Magnetic properties and microstructures of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.227)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.023_)_(7.6) sintered magnets were optimized by sintering treatment. Results show that the knee-point magnetic field, Hknee, is twofold up and the intrinsic coercivity Hcjincreases by 40%, ranging from 21.64 to 30.39 kOe at the cost of a little decrease of Brfrom 10.84 to 10.31 kGs with sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. And the average domain width is narrower and more uniform for the specimen sintered at 1473 K than that of the specimen sintered at 1488 K. It is impressive that the density of lamellar phase increases from ~0.050 to ~0.058 nm~(-1) with the sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. Moreover, the average cellular size is about ~84 nm for the magnets sintered at 1473 K, which is 80% of that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~97 nm). And the cell boundary width of the magnets sintered at 1473 K(~7 nm) is only half average width of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~14 nm). It is found that the Cu content in the cell boundaries is much higher(~17 at%) in the magnets sintered at 1473 K compared to that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~10 at%). It can be concluded that smaller cells and narrower cell boundaries together with higher gradient of Cu content are key points for obtaining the optimum Hkneeand Hcj.  相似文献

通过钢液与夹杂物之间的热力学平衡计算,讨论了20CrMnTiH1精炼钢水中Al2O3夹杂物钙处理后可能变性的程度及CaS夹杂生成的条件.计算结果表明对硫的质量分数为0.020%~0.035%,铝的质量分数0.02%~0.04%的钢水进行钙处理时易生成稳定的CaS并难以使铝脱氧产生的Al2O3夹杂完全变性成低熔点C12A7钙铝酸盐.通过对炼钢厂生产的20CrMnTiH1齿轮钢材中夹杂物的检验,以及对连铸过程中水口堵塞物的扫描电镜能谱分析,发现钢材中含有许多CaS及变性不完全的钙铝酸盐CA,同时水口堵塞物也主要由CaS和变性不完全的钙铝酸盐CA组成.  相似文献

Flip chip technology with Au bumps on a substrace has been widely applied to electronic equipment such as smart phones. The purposes of this study are to examine the effect of Al pad thickness on the bondability of flip chip using ultrasonic bonding and to clarify interfacial structures between Au alloy bumps and Al pads by ultrasonic bonding compared before and after a thermal cycle test. Suitable Al thickness for excellent initial Au/Al bonding without chip cracking are 0.8 μm because a thin Al layer could not reduce stress to a chip under an Al pad during the ultrasonic bonding process. Intermetallic compounds between the Au alloy bump and chip after reflows consisted of five Au-Al layers, and a pure Al layer remained. On the other hand, after the temperature cycle test at 218/423 K, intermetallic compounds between the Au alloy bump and chip were changed into two kinds of Au-Al layers, so a pure Al layer did not exist. In addition, if thick intermetallic compound layers existed around the bonding region, bondability deteriorated easily by thermal stress due to a thermal cycle test, therefore the open failure rate was rising when the Au thickness was 1.2 μm.  相似文献

Pure Zn and Zn matrix composite coatings containing nano-sized SiC particles with an average size of 50 nm were prepared from the zinc sulphate bath. The effect of the particle concentration and current density on the amount of particles embedded was examined. Electron microscopic studies revealed that the coating morphology was modified by the presence of SiC nanoparticles. Corrosion resistance properties of the coatings were studied using a potentiodynamic polarisation technique in 1M NaCl solution. It was established that agglomeration of nanoparticles worsens corrosion resistance properties of Zn–SiC coatings. However, the presence of well dispersed nanoparticles significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the zinc. Incorporation of SiC nanoparticles also improves the microhardness of the zinc matrix.  相似文献

Maternal fish consumption is associated with both risks from methylmercury (MeHg) and beneficial effects from omega-3 fatty acids to the developing foetal brain. This paper assessed the dietary exposure to MeHg of women of child-bearing age (20–49 years) in Hong Kong, and conducted risk–benefit analysis in terms of the effects in children’s intelligent quotient (IQ) based on local data and the quantitative method derived by the expert consultation of FAO/WHO. Results showed that average and high consumers consume 450 and 1500 g of fish (including seafood) per week, respectively. About 11% of women of child-bearing age had a dietary exposure to MeHg exceeding the PTWI of 1.6 µg kg–1 bw. In pregnant women MeHg intake may pose health risks to the developing foetuses. For average consumers, eating any of the 19 types of the most commonly consumed fish and seafood during pregnancy would result in 0.79–5.7 IQ points gain by their children. For high consumers, if they only ate tuna during pregnancy, it would cause 2.3 IQ points reduction in their children. The results indicated that for pregnant women the benefit outweighed the risk associated with eating fish if they consume different varieties of fish in moderation.  相似文献

