如今信息安全在信息社会扮演极为重要的角色,直接关系到政府运作、企业经营和人们的日常生活,信息安全服务也已成为信息安全保障体系的重要内容。然而国内信息安全服务行业却存在很多问题,管理者的信息安全意识不足,安全服务以事件应急响应为主,忽视为客户提供主动、系统的面向业务的服务。针对这一现状,本文提出了基于业务的信息安全服务体系(Business-based Information Security Service System,BISSS),利用企业架构(Enterprise Architecture,EA)对机构及其信息系统进行分析,以信息系统的业务属性为出发点和依据,为客户提供覆盖整个信息系统生命周期的安全服务。 相似文献

This paper proposes a new approach to decision making and institutional design for product lifecycle management based on social systems engineering. Product lifecycle problems are limited not only by technological issues, but also by economic and social issues. We construct an agent-based model of decision making systems consisting of human subjects such as producers, consumers, dismantlers and used-unit dealers. The focal point of this study is the analysis of which economic agents should collect used units and how product durability affects the formation of a recycling society. The principles for lifecycle safety guarantee of engineering structures are proposed, and the conception is developed for developing the safety guarantee system by integrating the monitoring system, analysis system and maintenance system together on the basis of multi-sensor, distribution-measurement, data fusion and digital-signal-processor (DSP) technologies as well as three-dimensional (3D) fatigue fracture unified theory. As all the systems should work in situs and in real-time, micromation and integration are important. In our globalised economy, important stakeholder groups nowadays hold companies responsible for the social impacts they cause in their product chain through activities like child labour, corruption or discrimination of employees. Many companies thus see themselves in need of a tool which can help them make informed decisions about their social impacts throughout the life cycle of their products. The paper presents lessons learned from four years of work with industry on development of a methodology for Social Life Cycle Assessment and implementation in the industrial product chain. Structural failures in recent earthquakes and hurricanes have exposed the weakness of current design procedures and shown the need for new concepts and methodologies for building performance evaluation and design. A central issue is proper consideration and treatment of the large uncertainty in the loadings and the complex building behavior in the nonlinear range in the evaluation and design process. A reliability-based framework for design is proposed for this purpose. Performance check of the structures is emphasized at two levels corresponding to incipient damage and incipient collapse. Minimum lifecycle cost criteria are proposed to arrive at optimal target reliability for performance-based design under multiple natural hazards. The issue of the structural redundancy under stochastic loads is also addressed. Effects of structural configuration, ductility capacity, 3-D motions, and uncertainty in demand versus capacity are investigated. A uniform-risk redundancy factor is proposed to ensure uniform reliability for structural systems of different degree of redundancy. The inconsistency of the reliability/redundancy factor in current codes is pointed out. 相似文献
