提高16MnL宽冷弯合格率的研究

通过对16MnL宽冷弯性能不合格的原因进行分析、试验，提出优化生产工艺的方案。在生产中取得了良好的效果。     

两相钛合金Corona5的热变形处理

本文对高韧性钛合金Corona5的淬火马氏体组织直接用于热变形进行了探讨,并与炉冷的魏氏组织进行了对比,通过金相观察形变与形变后热处理的显微组织,结果表明:魏氏组织不易通过热变形获得等轴组织,而马氏体组织可直接通过热变形获得细小等轴组织。

镍对热镀锌耐蚀性的影响

对Q235和Q345两种材料表面热浸镀纯Zn和Zn－Ni合金，研究Ni对热镀锌耐蚀性的影响。采用中性盐雾试验对镀层耐蚀性测试，将纯Zn镀层和Zn-Ni合金镀层进行对比，并用电子天平称量试样重量变化。结果表明Zn－Ni合金镀层比纯Zn镀层更耐腐蚀。     

关于建设宽带钢热轧机的探讨（一）

介绍了我国对汽车板、造船板和管线用钢的需求，提出我国应建立合理的轧机规格系列；论述了建设２２５０ｍｍ宽幅带钢热轧机的必要性。     

An investigation on the hot extrusion process of magnesium alloy sheet

This study investigates the hot extrusion of magnesium alloy sheets at various temperatures, material, speed and lubricant. A multi-speed method is applied to extrude a magnesium alloy sheet at a high extrusion ratio. The experimental results are analyzed to optimize the processing conditions, increase the tensile strength and reduce the extrusion load on the magnesium alloy thin sheet. Nowadays, most magnesium alloy products are manufactured by industrial die casting. Hot extrusion is seldom used to finish magnesium products because the extrusion speed, temperature and extrusion load significantly effect the properties of the product. In this study, the Taguchi experimental method with the orthogonal array is applied. ANOVA is used to investigate how parameters affect the extrusion process. All possible mechanical properties of the product are analyzed to obtain the optimal process parameters. In addition, magnesium alloys with different compositions are experimentally tested to determine the mechanical properties of the extruded product and obtain the relationship between the process parameters and the properties of the material.     

炉膛温度对定向凝固Al－Cu合金热裂的影响

采用半定量等级评定方法，研究了炉膛温度变化对定向凝固Ａｌ－０．６％Ｃｕ和Ａｌ－２．０％Ｃｕ两种合金热裂倾向的影响．定向凝固冷却曲线的测量和热裂形式的凝固分析表明：定向凝固过程中合金的不可补缩长度对热裂纹的形成有重要影响．     

电脉冲孕育处理对Al-5Cu合金热裂的影响

研究了不同电脉冲孕育处理参数对Al-5Cu合金热裂倾向的影响.结果表明,不同电脉冲孕育处理参数均可降低Al-5Cu合金的热裂倾向,处理后该合金热裂临界应力比未处理试样提高了约3倍.合金热裂倾向改善的原因是,电脉冲孕育处理细化了Al-5Cu合金组织,减少了共晶相的数量,缩短了合金凝固温度区间.     

杯形件成形工艺与模具设计

分析了杯形件成形的难点,并针对这些难点制定了相应的工艺方案和有效的解决措施,研制了相应的模具,对试验中出现的问题采取了可行的措施,解决了成形过程中的难题.试验结果表明:该工艺切实可行,模具使用效果和产品质量很好,减少了生产成本.     

铸件热节变化与冒口位置的分析

热节是铸件凝固慢的节点或区域,可分为几何热节、物理热节、接触热节和流动热节.热节的位置、大小受铸件结构、铸型材质和浇冒口系统的开设位置所影响.冒口的开设应使接触热节、流动热节与几何热节分离.
