柳钢混铁炉炉衬结构及运行管理的技改实践

针对混铁炉使用过程中出现的各种侵蚀状况，设计采用砖砌十浇注复合炉衬结构，特别对前墙拐角和后墙中段等侵蚀快的关键部位作了有针对性的技术改进；在运行管理上，制定推行全新的工艺操作规程，取得了显著的使用效果。

介绍了二高炉4号热风炉烘炉的特点、前期准备工作、具体操作过程中的注意事项及烘炉后的相关作业。此次生产实践对今后类似情况的热风炉烘炉具有参考价值。     

Integration of batching and scheduling for hot rolling production in the steel industry

This paper investigates the hot rolling production scheduling problem in the steel industry and proposes a new mixed integer programming model for this problem based on the monolithic modeling strategy that integrates batching and scheduling. Using this strategy, the new model can simultaneously schedule multiple turns and simultaneously determine the production timetable of these turns in a global optimal view. A long-term tabu search heuristic using frequency-based memory is developed to obtain near-optimal solutions for this problem. Three kinds of speed-up strategies are developed to accelerate the search procedure of the proposed tabu search. A practical scheduling system combining the proposed mathematical model and the tabu search heuristic has been developed and tested on instances collected from practical production data. The experimental results show that the proposed mathematical model and the tabu search heuristic outperform both the current manual scheduling method and the traditional serial method.

Energy relaxation in GaInAs/AlInAs heterojunctions and GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells

We have studied electron energy relaxation in GaInAs/AlInAs heterojunctions and GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells using mobility measurements as a function of electric field and temperature, in the range 3K to 300K. The results in the range 3 to 20K show a power loss rate which is dependent on (T_e − T_l), suggesting that the energy relaxation occurs through acoustic phonon scattering. At electron temperatures greater than 20K, the experimental results are modelled using a standard expression for polar optical phonons. This modelling yields 30meV and 31meV for the polar optical phonon energy in GaAs and InGaAs respectively.     

Investigation of the stability of tablets prepared from sucrose and citric acid anhydride utilizing response surface methodology

Inversion of sucrose is a stability problem particularly of candies with acidic taste that contain sucrose and small amounts of organic acids such as citric acid, since the free d-fructose produced by hydrolysis is hygroscopic. The following possibilities were investigated for preventing the hydrolysis of sucrose in tablets containing sucrose and citric acid: Adding various amounts of tri-sodium citrate to the formulation to neutralize the citric acid, (Hot) melt coating of citric acid and tri-sodium citrate with a vegetable fat at different coating ratios, variation of the ratio of coated citric acid and tri-sodium citrate in formulations, and compressing the formulations with different compression forces. After tablet processing and storage of tablets, the concentration of d-fructose was determined on the basis of enzymatic reactions. A response surface central composite design was used. The above-mentioned variations were chosen as independent variables and the amount of d-fructose was chosen as response variable. The lowest rates of inversion could be achieved by increasing the content of tri-sodium citrate and the ratio of coating material and decreasing the ratio of coated citric acid and tri-sodium citrate in the tablet formulations. The compression force had no significant effect on the inversion of sucrose.     

C－BN衬底上金刚石的异质外延生长研究

用热灯丝ＣＶＤ方法在Ｃ－ＢＮ单晶衬底上制备出金刚石膜，并且在Ｃ－ＢＮ（１００）面上观察到金刚石的异质外延。     

碳钢高温变形后的静态软化行为

在形变温度为1133K、形变速率为2×10~(-3)s~(-1)的试验条件下,采用两段加载拉伸试验方法研究了0.4%C-1.5%Mn钢高温变形后的静态软化行为.调查了由两次加载拉伸变形时的屈服应力求得的静态软化率以及相对峰值应力比和峰值应变比随等温保持时间的变化.详细讨论了动态回复组织和动态再结晶组织对高温变形后的静态软化过程的影响.     

A new method of preform design in hot forging by using electric field theory

The preform design in metal forging plays a key role in improving product quality, such as ensuring defect-free property and proper metal flow. In industry, preforms are generally designed by the iterative trial-and-error approach. This approach, however, leads not only to the increase of significant tool cost but also to the extended down-time of the production equipment. It is thus necessary to reduce time and man power through an effective method of preform design. In this paper, the equi-potential lines designed in the electric field are introduced to find an appropriate preform shape. The equi-potential lines generated between two conductors of different voltages show similar trends for the minimum work paths between the undeformed shape and the deformed shape. Based on this similarity, the equi-potential lines obtained by the arrangement of the initial and final shapes are utilized for the design of the preform, and then the artificial neural network is used to find the range of initial volume and potential value of the electric field.
