弹性资源下的测试系统资源配置方法

提出采用赋时有色Petri网对测试流程进行建模,用来优化自动测试系统的资源配置。给出了测试流程TCP-net模型的构建步骤;基于模型,给出了寻求测试流程最短测试用时的方法;给出了弹性资源的定义以及在弹性资源条件下最小资源集求解算法和资源分配策略;通过给出一个应用实例,证明了上述方法的有效性和实用性。     

Robust model selection with flexible trimming

The forward search provides data-driven flexible trimming of a C_p statistic for the choice of regression models that reveals the effect of outliers on model selection. An informed robust model choice follows. Even in small samples, the statistic has a null distribution indistinguishable from an F distribution. Limits on acceptable values of the C_p statistic follow. Two examples of widely differing size are discussed. A powerful graphical tool is the generalized candlestick plot, which summarizes the information on all forward searches and on the choice of models. A comparison is made with the use of M-estimation in robust model choice.     

Finding an Euclidean anti--centrum location of a set of points

An obnoxious facility is to be located inside a polygonal region of the plane, maximizing the sum of the k smallest weighted Euclidean distances to n given points, each protected by some polygonal forbidden region. For the unweighted case and k fixed an O(n²logn) time algorithm is presented. For the weighted case a thorough study of the relevant structure of the multiplicatively weighted order-k-Voronoi diagram leads to the design of an O(kn³+n³logn) time algorithm for finding an optimal solution to the anti-t-centrum problem for every t=1,…,k, simultaneously.     

矿井主通风机自动监控系统的设计

为了保障主通风机安全、可靠、经济地运行,提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC的矿井主通风机自动监控系统的设计方案;给出了该系统的结构,详细介绍了该系统中PLC的硬件及软件结构、模拟量的检测实现及采用智能型PID调节器XMA5000对风机负压和流量进行自动调节的方法。实际应用表明,该系统能够实现通风机的就地、集中、远方3种控制方式,提高了主通风机的自动化程度和运行可靠性。     

基于S7-300 PLC和现场总线的3150型盘绞成缆机控制系统设计

根据成缆生产线的工艺要求,提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC和现场总线的3150型盘绞成缆机控制系统的设计方案,给出了3150型盘绞成缆机的整体结构,详细介绍了系统硬件及软件设计,并给出了盘绞头与放线架的同步控制方法。实际应用表明,该系统结构简单、使用灵活方便、控制精度高、人机对话良好,达到了预期目标。     

基于S7-200的恒压供水控制系统设计

介绍了一种采用S7-200 PLC作为控制核心的恒压供水控制系统的设计方案。该系统通过PT203B应变式压力传感变送器实时测定水流压力,经PID调节器调节后送入变频器进行变频调节,PLC根据变频器输出信号来控制恒压供水系统的3台泵运行,具有恒压供水及完善的保护和报警功能。实际应用结果表明,该恒压供水控制系统运行稳定,可靠性高,节能效果明显。     

Global existence and nonexistence for degenerate parabolic equations with nonlinear boundary flux

In this paper, by constructing various kinds of sub- and super-solutions and using the basic properties of M-matrix, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions of global existence for nonnegative solutions to a degenerate parabolic system with completely coupled boundary conditions, which generalize the recent results of, for instance, Cui [Z. Cui, Critical curves of the non-Newtonian polytropic filtration equations coupled with nonlinear boundary conditions, Nonlinear Anal. 68 (2008) 3201–3208], Zhou–Mu [J. Zhou, C. Mu, Algebraic criteria for global existence or blow-up for a boundary coupled system of nonlinear diffusion equations, Appl. Anal. 86 (2007) 1185–1197] etc.     

An inexact hybrid projection-proximal point algorithm for solving generalized mixed variational inequalities

In this paper, we investigate an inexact hybrid projection-proximal method for solving a class of generalized mixed variational inequalities in Hilbert spaces. We construct a general inexact hybrid projection-proximal point algorithm, in which an inexact relaxed proximal point step is followed by a suitable orthogonal projection onto a hyperplane. Under some suitable conditions concerned with the pseudomonotone set-valued mapping T, the nonsmooth convex function f and the step size λ_k, we prove the convergence of the inexact hybrid projection-proximal point algorithm for solving generalized mixed variational inequalities in Hilbert spaces.     

Differentially expressed proteins of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells affected by Zilongjin, a complementary Chinese herbal medicine

Purpose : Zilongjin, a complementary Chinese herbal medicine, has been used to alleviate the adverse effects of chemotherapeutic drugs in cancer therapy. However, the mechanisms of anti‐cancer activity of Zilongjin are still largely unkonwn. Experimental design : First, the proteomic approach of combined 2‐DE and ESI‐MS/MS was used to investigate the effect of Zilongjin on the protein expression in MCF‐7 cells. Then, the differential expression of some proteins was confirmed by Western blot, cytoimmunofluoresecnce, and quantitative real‐time RT‐PCR analysis. Results : The identified proteins with differential expression, involved in such events as protein translation, cellular signal transduction, cytoskeleton formation and transportation, include seven downregulating proteins, such as Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit I, Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 1A Y‐chromosomal, Ran‐specific GTPase‐activating protein, Ubiquitin‐conjugating enzyme E2 N, Tropomodulin‐3, Macrophage‐capping protein, and Tumor protein D52, as well as two upregulating proteins, HSP β‐1 and keratin18. Moreover, the differential expression of three proteins was confirmed. Conclusions and clinical relevance : (i) These results provide a new insight into the molecular mechanisms of Zilongjin on therapy for breast cancer. (ii) The application of the proteomic approaches will result in the more extended appreciation of Chinese medicine than those known at present.
