whereas the cohesion varied little with the variation in b. The deformation in the direction of σ2 changed from dilative to compressive and that in the direction of σ3 remained dilative throughout.  相似文献

A calculational model for a modified diffusion coefficient has been developed to incorporate the neutron streaming effect in heterogeneous low-density channels accurately into diffusion theory calculations. The model uses a supercell, and the axial and radial diffusion coefficients of the heterogeneous inner cell are so defined that they can reproduce Benoist's axial and radial diffusion coefficients of the supercell when the diffusion coefficient of the outer cell is given as 1/3 Σtr . In the case of the axial diffusion coefficient, the axial buckling effect is taken into account by modifying the neutron path length within the streaming channel in calculating the collision probabilities. This model has been applied to an RZ fast reactor Core model with a gas expansion module (GEM). By using the axial diffusion coefficient obtained with the presented model, calculational error of GEM worth was reduced to less than 1/7 compared to the formula of Rowlands and Eaton.  相似文献

A new optimization method of the investment cost of a distribution grid supplied by photovoltaic (PV) sources. This method consists of determining the optimal grid cables cross sections and the optimal grid supply point (GSP) position, such that the sum of the joule losses and the cables investment costs are optimized. The determination of these parameters are performed by the programming of analytical equations using Matlab software, taking into account the influence of technical and economical requirements on the choice of the cables cross sections and the possibility of using several photovoltaic generators (PVG) with separated grids for spaced loads from a long distance, by optimizing the grouping loads combination. The obtained results show that: for a lowest global investment cost, the optimal GSP is referred to the minimum cost center (MCC), for the grid joule losses minimization, it can be in the minimum joule losses cost center (MJLCC); or in the center of the minimum investment cost of cables (CMICC) in the case of the cables investment cost minimization. The adoption of the optimal cross sections, the optimal PVGs (GSPs) number and their optimal positions achieve significant economic gains in terms of the investment cost.  相似文献

Structural elements composed of Class 4 sections are common in stainless steel buildings structures. These thin walled profiles are more susceptible to the occurrence of local buckling. Additionally, in beams the lateral-torsional buckling is also a common failure mode. These instability phenomena are intensified at high temperatures. This work has the main objective of presenting a numerical study on the fire behavior of beams with Class 4 stainless steel sections when subjected to pure bending and high temperatures. The influence of several parameters, as geometrical imperfections and residual stresses, on the ultimate load will be evaluated and comparisons between the numerical results and the Eurocode 3 rules will also be made.  相似文献

The direct strength method (DSM) has been adopted by the NAS (2004) and AS/NZS 4600 (2005) for the design of cold-formed steel members. The method can be successfully applied to the design of welded and hot-rolled sections. This paper reviews the development of the DSM for welded steel structural members. The design strength formulae for welded section columns and beams for the DSM are provided based on the tests performed on welded H-section, C-section, circular and rectangular hollow section columns fabricated from steel plates whose nominal yield stress is 235 MPa or 315 MPa. The comparison between the design strength of welded sections predicted by the DSM and that estimated by existing specifications is provided. This paper verifies that the DSM which adopts the nominal axial strength and flexural strength in the AISC (2010) or EC3 (2004) can properly predict the ultimate strength of welded section columns and beams.  相似文献
