电子通道技术在YBa2Cu3O7外延超导薄膜研究中的应用

本研究采用电子通道技术（ＥＣＰ）对单晶和双晶外延生长的ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿７（ＹＢＣＯ）超导薄膜的结构、取向和表面完好性作检测，并证实对衬底的预处理可改善外延超导薄膜的质量；还对ＹＢＣＯ／ＣｅＯ＿２／ＭｇＯ／ＳｒＴｉＯ３的双外延薄膜作研究。     

Activity of two lignin biosynthesis enzymes during development of a maize internode

To ascertain the temporal relationships of phcnylpropanoid and lignin pathway enzymes, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and cinnamyl alcohol- NADPH dehydrogenase(CAD), with lignin concentration, PAL and CAD activities and lignin concentrations were assessed during progressive development of the 10th internode in maize (Zea mays L). Enzyme activities were quantified and lignin concentrations were determined by the detergent system of fiber fractiona- tion from lower, middle, and upper sections of the elongating internode harvested 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 days after the internode had reached 10 mm in length. Over 15 days, a coordinated, sequential, and basipetal pattern of enzyme activities and lignin accumulation evolved through the internode, spanning the stages of rapid elongation, cellular differentiation, and secondary cell wall formation. PAL activity was initiated first, rising to peak activity in elongating tissue, and falling basipetally in tissues as they matured. CAD activity rose in fully elongated, maturing internode tissue where PAL activity was waning following its peak activity. Lignin accumulated in tissues with high CAD activity. CAD activity and lignin deposition patterns were similar: simultaneously increasing in activity and deposition over time while activity and deposition also shifting basipetally through the internode, keeping pace with secondary cell wall formation. Lignin concentration correlated significantly with CAD, but not with PAL.     

患"颤抖病"中华绒螯蟹血细胞中类立克次体寄生的超微结构观察

本文对患“颤抖病”的中华绒螯蟹血细胞内类立克次体生物RLOs的寄生及繁殖特性进行了超微结构研究。正常中华绒螯蟹的血细胞可分为三类；无颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞和大颗粒细胞，而RLOs只特异性地侵染小颗粒细胞。RLOs以胞吞的方式进入小颗粒细胞，并在细胞内大量增殖形成包涵体，使细胞肿胀、瓦解、坏死，进而释放出RLOs，释放出的RLOs又继续侵染其他靶组织和细胞。     

The effect of cooking on proteins from acha (Digitaria exilis) and durum wheat

The effect of cooking on proteins from acha and durum wheat was assessed from an analysis of protein extractability, gel electrophoretic profiles, in-vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) and the amino acid compositions of wholemeal flour and residue proteins. Heating wholemeal flour samples at 100–140°C (t = 10–40 min) resulted in 0–30% and 45–55% decreases in acha and durum protein solubility, respectively. In general, high molecular weight (30–70 k Da) protein subunits were more susceptible to heat damage. For both cereals, sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS; 10 g litre^?1) and/or dithiothrcitol (DTT; 10 mM ) increased protein solubility in unheated and heated samples. The IVPD index was 90–91% and was not significantly altered by cooking (100–120°C, t = 40 min). Cooking at extreme temperatures (140°C, t = 40 min) reduced the IVPD by 8% (P = 0.05). Osborne fractionation resulted in a durum or acha residue level of 7.8% or 55.2%. Treatment with solvent containing propanol, SDS and/or DTT at room temperature followed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of non-solubilised proteins showed that the glutelin fraction of acha, with the exception of a 65 kDa subunit, was insoluble owing to strong inter-subunit hydrophobic and disulphide interactions. Wholemeal acha flour and residue protein showed a significantly greater level of hydrophobic and sulphur amino acids as well as glutamine which is associated with H-bonding. The possibility that cereal protein solubility is also dependent on protein-carbohydrate links is discussed.

高纯锗探测器的快定时性能及其应用

为了将高纯锗（ＨＰＧｅ）探测器用于快定时的物理实验中，本实验研究厂影响高纯锗探测器定时谱仪时间性能的各种因素，找出了获得谱仪最小时间分辨的各种最佳参数。并建立了分辨时间为４．１９ｎｓ，能量分辨率为２０ｋｅＶ，微分非线性好于±２．０％，计效率可承受１２０×１０￣３ｓ￣（－１）的时间微分扰动角关联谱仪。利用此谱仪，以￣（２０４）Ｂｉ为探针核，研究了Ｂｉ系高温超导的微观机理，取得了较好的结果。     

K0.9Li0.1（Ta0.5Nb0.5）O3晶体压电应变系数的测量

用准静态ｄ＿（３３）测量仪和干涉法相结合。测量了Ｋ＿（０．９）Ｌｉ＿（０．１）（Ｔａ＿（０．５）Ｎｂ＿（０．５）Ｎｂ＿（０．５））Ｏ＿３晶体的压电应变系数。结果为：ｄ＿（３３）＝８６．０，ｄ＿（３３）＝一２９．５，ｄ＿（１５）＝１１２．９×１０￣（－１２）Ｃ／Ｎ．     

聚合物泥浆降粘剂PT－1降粘作用研究

ＰＴ－１降粘剂是顺丁烯二酸（酐）与乙烯基单体的共聚物。本文通过扫描电镜、粒度分析、Ｘ射线衍射等分析测定，研究了ＰＴ－１在膨润土泥浆和聚合物泥浆中的降粘作用，探讨了ＰＴ－１的降粘机理。     

无荧光防塌降失水剂KH－931的合成与性能

ＫＨ－９３１是以褐煤、丙烯酰胺、丙烯腈为原料制得的无荧光防塌降失水剂。本文简介了ＫＨ－９３１的合成条件，并对ＫＨ－９３１的防塌作用与降滤失作用进行了室内评定。实验结果表明，ＫＨ－９３１的防塌、降失水效果良好，并具有加量少、无荧光的特点。腐殖酸衍生物，降滤失剂，页岩抑制剂，多功能钻井液处理剂，荧光性，实验室研究     

梯度折射率棒中传播的高斯光束轨迹解析解及其存在条件的讨论

本文提出光束轨迹方程的一般解，导出解析解的存在条件，推广了文献［１］的光线传播理论，文中以一特定梯度折射率棒为例，讨论了高斯光束在棒中的传播特性。