Mycotoxin analysis is usually carried out by high performance liquid chromatography after immunoaffinity column cleanup or in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay tests. These methods normally involve determination of single compounds only. EU legislation already exists for the aflatoxins, ochratoxin A and patulin in food, and legislation will come into force for deoxynivalenol, zearalenone and the fumonisins in 2007. To enforce the various legal limits, it would be preferable to determine all mycotoxins by routine analysis in different types of matrices in one single extract. This would also be advantageous for HACCP control purposes. For this reason, a multi-method was developed with which 33 mycotoxins in various products could be analysed simultaneously. The mycotoxins were extracted with an acetonitrile/water mixture, diluted with water and then directly injected into a LC–MS/MS system. The mycotoxins were separated by reversed-phase HPLC and detected using an electrospray ionisation interface (ESI) and tandem MS, using MRM in the positive ion mode, to increase specificity for quality control. The following mycotoxins could be analysed in a single 30-min run: Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2, ochratoxin A, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, α-zearalenol, α-zearalanol, β-zearalanol, sterigmatocystin, cyclopiazonic acid, penicillic acid, fumonisins B1, B2 and B3, diacetoxyscirpenol, 3- and 15-acetyl-deoxynivalenol, zearalanone, ergotamin, ergocornin, ergocristin, α-ergocryptin, citrinin, roquefortin C, fusarenone X, nivalenol, mycophenolic acid, alternariol and alternariol monomethyl ether. The limit of quantification for the aflatoxins and ochratoxin A was 1.0 µg kg?1 and for deoxynivalenol 50 µg kg?1. The quantification limits for the other mycotoxins were in the range 10–200 µg kg?1. The matrix effect and validation data are presented for between 13 and 24 mycotoxins in peanuts, pistachios, wheat, maize, cornflakes, raisins and figs. The method has been compared with the official EU method for the determination of aflatoxins in food and relevant FAPAS rounds. The multi-mycotoxin method has been proven by the detection of more than one mycotoxin in maize, buckwheat, figs and nuts. The LC–MS/MS technique has also been applied to baby food, which is subject to lower limits for aflatoxin B1 and ochratoxin A, ergot alkaloids in naturally contaminated rye and freeze-dried silage samples.  相似文献

The length of small gauge zone (SGZ) between cylinder and flat of a card was studied mathematically. A formula to calculate the length was derived with geometry and calculus methods, by which the abscissa of the point at which the flat–cylinder gauge was minimal was obtained. The effect of heel–toe difference (HTD), cylinder radius, flat setover, minimum flat–cylinder gauge, as well as the difference between outlet gauge and minimum flat–cylinder gauge on the length of SGZ was discussed, respectively. It is concluded that a smaller cylinder radius, smaller HTD and a longer flat setover will help to lengthen SGZ. Given an appropriate value of the difference between the outlet gauge and the minimum gauge, δ, a longer SGZ will be beneficial to improving the carding intensity. But the influence of δ and the minimum flat–cylinder gauge on the length of SGZ can be ignored. The conclusion is of some theoretical value for manufacturers of textile accessories or machinery to accurately choose parameters such as cylinder radius, HTD and setover in production.  相似文献

Cattle lameness is an important welfare concern that also has an economic impact on the dairy industry. It can be a significant problem among pasture-based herds. Our objectives were to identify cow- and herd-level factors related to lameness and hoof lesions in dairy cows grazing year-round in Minas Gerais, Brazil. We performed a cross-sectional study in 48 pasture-based dairy herds, visiting each farm in a single visit. We evaluated 2,262 cows for mobility score (0–3) and 392 cows for hoof lesions. We used a questionnaire and checklist to capture herd management data. All information obtained was used to build multivariable models. The factors associated with lameness were low body condition score, longer time spent in the corral, being kept in paddocks during the drought period, and poor hygiene. For hoof lesions, track features were the most significant factor in determining the likelihood of heel horn erosion, white line fissure, and sole hemorrhage—by more than 3 times. Different factors related to unhygienic conditions such as leg cleanliness, frequency of cleaning, and longer time spent in the corral were associated with infectious hoof lesions. Poor human–animal relationship was related to sole hemorrhage, but patient handling of cows on the track was a protective factor against interdigital hyperplasia. The results of this study suggest that improving hygiene conditions, track features, and cow handling can improve dairy cattle mobility scores in pasture-based farms under tropical conditions. These findings also represent a first step toward planning actions aimed at decreasing lameness and hoof lesions in the studied region.  相似文献
