模糊PID自整定算法在PLC中的实现

为了将模糊控制理论更好地应用到现场,提出了一种结合MATLAB仿真软件的PLC实现复杂模糊控制算法的快捷方法。实验结果表明,基于S7软件平台实现模糊PID自整定控制算法,对水位控制较常规PID控制调节时间减少90 s,超调量降低4%,改善系统的性能。模糊规则调节过程验证了结合MATLAB的PLC编程灵活性和便捷性。     

Characterization of Pheromone Blend for Grapevine Moth, Lobesia botrana by Using Flight Track Recording

The behavioral responses of Lobesia botrana males to calling females, pheromone gland extracts, and synthetic sex pheromones were recorded in a wind tunnel. Gland extracts and synthetic pheromones were released from a pheromone evaporator. The numbers of males reaching the source and their flight tracks in response to calling females and pheromone gland extracts were compared to those of synthetic blends. Upwind flights to natural sex pheromone were straighter and faster than to a three-component blend of (E)-7,(Z)-9-dodecadienyl acetate (E7,Z9–12:Ac), (E)-7,(Z)-9-dodecadien-1-ol (E7,Z9–12:OH), and (Z)-9-docecenyl acetate (Z9–12:Ac) (100:20:5). The optimum ratio of E7,Z9–12:OH and Z9–12:Ac to E7,Z9–12:Ac was found to be 5% and 1%, respectively. An additional seven compounds identified in the sex pheromone gland were investigated for their biological activity. Two unsaturated acetates, i.e., (E)-9-dodecenyl acetate (E9–12:Ac) and 11-dodecenyl acetate (11–12:Ac), increased the number of males reaching the source as well as straightness, linear velocity, and decreased the track angle of upwind flight. Optimum response was obtained by releasing 10 pg/min E7,Z9–12:Ac in a mixture with 0.5 pg/min E7,Z9–12:OH, 0.1 pg/min Z9–12:Ac, 0.1 pg/min E9– 12:Ac and 1 pg/min 11-12–Ac. The saturated acetates previously identified in the female glands were biologically inactive.

Reproducibility of transition temperature and critical current density of thin films of YBa2Cu3O7 on (100) LaAlO3

Submicrometer epitaxial films of YBa₂Cu₃O₇(YBCO) on (100) LaAlO₃ were made by coevaporation and furnace annealing. Samples from more than a dozen runs are used in this study. The zero resistance transition temperature (T _c) is high (89 or 90 K) if the film composition is phase pure (Ba/Y=2, Cu/Y=3) or if it is enriched in Ba and Cu. For these compositions the critical current density (J _c) at 77 K has an average value of 2×10⁵ A cm^–2, with a tendency for decreasingJ _c with increasing film thickness (0.2 to 0.8m). Variations inJ _c are not correlated with deviations from ideal stoichiometry. Steeper slopes of the resistance-temperature curves above 100 K and lower values of the room-temperature resistivity are associated with high values ofJ _c. If the film composition is enriched in Y relative to Ba and Cu,T _c decreases by several degrees.     

4G通信技术的FPGA远程更新系统设计

为了解决在恶劣环境、偏远地区等特殊场合的FPGA远程更新问题,提出了一种基于4G无线通信技术的FPGA远程更新系统设计方法。应用4G无线通信模块实现了更新控制器的通信组网,远程控制器通过4G网络与更新控制器建立通信连接,下发控制命令实现FPGA的远程更新。通过实际测试验证了新方法的可行性、正确性,有效弥补了传统更新方法布线复杂、效率低、距离短等不足,提高了设备维护效率、降低了维护成本,对工程应用具有重大意义。     

基于YL-158G装置中电气集成与控制系统的关键技术

纳米晶Li7Si3合金的制备与性能表征

为研究纳米结构锂电池阳极材料的特性,试制了纳米晶Li-Si合金.采用优化的纳米晶合金块体材料制备工艺,即熔炼制备粗晶Li7Si3合金铸锭、高能球磨得到Li7Si3非晶粉末,结合放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)制备得到了纳米晶Li7Si3合金,并对其进行了Rietveld结构精修和杨氏模量测定.结果表明:纳米晶Li7Si3单胞结构参数为a=b=0.4452 nm(比粗晶增加0.38%),c=1.8239 nm(比粗晶增加0.58%),单胞体积Vo=0.313 070nm3(比粗晶增加1.35%).利用纳米压痕法测定纳米晶Li7Si3合金的杨氏模量为(30.6±2.4)GPa.     

微波辅助溶胶燃烧法制备Sr2MgSi2O7:Tb3+荧光粉

采用高温固相法和微波辅助溶胶燃烧法分别合成了Sr2MgSi2O7:Tb3+荧光粉。通过综合热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和光谱分析等手段对试样进行表征.结果表明:微波辅助溶胶燃烧法合成的Sr2MgSi2O7:Tb3+荧光粉颗粒大小均匀,呈类球形,且合成温度比固相法降低了700℃;Sr2MgSi2O7:Tb3+荧光粉的激发光谱在300~500nm之间,主峰位于377nm处,在377nm近紫外光激发下,采用微波辅助溶胶燃烧法合成的Sr1.995MgSi2O7:005Tb3+荧光粉比高温法合成样品的发射强度高.     

Moral und Abhängigkeit

Definition of the problem:

Being satisfied with one’s work depends on professional autonomy, which is attributed to the medical profession to a high degree, combined with specialized knowledge and moral authority for vital questions. That is why physicians enjoy a high reputation. At the beginning of a person's medical career, moral competence is developed nearly completely, but specialized knowledge must be learned. Hospitals, in which further medical education regularly takes place, are still traditionally hierarchically organized today. Unfortunately, feudalistic or military structures hinder autonomous moral decisions and cause structural irresponsibility.

Arguments:

Obstructions and pressure by superiors, financial restrictions, arrogance and trying to make one's mark are shown in typical conflict situations. Stress, discontent, moral conflicts and illness, even including burn out are possible. Commitment and creativity by employees are prevented and mistakes cannot be constructively managed. Thus, patients may suffer unreasonably or be hurt.

Conclusion:

There is a risk to subordinate moral principles under other interests, not only with subordinates but also with superiors. Ways to create a culture that promotes autonomy among physicians and between different professions are discussed. Therefore it is necessary to institutionalize communication based on a reciprocal high regard in a team with people treated as equal partners, who are then able to discuss moral questions in a discourse.
